Cocos Hostel Rio

It’s a good option for solo travelers, staff so nice and helpful. Facilities are Clean and good location. There is always a plan to do with them.

I loved my stay at cocos!! The facilities are great, one of the best hostel kitchens ever, and the beds so comfy!! I arrived really early in the morning and Mariah went above and beyond by getting me into my room early because she could see how tired I was. Nacho also does a great job organising activities and is always great to chat too!! Thanks team!

Super nice staff, I had a great time here. It's really great if you like a bit smaller hostels where you get to know the other people well and can build a wholesome group to spend your days in Rio with. If not also great, you get a very comfy sleep and your quiteness in the room, and the kitchen is well equipped and even has some spices for you to use. free good coffee all day and in the evening you always get great suggestions where to go out. Thank you all that work at Cocos! (Nacho te quiero)

this was the best hostel i stayed in rio! it was very clean, location is ideal, & the beds were comfy & had AC which is hard to find in rio. nacho was awesome & nice!

Cocos in Rio is a fantastic bespoke hostel that provides an intimately familiar stay, like the one you get with friends and family abroad! Apart from the immaculate conditions of facilities, you are a stones throw away from the beach and in a vibrant yet safe part of the city. Maria, amongst the other staff, extended thier duties by going above and beyond our needs. Am I recommending Cocos? What do you think?! Come stay 😆🎉

This was the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in! The bathrooms and kitchen are so nice, the rooms are well kept, the location is great, the rooms stay nice and cool and the beds provide a lot of privacy.

I loved my stay at coco’s! The hostel is new so everything is super clean and in an amazing condition, including kitchenware. The beds are spacious, super comfortable and have great privacy curtains. Each bed also has a large storage locked to fit your whole bag in! My top bunk had stairs at the side to reach it which was amazing so I wasn’t awkwardly clambering up to the top! The staff make this hotel extra special, they are really lovely, helpful and fun! It has such a family feel to it!

This hostel was amazing! It had such a good energy and the workers are very kind and helpful, especially Mariah and Julio. It is walking distance from Copacabana. Very clean and it is like you get your own little room in the dorms! They have just about everything you need from spices for cooking and a hairdryer.

Very nice hostel! It is very close to the Copacabana beach, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and the atmosphere is incredible! The hostel also proposes a lot of activities and tours!

This hostel is the best that I stayed in. Great location and everyone at the reception is super friendly and super helpful. You become instantly friend with other people staying there

Honestly this is one of the best hostels I’ve ever been to. It’s brand new, so not a lot of people know about it, but that also meant that the kitchen and utilities are amazing, the bathrooms are very clean, but most importantly, the rooms are the best I’ve ever seen. My bed was a pod, so I felt like I had my own room even though it was a dorm. Above all, the staff, including Maria and Julio, were the best, and the area is right beside cococobana. This is like a home away from home, amazing staff, so clean, so friendly , so accommodating, organise partying and tours with guides, give great knowledge of the area, I will be back here again because we are like a little family now ❤️

Foi super confortável, tem as camas cápsulas com luz, tomada e ventilador individual além do ar condicionado. Cozinha equipada, café de graça 24 h e a dois ruas da praia! Foi como ter uma casa de praia. Reservei uma noite fiquei 5. Importante a recepção é das 8 am as 23 pm. Depois cada um tem sua chave. Achei muito legal.

The hostel is a gem in Rio de janeiro. Everything is brand new, really clean, staff are incredibly helpful. I would 100% recommend this place. You are 2 blocks from the the beach and have a 24 hrs restaurant right at your doorstep. Will def come back.
