Really bad Organisation … the kitchen has NOTHING to use. No forks, no spoons… not even a stove ?!?! The kitchen and chil area turn into a bar at night and they won’t allow you to drink your own beer. You can’t even make your own food? It’s very very noise everywhere and the privat room are like prison. NO WINDOW. AC also a scam in the doorm rooms.non there ! Shower and toilets are well and clean. Traveler beware:This hostel likes to play shady games / practices heres how:So upon my arrival to this hostel , I asked the desk if English or Spanish was their strong suite(this is important ) . They told me both were suitable as I have no issue with being a tourist and using translator apps to make sure we are not lost within communication. Every time I spoke Spanish I was told "we speak English " in a condescending tone.. now is my spanish perfect ... not by a long shot .fullreviewongoogle

There is no AC in the share room (contrary to what is said on the hostel page presentation). The temperature in the room was close to 30 degree and it was even hotter in the bed capsule. When you open the window to refresh it a bit, you get devoured by tons of Mosquitoes + there are a tons of noise in the street. Overall the rest of the equipment are nice and clean but I had the worst night of sleep I ever had in this hostel due to the heat, noise and mosquitos.

Clean, modern, well located hostel, but2 things really annoyed me. 1. u have to go on the street2 smoke even tho they have a massive open air rooftop, makes no sense, and actually puts guests in danger if its late or they want2 smoke 'something else' cos the area is crawling with police. If you smoke dont stay here. 2. Money grabbing, we arrived early and our room was ready but theycharged us early check in, across my travels most just let u in cos it makes no difference. also charge for coffee.

Relatively clean, the staff is relatively friendly, and the interior design of this place is pretty awesome. However, there were two problems -- the first one, I kept waking up in the morning with insect bites all over my body, most of which appeared to big in straight lines or zigzag patterns. And the second problem, the staff were very shady in their response when I asked them if anyone else had complained about such bites. Loud! The transit police start blowing their whsitle right outside the window at 8am. The staff plays loud (bad) house music all day which echoes throughout all floors due to the open stairway; if you wish to sleep after your long journey, this is not the place for you. The staff were too young to comprehend any issue beyond the basic routine, or recieve/comprehend an international crowd. A price discrepency arose at the bar and simply in trying to clarify, I was met with an ipudent response.

clean and well built hostel. there was a speaker shop under the dorm. I got mildly electricuted touching the metal bed frame. someone had their suitcase stolen. Some staff were nice a few were so rude. Its like they hated you for being there!

Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind unfreundlich, reserviert, kontaktlos. Am liebsten möchten sie gar keine Fragen gestellt haben und nicht gestört werden, weil sie privat immer online sind im Internet. Überhaupt nicht erklärt, wo was im Haus zu befinden sind. Man musste alles selbst entdecken wo was liegen. Die Infos für die Aktivitäten kommen immer spontan kurz vor, wo man schon privat unterwegs ist. Das haus selber ist sehr sauber. Leider sehr laut.

Cool hostel! it wasn't very active when we were there, and the location is a bit out of the way. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

The hostel is fine but there isn't really an atmosphere or socialising to speak of. I had a windowless room which was pretty depressing. Fine if you just want some alone time or to do a little work.

La estadia fue excepcional, las instalaciones se ven como nuevas, staff super amable,la ubicacion ni se diga esta de maravilla sobre todo para tomar el metro bus para los 2 aeropuertos.De unico que me puedo quejar fue el desayuno, dejó mucho que desear, solo una opción de yougurt y desgraciadamente no era natural, solo una opcion de fruta, ademas México se caracteriza por su variedad de pan dulce, hubiera sido mejor que el pan blanco y ademas limitado a 2 piezas.

Super nice hostel, the bunk boxes are very private and comfortable. Staff was great especially Paola at the front desk! Felt pretty empty when I was there so it wasn’t very social but I think when it’s busier and as people discover this place it will be!

Absolutely loved this hostel, clean, spacious, friendly helpful front desk staff. The pods had a 3 lights, 2 shelves, a safe, hangers for your clothes and an opening for your bag with a key to lock. A little fan would’ve been nice, but otherwise perfect space. The bathrooms and rooms were always clean. I did one tour with Vic and would not recommend. There was no organization or plan, I rebooked the next day with gurutours and got a much better experience. Breakfast I would recommend to pass.

Everything was very nice and clean about the hostel. You sleep in a dorm but it feels like having a private room. I highly recommend this hostel although I don’t recommend taking the breakfast

Amazing in every way. Very very clean, attractive, the art and theme is well executed throughout. The terrace and eating area is perfect. Staff is super friendly. Not one dirty toilet or shower. Always toilet paper. I stayed 11 days and was impressed. I’ve stated in 100-150 hostels and this one ranks way up there. The box bed design is new to me. I didn’t like sleeping close to the floor so asked for the upper bunk. It’s only 4 steps. It’s right in the middle of everything. 5 stars.

This place is great if you want to stay in a very central location. Staff is great and there are a lot of group activities to join with friendly locals. There is also a group chat you can be on and get together with others staying here, so also great if you’re travelling solo. Only thing is if you book through Hostelworld you can’t have breakfast or coffee in the morning for some reason….

No toilet paper twice in the afternoon early Eve. Otherwise 5 stars!

Nice clean hostel, in a great location. Staff could have been more helpful. Men’s loos on 1s floor stank of urine, needs sorting out. Other than that great!

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Private rooms are a bit small so theres not really space for luggage. One of the mens bathrooms had a strange chemical smell and were uncomfortable to use for that reason. Very secure and good location in Centro Historico.

Loved staying here! Great privacy with the option of socializing. Facilities were great as well as location. My room was a little warm and had some street noise but I did not mind it.
