- Stay away! This hotel is not safe, not clean and simply not nice with a poor breakfast. My parents stayed at this hotel for one week from 20 to 27 December. It was not safe. It snowed on 23 December: when my parents came to the hotel that evening found that snow had not been cleared from the car park and not even from the steps! They had to walk on steps covered in snow, taking the risk of falling and breaking a bone on the slippery steps It was not clean. The room was not cleaned for two days. Shower gel ran out in the bathroom and no-one came to refill it. No-one was at the reception to provide an answer. One day the cleaners removed the soap but they did not provide a new one It was not nice. Breakfast was not nice and without much food. For two days the coffee machine at breakfast did not work and the coffee machine in the room was broken, so not possible to have coffee for breakfast. The kettle was also broken. The safe in the room did not work. Pillows were uncomfortable also When I provided feedback to the hotel, they said at first that they do not speak English. When I showed the feedback translated using google, the lady at reception simply lifted her shoulders and did not even say sorry Zero stars. Stay away!

- La chambre, les lits , draps déchiré, pas de rideaux occultant, réveiller très tôt.

+ Lokalita penziónu, pre nás bola vyhovujúca, tiché miesto, mimo centra mesta ale do mesta sme sa tiež ľahko dostali. Raňajky postačujúce, dokladané podľa potreby, dobrá kávička.

- Na izbe č. 1, na ktorej sme boli ubytovaní,chýbal ukladací priestor. Šaty sme mali po celý čas pobytu len v taškách, v kufri. Aj v kúpeľni chýbalo "lepšie" miesto na uteráky (a nie nad záchodom ich sušiť...,možno radšej na dvere vešiaky prirobiť?). A o sedení na záchode? - len s obtiažou vydržať v polohe, no proste málo miesta.

- Welnes ma vchod z ulice, ledva sme dostali vstup. Restika ma tiez samostatny vchod z ulice. Pre ubytovanych hosti ziadne zlavy.

- Arviot paikasta eivät vastanneet odotuksia. Huone oli todella vanhanaikainen ja kokolattiamatto todella kamala ja epäsiisti. Pieni kylpyhuone remontoitu mutta suihku esimerkiksi rikki eikä pysynyt ylhäällä ollenkaan. Päälisin puolin näytti huone siistiltä mutta siivous tehty huonosti kun rupesi tarkemmin katsomaan. Kaapit sisältä tahmeat, pyyheliina tanko todella likainen sekä lavuaarin päällä olevat tarvikkeet likaisia. Toinen sängyistä kokonaan poikki keskeltä ja siksi hieman narisee. Aamupala kohtalainen mutta kaikki tarjottavat lämpimänä pöydällä joten mm. Voit ja jogurtti sekä juustot lämpimiä.. Hedelmissä mm. Paljon pikku kärpäsiä

- We stayed four nights at this place. We were in a double room, whose furniture was quite worn, and the wall-to-wall carpet was old and dusty. There were cockroaches in our room. Because of the cockroaches, our room was cleaned more specific. The breakfast was quite meager. The melon pieces on the breakfast table had hundreds of fruit flies, and the staff member handling the breakfast buffet coughed into her hand before touching the buffet items again, yuck. The level of hygiene could be improved.

+ veľmi dobré raňajky, bohatý výber extrémne pohodlná posteľ (matrac), zatiaľ najlepšia akú sme mali veľmi milý personál, skvelý wellness a fantastická masáž klimatizácia na izbe

- posteľ nebola pekne ustlaná jeden malý župan hodený v skrini jeden uterák na osobu, podľa mňa málo hučiaca chladnička a nefungujúci ovládač na tv nebol doplnený sprchový gél ani vyčistená sprcha

+ Finding the place was very easy, there is a lot of parking spaces. Breakfast has the widest selection Ive experienced, I definitely didnt expect it, everything was prepared nicely and just great :) We didnt get the room we ordered, we good a free upgrade to the deluxe room, which we appreciate very much and made us very happy. And I can 100% recommend to book this one ! Thank you.

+ Vsetko je dokonale, pristup ludi, priestor, atmosfera, cistota, neskutocne dobre vankuse a matrace … najviac👍

+ Príjemné jednanie, všade čisto, vynikajúce raňajky, personal ochotne vyšiel v ústrety so všetkymi požiadavkami.

- Izby sa niekedy zdajú byť menej odhlučnene, zo strany interíeru

+ Lokalita je super, blízko od centra, snídaně naprosto fantastická, nenapadá mne nic, co by tam chybělo. Paní u snídaně velmi milá.
