Legends Youth Hostel

Staff were lovely and helpful. The facilities unfortunately are dirty and tired. The bathrooms smell horribly. There was no atmosphere.

very dirty place with old dirty mattresses impossible to sleep on. owner is cheap and food nights are over priced. great staff and fun activities everyday.

Nos dijeron que la regla del hostel era silencio a partir de las 00.00. No pudimos dormir porque estuvieron gritando hasta las 6 de la mañana y ningún encargado les pidió silencio. La habitación era privada, pero el baño tenía mal olor constante, dejaron pocas frazadas, no había calefacción. Resumen: no pudimos dormir, pasamos frío, con condiciones de falta de higiene y pagamos una habitación privada.

Done a reservation (payed the hostel world part) . We arrived and they said no more places … still haven’t been refunded for having paid the hostel world part.

Worst hostel in Argentina. First night we spent over an 1 hour waiting out front, ringing the door bell, the dogs barking and still no one let us in as the night worker was no where to be found. Ended up having to break in. Room was TINY and super hot. Every day I would come back to someone new checked into my bed and would need to remind the hostel that bed was taken. Just got stay at the windmill

This hostel has been run down a long time ago. The facilities dont or barely work. The lockers have been broken so many times that their content is basically freely available to anyone. The showers dont work and are dirty, there are bare minimum curtains to protect your privacy. The mattress is so broken and old, its actually disgusting to think about it. The atmosphere is the only good thing here as they are organising something every night.

Mal. Reserve. Hice un adelanto, poco, pero fue algo. Cancele con bastante anticipacion la reserva y nadie me devolvio el dinero. El Hostal dice que no devuelde dinero y la Web dice que deberia devolverme el Hostel. Al final no me hospede alli y perdi ese dinero de esa reserva que habia hecho. En Conclusion, una Estafa, de las mucha que hay en internet con estos sitios truchos.

The rooms are tired and dirty and there is a hole in the wall so you share aircondition with your neighbours and you can also hear everything they say. They also control the aircondition so you cannot control it yourself. There was also no lock on the door and it could not be closed properly. There is a shared toilet and shower so there i none privacy. But the staff was very nice.

the good things: has multiple showers, location is the saving grace. The bad things: beds are like dog beds, very old and worn, sheets are dirty, pillows are even worse. The owners/volenteers have a very clicky vibe, they throw parties till 2am and its just them getting drunk, the owner is also crazy rude, comes into the room and will just turn the light off with you in the room. The place is also so dark, if you turn on a light itll soon be off again. A very odd place.

we had a good time staying here, price and location are fantastic. our room had aircon which was a lifesaver but not sure about some of the other rooms. Bruno was lovely as were the cutest dogs ever. Lucas, the owner, was lovely until the last day where he told us the cost of the shared meal we had was 15,000ARS (£12) each for half a fish, so be aware before you say yes to the communal meal.

Meilleur hostel , le propriétaire fait tout son possible pour nous , presque tout les soir il propose des repas , du vin a volonté.. j’ai passé mon meilleur moment en Argentine la bas que j’en ai oublié de visiter la ville par moment

honestly i dont understand the high ratings. the hostel was not really clean the beds were really old there were barely any plugs to charge the phone and you always had to ask to leave the hostel

Ik had een heel fijne tijd in Campo Base Hostel. Basic, old school accommodatie, wat nog eens fijn is naast de vele fancy moderne hostels. Tegelijk wordt er goed voor je gezorgd: Lucas en co zijn heel behulpzaam, geven persoonlijk advies volgens wat je vraagt of nodig hebt, ze zorgen er steeds voor dat alles proper is, voorzien ontbijt en 's avonds worden er etentjes georganiseerd. Thanks aan de hele crew!

El personal era muy amable. Cumplían todos tus deseos y siempre se ocupaban de todo enseguida. Todas las noches había vino gratis y a veces el personal también ofrecía comida. Lo único negativo para mí fue el aire acondicionado que funcionó a 100 toda la noche. Pero también había mantas calientes para eso. En resumen, una estancia estupenda a un precio inmejorable. Con mucho gusto otra vez

My favorite hostel Ive ever stayed at. It felt like a family and all the staff were so amazing. We went out with them and they were our friends rather than hosts, 100% recommend and the price is soo generous. Gracias por todo🙏🫶

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca a todo, los espacios en común son agradables y el personal es muy amable. Gracias Lucas por haberme ayudado durante mi estadía, valoro mucho tu atención y espero no haber causado molestias. La habitación compartida de 4 camas es cómoda.

Great place with great workers! I have never been before in a hostel where the staff is remarkably attentive and want to help you with your every needs! I highly recommend!

Nice stay at this place - the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hostel was a little quiet when I arrived, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Nevertheless, the staff absolutely made up for this and would return just to hang out with them again.

Een hostel met fantastische sfeer! Vier nachten verbleven en heb me de gehele tijd ontzettend welkom gevoeld. De eigenaar en de andere vrijwilligers zijn altijd bereid je te helpen en in voor een praatje. Ik kom heel graag nog een keer terug!

Cozy, friendly place in a great location. Would be even better with locks on the dorm doors and to be able to close the toilet doors completely.
