Ok hostel for the price

Für eine Nacht vor einer Safari ist es ok. Die Vibes passen zum Safari Setting. Aber die Mückennetzte sind löchrig, und die Sanitäranlagen auch eher zweckmäßig. Die Küche hätte ich nicht nutzen wollen😬

Waren hier für eine Nacht um auf Safari zu gehen. Unterkunft is einfach aber gut. Besitzerin war super lieb und die Orga der Safari war auch top und preislich super!

Pros: free laundry service, kitchen has a blender, really easy to book safari Cons: cash only, cockroach in our bed, snake in the kitchen, cold water showers only, no atmosphere AC is available in the private room for an additional fee (1000 rupee per night)

Insectos vivos de todo tipo por la habitacion y baño, nosquiteras rotas

Le personnel est très gentil mais les lieux très peu accueillant, sombres et sales. Ok pour une nuit étape petit budget mais pas recommandé pour du confort ou des interactions sociales…

We stayed one night and it was meh! The bed was too small for me (191cm). In general not much was going on there. One other guest. Bathrooms and rooms were clean!

we were there only to go to the safari but it was absolutely nothing special. Staff didn’t speak any english at all, didn’t meet any other guests and the aircondition was either way too cold or way too hot

Overall all good. but because there are still not that many backpackers around the hostel was empty.

The property was ok, the only thing was that during the night it was really really hot, but not their fault. The people were really nice !

Goed hostel, vriendelijke host!

El sitio está muy bien y es limpio. Pero mi primera noche me tocan a la puerta (yo ya en pijama y casi dormida con alarma a las 4 para el Safari) para decirme que me había dado el cuarto equivocado. No quisieron esperar el día siguiente para darme otro cuarto. Mi mochila ya deshecha y todo. Spoiler: el otro cuarto quedó libre las dos noches. Ellos se equivocan, pues ellos pagan sin tener que tocar a la puerta de noche para molestar a los huéspedes.

Kleines, ruhiges Hostel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Ich habe die Safari über das Hostel gebucht und es war toll!! Und der Preis den das Hostel für die Safari nimmt ist nicht teuer.

Fantastic little stay here in yala national park. Host is so helpful with transport and booking safaris, the perfect spot for the tour!

Simple but useful space in a cute town. Perfect for your safari. Great Value. Even comes with comman kitchen, water refill and bikes to borrow for free.

We stayed here for 1 night to go on safari in yala. The hostel organised the safari for us and at a great price too! It wasnt the best hostel in the world but I believe them that it’s the best hostel yala haha.

great hostel, super convenient for the yala safari. the staff were very friendly and helpful, there was no AC in the room but fans right by the bed and mosquito nets, so it felt comfortable. lots of bathrooms which was helpful for when everyone was up at 4am before the safari! would recommend

Felt really comfortable and welcome there. Easily booked my Safari to Yala through the Hostel. They even got up with me to make sure I get picked up which was really sweet. One of the nicest bathroom of my trip. They provide a lot of infrastructure incl kitchen with water filter, inside and outdoor bathrooms etc. As I unfortunately only stayed one night, I didn't meet many other travellers but had a nice chat with the owner.

We stayed for 1 night and had everything organized by the lovely hostel-team: transfer from ella to the hostel, yala nationalpark and then another transfer to ahangama. all worked out perfectly, very fair price and overall great experience. would definately recommend! and: we saw 4 leopards :)

Perfect place to stay to do a safari, owner went above and beyond for his customer service. Would recommend

Safari über das Hostel gebucht. Es wurde alles top organisiert und es war eine super Erfahrung ohne Stress. Auch Preis Leistung hat hier völlig gepasst. Die Außenduschen waren eine coole Erfahrung.
