- Horrible!!! No common areas, ugly, dirty, and packed rooms. I had to leave early in the morning and I couldn´t get my food out from the kitchen. I informed the staff with need ahead in advance, and they said they will keep it open for me, which wasn´t.
- 我在这里想说的不是酒店位置或者设施，我想说的是这里的前台某非常不专业，夹杂着个人情感去处理争端和纠纷，使问题扩大化。因为宿舍窗户开关的问题，找了前台两次，第一次息事宁人，处理得很好；第二次时，因为接近前台下班的时间，她非常不乐意帮忙调解，她着急下班回家，不仅不帮忙给经理打电话，虽然最后还是打了，但是她怕经理责备她、说她，对她的业绩产生不好的影响，因此她不愿意给经理打电话，但是她最后非常勉强地叫了经理来。同时她还威胁我们要半夜赶我们出去，把钱退款然后让我们自行找酒店，这是半夜12点！并且她作为前台并没有这个权限可以赶人出去，另外我们也不是挑起事端的过错方，而她使事态发展更加严重，首先她以为我找她是在抱怨，而其实我想找来公正的第三方来解决这个争端，可是非常不幸最后叫了警察来，她说这一点小事不值得这样。当我给警察打电话时，她愤怒的问我你在给谁打电话。她还说有过错方的那两个人更值得被在乎，这是明显的是非不分，事理不明，因为最后警察遵从了我们开窗户的判断。首先，酒店的服务先不提，住酒店为了睡觉和休息好，窗户大敞开不仅吵，还很冷，非常影响睡眠质量，作为酒店提供服务中最核心的元素。当然公用宿舍存在着妥协与协调，但是我想强调的是，前台根据自己的个人喜好与私人情感，因为和争执另一方是FB好友，混淆了她应该承担的职责，而把问题扩大化，而不是平息事态。因此，给这家酒店的这位工作人员打零颗星。

The whole town is walkable so location is good. Staff were somewhat helpful although weren’t entirely sure which hiking trails were open. The kitchen was big but not that well equipped and there is only one other small communal area and there are no hostel events etc. Overall not an awful hostel but definitely a lot of room for improvement.
Stayed for one night in a female dorm. It’s a very small town so the hostel was convenient and easy to find. The room was clean with curtains around the beds for privacy. The kitchen was clean but we would’ve appreciated some communal supplies like free tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Overall it was a nice hostel, you get what you’d expect for the price.
had a really great stay at this hostel in Jasper. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Great stay. I kinda hurt my ankle skiing, so the stairs weren’t the easiest to handle, being on the second floor; but the railings on both sides made it easier. An elevator would have been better though. Lol No worries, I’ll be back.

+ Men denkt vaak bij een hostel "heel simpel, dus weinig comfort, niet de luxe van een hotel". Maar niks is minder waar bij dit geweldige Hostel. De optie die er was voor ons verblijf, juist ontzettend fijn. We sliepen in een tweepersoonskamer met eigen keuken. Douche, bed, keuken, alles was goed ingericht en kwalitatief erg goed. Er hangt een heerlijk rustige en gemoedelijke sfeer. Absoluut een aanrader als je de hele dag op avontuur bent geweest!

+ Hôtel downtown bien situé mais difficile pour le stationnement. La chambre était bien avec petit lavabo. Première fois que je dois faire et défaire mon lit mais c'est OK Cuisine bien, peu de gens lorsque j'y suis allée. Peut être un eu moins nettoyée fréquemment que les autres

+ The staff were really friendly, everyone took off their shoes on entry so the place stayed very clean. Comfy bed with soft sheets, fantastic kitchen with good rules in place that everyone followed.
