Ce n’est pas vraiment un hostel juste un hôtel qui a libérer une chambre afin d’y entasser 9 lits. La place peut donc manquer si vous êtes plusieurs La cuisine est vraiment très succincte (2-3 accessoires avec une gaziniere, un petit évier pour faire la vaisselle mais c’est tout). Pas d’eau accessible en permanence (quand le bidon est vide pas moyen de le remplir) La présence de personnel constant à la réception est appréciable Bref un dortoir bon marché, mais très sommai...
It's not really a hostel just a hotel that has released a room to cram 9 beds in. so the space may be missing if you are several The kitchen is really very succinct (2-3 accessories with a gazinier, a small sink to do the dishes but that's it). no water permanently accessible (when the bin is empty no way to fill it) the constant presence of staff at the reception is appreciated Briefly a cheap dormitory, but very briefly
Chambre sans fenêtre qui sens mauvais. Il n’y a pas d’eau potable à disposition et la chasse d’eau des toilettes marche très mal. De plus, on n’avait pas de draps, seulement un plaide très très sales. On a donc dormi avec notre serviette de douche .. et il y avait des cheveux/poils sur l’oreiller. Une nuit ok mais pas deux.
Room without window that smells bad. there is no drinking water available and the toilet drain works very badly. plus, we had no sheets, just a very, very dirty plaid. so we slept with our shower towel.. and there was hair/hair on the pillow. one night is okay but not two.
Wir haben in einem Wandschrank mit zwei Betten geschlafen, ohne Lüftung und mit kaputten Schloss. Das Bad befand sich außerhalb des Zimmers mit einer nahezu durchsichtigen Wand. Es gab kein Trinkwasser und auch kein warmes Wasser zum duschen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war auch absolut inkompetent und konnte bei keiner Frage weiterhelfen
We slept in a two bed closet, without ventilation and with a broken lock.The bathroom was outside the room with a nearly transparent wall.There was no drinking water or hot water for a shower.The receptionist was also absolutely incompetent and could not help in any matter.
This was all you ask a hotel for: clean beds, a secure space, plug sockets, a person there to check you in and out. It was not much more than that. Our room didn't have windows, the wifi was patchy, you had to buy drinking water, the shower drained so slowly the bathroom was flooded for 20mins after anyone showered, the atmosphere was bleak. But as I said, it has everything it advertises, so I cannot fault it.
Not really a hostel. Just a room in a hotel converted to a hostel room with 9 bunk beds!! Fine if you have a stay over in Comitan but I wouldn't stay here any longer. No atmosphere, very noisy as it's close to the road and no information regarding the town or things close by. The kitchen is also just a room with a few kitchen items.
La ubicación es muy cercana a la terminal de autobuses, así como también del centro. Encontramos muy limpio la habitación así como el baño. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba fatal, era la última planta, no era una habitación más bien una adaptación, sin ventanas, sin ventilador y mucho menos a/c. Le pedimos a la persona de recepción que nos cambiará de habitación, por lo que nos dio las que estaban en camas individuales, sin los mismos servicios. Cobran 50 c/u por guardar equi...
The location is very close to the bus terminal as well as the center. we found the room as well as the bathroom very clean. the room they assigned us was terrible, it was the top floor, it was not a room but rather an adaptation, no windows, no fan and much less a/c. we asked the receptionist to change rooms, so they gave us the ones that were in single beds, without the same services. they charge 50 cents for storing luggage.

Good for the amount you pay. The building is a hotel, and in one room there are three triple bunkbeds. Some small lockers in reception to store valuables. One bathroom for a lot of people. about 15 mins walk from the bus station. We just used this place as a base to explore the lakes and waterfalls around the town
Good location and pretty clean, but since it's a hotel there aren't really any of the normal hostel facilities (although there is a stove you can use if you ask). And, as other people have also written, 9 beds is a lot for the small room, there is almost no space to put your stuff.
More of a hotel than a hostel, but it did the job. I didn't need to cook or do laundry, and I don't think they're options. On the great side, the shared room was clean and the staff was friendly. The road is pretty easy to hear so earplugs are helpful!

I would not need to stop for a moment to deside if I would stay here again, if need a place to stay in Colorant, Mx.! Because I would do so in a heartbeat!

First, the property is a hotel. The hostel is a 9 beds dorm at the ground floor. I was the only one staying in the hostel so it was very quiet (perfect for me) and spacious. Said that, the room is definitely too small for hosting 9 people and also it has no fan, AC or openable windows. The room is also close to the street, which is not a main street so it is enough quiet at night. The WiFi is very slow and impossible to use. The bathroom and the room are very clean. They have a kitchen for cook.

No hay mucha convivencia. Lo único malo.

Basic hostel. Good location as we were using it as a base to get to El Chiflon. No lockers in shared room, and space is very tight with 9 people in the room.
Great value for money, room was clean and staff were very friendly. Not a social hostel but a great place to stay. Location is the pretty city of Comitan is perfect close to main square and to collectivos to beautiful sights around (waterfall, lakes, temples)
