Pas propre. N'importe qui peut rentrer dans les parties communes. Du coup plusieurs sdf dormaient dans celles ci. Les salles de bain étaient sales et plusieurs choses étaient cassées...

Worst Hostel I ever stayed, room and bathroom smelly and dirty, the sheets doesn’t look very clean I wonder if they change and clean the sheets between people ! It was a homeless in my room who was leaving there ! But the worst it’s they have bed bugs ! And it was all over me and my bags ! So dirty! The manager didn’t seem to care about it I guest it booked this bed right away again for someone else without doing anything about the bed bugs ! Avoid his hostel at all costs !!!

This place was pretty bad. The front door was locked but as soon as I hit the buzzer it opened. It smelled musty on the inside. There was plastic wrap lining the hallways. I refused to take a shower because the ceiling was a tarp. The bunk was kinda cool but the mattress was paper thin.

The worst hostel in the world, had a horrible experience with a drunk guest, when I explain the situation about the guest, they told me “thats not my problem, if you wanna leave the hostel, go ahead” the drunk guest told me in midnight Im going to kill you. Leave the hostel in midnight.

would not book again.

Summarising my staying there: I left the hostel night night before I planned, losing my money of the last night. I know Maui is an expensive place to stay, but luckily I found a very good place for the same money

Website booked me and charged me. When I arrived in the property, they dont have available rooms so I had to book another one. They STILL CHARGED MY CARD!

Because one of their staff members misinformed me, my reservation got cancelled even though they told me otherwise. Afterwards when i said i want a refund they told me to contact the website which i have had to constantly email them / call the hostel to get my money back and even though it has been 2 weeks i have not been able to get money back. + Because they cancelled my reservation last second i had to pay a premium for another hostel. Really bad customer service on behalf of the website

The hostel is clean, but this is the only good point. The biggest problem is that it doesn't have a proper kitchen where to cook something for yourself, or just enjoy a meal, but only a tiny, always crowded living room, with no tables. Rooms are quite small, and the card totally stops working at the check out time, so that if you left the luggage in your room while having breakfast, or need the bathroom before leaving, you cannot: kinda rude.

The hostel has a good location. The capsules are good, and the refrigerator in the room is also good. Unfortunately, the mattress is so worn that my back hurt after the first night. There isn't a single hook or anything to put things on in the bathroom. The kitchen isn't really a kitchen, just a microwave with paper plates and plastic cutlery. There's no real common area. The staff is friendly but incompetent. If I go to SF again, I'll definitely stay somewhere else.

En lo personal me parecio muy buena ubicacion, tiene cerca estaciones de bus y puedes llegar caminando a varios puntos de interés turístico, en general la limpieza de los baños y el cuarto es buena, solo te dan 1 shampoo y shower gel, no me dejaron toalla y tuve que solicitar una, lo recomiendo si buscas solo llegar a dormir.

The venue is amazing and it’s awesome! I don’t have much to say. Walking around through the halls was inspiring I just wish the locker was a bit bigger to secure a 30L safely. The current locker can barely fit it and if attempting to simulate and “steal” my own stuff, the top half of locker isn’t fully secured and it can pop off

I am writing this on the last morning of my stay. I wanted to love this space. Unfortunately, my stay has been awful. The bedding is terrible. The piece of foam is no better than my backpacking sleeping pad. My sleeping pad is actually better. In the bed here, you are sleeping on a very hard surface with the bad foam buffer. I booked the female pod in a double. My roommate has been attrocious. Zero courtesy on what shared living space means. Sad the stay was so bad.

This is the third time I've stayed at Music City. I like knowing that the rooms and bathrooms will always be clean and it's an affordable place to stay in the center of the city so it's easy to take public transit in any direction to any neighborhood you might want to visit. The deluxe capsule room I stayed in didn't have a locker (I've previously stayed in a private room) and anyone can walk into the bar/rehearsal side of things that connects to the hotel, but I've personally always felt safe.

Super clean 🧼 restrooms and showers ….. the stairs killed me…. The area is cool, and nice lounge … just the crowds of clients can be a bit different many locals are living in the rooms

Amazing place if you just want to relax and be confortable. To travel alone may be boring, because of the other guests that come.

Girl the window literally fell off, the toilet doesn’t flush, the room stinks like should I go on

Pro: saubere Badezimmer, gute Anbindung zur Stadt, Wasserspender, nette Putzfrau, Zimmer und Bad wird täglich gereinigt Kontra: schlechte/ durchgelegene Matratzen, Lage im Drogenviertel, trotz gemeinsamer Buchung separate Zimmer, gruselige Leute im Hostel, nicht genug chill areas

Cheap for a reason. Property smelt like smoke. The capsules provide some privacy but unfortunately there is nowhere to lock your bag, only a small locker to secure a few valuables. The mattress feels like you’re sleeping on the floor. The room also had some long term residents staying there, which is fine. But takes away from the overall vibe of the property and hostel experience of making friends

bella atmosfera, soprattutto per i musicisti. Stanze accoglienti, ma interni coperti di moquette e appena entrati si sente un odore forte di moquette impolverata. bagni tutto sommato puliti. Nota negativa:promettono la possibilità di usare un deposito bagagli dalle 8AM, ma il giorno del mio check out non ho trovato nessuno in reception a cui lasciarli, pur avendo aspettato fino alle 8:45AM che qualcuno arrivasse. poi mi sono arresa e ho pagato un deposito bagagli esterno

Great value; the place was clean, convenient, and cosy. Would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend someone to stay here! Pros: Great staff, private sleeping 'capsules' instead of bunkbeds, beds were warm + clean, Bathrooms were clean and semi private (shared with floor but one occupant at a time), Wifi was reliable, Check in was easy, Great location and super convenient by Transit Cons: Mattresses were a bit thin, only one outlet in the room, Warm water in the shower was seldom

If you come to SF use the money and stay in a airbnb or a hotel. Hostels are not for the weak. Unfortunately, in my room there was 2 people living there for months because they were homeless and generally the hostel seemed like a shelter for homeless people. Also the hostel is right by the really sketchy areas in downtown so don’t feel very safe at all. If you’re ok with that then this might be the place for you. Beds were comfortable :)

The live shows and music atmosphere were kewl. The sleeping pods gave you a sense of privacy and the rooms were cleaned daily.

A great deal considering the locations. Rooms have only the basics but they are clean and the staff are helpful. I only stayed one night, so I'm not sure how social this hostel is, but it's cool that they have little venues and practice rooms in the building.
