Avoid (BED BUGS present) Bed bugs found right after check-in (with photo evidence) Receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made us uncomfortable He (the receptionist) denied the bed bugs despite clear proof. We left without staying the night, as we felt unsafe. Forced to pay in cash – card machine “not working”. Seems to be a recurring problem. Promised a refund, but no response for a week. No Wi-Fi in room No hot water in showers. → Unhygienic, unprofessional, and not worth your money.
