+ La localización y la recepción del propietario.

- Siento tener que poner una valoración tan negativa, pero el olor a orina de gato en la habitación era evidente. Pese a que el dueño pide a los huéspedes que cierren la puerta del cuarto, no todos hacen caso y un gato entró e hizo sus necesidades debajo de mi cama lo que hizo que el olor fuese insoportable.

+ Realmente lo único que nos gustó fué que en la habitación estabamos apartados y no nos molestaba casi nadie... pero si salia gente a la terraza, ni eso. Y el personal que fué agradable y nos ayudó.

- Ubicación nada buena, lejos de todo, instalaciones necesitan mejorar, la habitación estaba llena de residuos de termitas y estos residuos continuaron cayendo del techo sobre nosotros, sobre la cama, sobre la ducha durante la noche... muy molesto y desagradable. Las escaleras de caracol que teniamos que subir para llegar a la habitación eran muy pequeñas, tanto que era casi imposible subir con las maletas y además de ser peligrosas pues puedes caerte fácil. Teniamos las cortinas de la ventana por fuera y esta daba a las escaleras, privacidad cero, el baño tenia una ventana abierta por donde entraba frio por la noche desde la terraza, deben de cerrarla. La señal wifi no llegaba. Cocina sucia (esto es culpa de los otros huespedes pero el alojamiento podía estar pendiente y llamarles la atención) el desayuno es irrisorio, algo común en muchos hospedajes en perú, te ponen un huevo con pan y te o café y listo, al menos que indiquen en que consiste el desayuno en booking para que la gente vea que merece la pena elegir la opción sin desayuno y así se lo ahorran... en fin, mucho que mejorar

+ Barranco is a really nice area to stay in Lima, especially if you like food! The owner was very friendly and helpful.

- It's a bit run down. The towels were stained, the room felt dated and there was a very bad smell of drains in the room. The kitchen was dirty so we didn't use.

+ My favorite stay in Lima, this place was a dream. You feel like you’re at home right away. It’s safe, clean, and homie. I loved cuddling with the kitties. The owner is so sweet and nice. It’s so quiet and I slept so well here. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

+ Very professionally run hostel- great spaces, best breakfast we have had in Peru so far. Great and no brainer for the price- great location, quick to answer messages, and safe and secure. Kitchen is very well stocked. Nice place to meet others. Really enjoyed looking at all the pictures of the family and the cowboy paraphernalia. We actually got a great sleep (this can be a rarity in Lima) bed was really comfy.

+ I travel alone and stay at hostels pretty exclusively. I met some of the best people, both staff and other guests, ever. Juan, who is part of the family that runs the hostel, gives amazing recommendations. He hooked me up with a dentist!! As far as the accommodations themselves. I stayed in a private one night and a dorm two. All accommodations including bathrooms were clean and cleaned regularly. There is a lovely outdoor space on the roof and the hostel is located in one of the loveliest neighborhoods and a popular tourist destination of Lima. As the hostel is literally a business run by the Bereja family there is sweet wall with family pictures. This was the best hostel I've ever stayed at. I will return.

- They are juggling lots of reservations, which makes sense because it's such a great place. If you are like me and book combos of dorm rooms and privates at one hostel, just message them before you arrive to make sure that they know you are booking separate rooms for different nights.

+ The family running the hostel is extremely nice and helpful. They had some recommendations to check in the Barranco area and i have to say there were really on point. I even got a map of the area with nice spots to check. It's a quiet street yet just a short walk from everything nice in Barranco.

- Maybe I would think about including laundry service for an extra fee as the local laundry service places can be irritating and slow;-)

+ On a reçu de très bons conseils sur les visites à faire, et de l'aide pour nos déplacements. Nos hôtes, Willy et Luz, ont été charmants tout au long de notre séjour : leur présentation disait que c'est une auberge familiale dont les hôtes reçoivent comme ils aiment être reçus quand ils voyagent, et c'est exactement ce qu'on a vécu. Enthousiastes et curieux, ils ont plein d'adresses à partager :-) Le petit déjeuner est simple, efficace et très très bon, tant en quantité qu'en qualité, préparé et servi chaque matin. On aime tout ce qu'il y a : avocat, oeuf, fruits, pain, beurre, confiture. Merci pour vos bons conseils et votre chaleur. C'était fantastique !!

- Pas grand chose, et rien qui vaille la peine d'en faire un blocage pour un court séjour : notre chambre donnait sur le couloir principal, à côté des sanitaires. Les bruits du matin peuvent être dérangeants si on n'est pas soi-même matinal, mais ça se calme très vite. Les sanitaires sont propres et spacieux. On y gagnerait en confort avec un espace dans les sanitaires pour déposer ses affaires, afin d'être plus à l'aise, pendant le temps d'occupation desdits sanitaires.
