+ Me quede por segunda vez y la verdad siempre muy bien el servicio y la limpieza

+ Todo muy limpio y acogedor. Los dueños son super amables y ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Tuve que regresar al hostal por otra noche de imprevisto ya que perdí el vuelo y fueron muy amables en responderme rápido y dejarme quedarme otra noche.

Wir waren hier als Zwischenstopp nach Puerto Natales und haben tatsächlich zwei Guides aus dem Nationalpark Torres del Paine getroffen und sogar einen Ausflug gemeinsam geplant! Preis Leistung ist wirklich in Ordnung die Küche hat viel Platz wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Sprechen allerdings kein Englisch.

+ Good location/ comfortable bed
- Both owner and staff doesn't understand English, i asked for early check in both through booking.com and in property mobile number .when I went there there is nobody and when I contacted over phone also very vague response.Luckily for me one guest going out opened the gate and I went inside otherwise what's gonna happen I don't know in the freezing weather there.

- Guilt tripped into giving tip at the start of the stay before services could even be judged as tip worthy. Felt at risk of not getting good service if didnt pay additional amount. Never had this before, very unprofessional and rude. 3 tier bunk beds very difficult to climb, picked bottom bunk but was told to take top bunk once their friend checked in
+ Lovely place with good prices and awesome people. And you can rent bikes!
+ So nice to be able to rent bikes at the premises. Lovely atmosphere and people, and very good price.
