+ Nothing, nightmare

- Very far from the city center, literally in the middle of nowhere. Quite dirty, the internet didn’t work. Cold water. The towels were dirty, and when we asked for them to be changed, they were replaced with dirty ones again. The doors are so thin that you can hear everything from outside (on Christmas Eve we couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m. because of a party; we contacted the hotel, but no one helped). The restaurant serves disgusting food — the worst I’ve had in Laos. The laundry service, which I understand belongs to the hotel, ruined our clothes. They came back with stains that we still cannot remove to this day. No one speaks a word of English, neither in the restaurant nor in the laundry, except for the receptionist. Then some woman arrived, didn’t introduce herself, started yelling and was aggressive. After that they called the police; the hotel was on their side the whole time even though we were not at fault. During the conversation with the police, this woman was shouting, ‘You will go to the police station. I think she was mentally ill, but there were about 20 people there and not a single person reacted or helped us in any way. Luckily, we met a reasonable police officer who asked how we wanted to resolve the situation. After this nightmare, we said we just wanted peace, and he said okay and that we could leave. We have been traveling for a long time, but we have never experienced such hell in any hotel. Please do not book rooms here.

- I have never written a negative review, but this time I must due to the lack of responsibility by the hotel owner. Already upon entering the room we were greeted by flies and ants and the floor of the room was very dirty, this played a major role in shortening our stay in Pakse from 2 nights to 1 night. In the evening, when we took a shower, we saw that there were brown stains on the towels, I asked for other towels but they were also dirty. The hotel is on a main road and the walls of the room do not isolate the noise. In the morning there was no water flow in the shower and this was only because the hotel employee was watering the garden at the same time. The hot water device heats to a very low level, so on cold days it will not heat at all. When we thought everything was behind us, it turned out that a bag with cookies and special chocolates was full of ants and we had to throw it away. Despite all the shortcomings and the negative experience, the hotel owner was not willing to cancel the penalty for canceling the second night.

+ Bonne literie et logement proche de l gare routière. Personnel aimable et serviable. La dame nous a même récupérés à la gare en voiture. Restaurant correct, plats bons, smoothies excellents. Personnel très sympa

- Logement hyper bruyant pas du tout isolé. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit : bruits de la route très passante même en pleine nuit, on se croirait a côté d'une autoroute ! Musique et dortoir très bruyant jusqu'à plus de minuit ainsi qu'à partir de 3h du matin ... Pour le restaurant, erreur de quasi 100.000 sur l'addition ! On a dû refaire le calcul. Pour la laverie, il manquait une bretelle de maillot de bain. Heureusement nous avons tout vérifié avant notre départ ... Ce qui nous a pris énormément de temps de tout redéplier et tout replier. Finalement la bretelle était juste posée sur leur tapis de pliage de linge sans que personne ne nous avertisse...

+ La chambre spacieuse, la salle de bains, le personnel adorable.

- Le logement est excentré et il faut un véhicule pour aller dans le centre. La chambre n'est pas isolée niveau insonorisation et la route est très passante, le bruit des voitures et camions est infernal. Nous avons pris le petit déj au resto attenant le premier jour mais j'avais des fourmis dans mon assiette et mon plat n'était pas bon (pad thaï).

- The only downside of the room was that it's close to a main road and you can hear the trucks driving by in the night.

+ 真裏にバスターミナルがあるのでバンコクやウボンに行く人は便利です。 また併設のカフェの料理は美味しいです！ スタッフも明るくて良いです。

- シャワー排水の導線が悪く全て水浸しになります。 また余計なマットが更に乾かしにくくしています。 通りに面しているので大型トラックの音はかなり響きます。 またラオスは土埃がすごいのでドアの下から舞い込んできます。 ベッドなどの建て付けも悪く中華系なのか、値段相応なのかなと思いました。 バス乗り継ぎのために快適性を求めなければいいでしょう。

- L’emplacement est un peu loin du centre mais ils peuvent vous appeler un taxi ou louer un scooter donc pratique !

+ El trato del recepcionista Sit, es un chico maravilloso siempre con una sonrisa en la cara.

- No había agua caliente en la habitación pero aún así el chico nos ofreció alternativas.

+ The staff were extremely kind. We arrived early, so they let us check-in as soon as the room was cleaned. The room itself was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable 😊

- The bathroom drain was setup in a strange way that the water had to flow past the entire bathroom floor before it drained making it wet everywhere. This property is also located at the end of the city, so it makes it difficult to get to places if you don’t have a motorbike. On the other hand, it is super easy to go from this property to locations such as Vat Phu and the Bolaven Plateau. So, it’s good to be aware of the trade offs.

+ Владелец - очень отзывчивая леди с хорошим английским языком. Подсказала, что стоит посетить, была внимательна ко всем просьбам, а в конце путешествия даже помогла организовать автобус через границу, за что ей огромное спасибо! Есть все необходимые удобства: горячая вода, комфортные кровати, прачечная, аренда мотоциклов. Везде очень чисто. Отличное расположение. Вкусный кофе.

+ L’accueil du staff, très bon rapport qualité prix, possibilité d’y manger, boire un café, très pratique pour un passage
