‼️bedbug warning Beware- we stayed here in the 6 man dorm, and it was badly infested with bedbugs. Apparently someone had reported it to reception a couple of days prior as well. We did see them bag the bedding as we left, but not sure what measures were being taken. People were refunded for future nights there, but not for the night they were discovered. I suspect the bugs are in the bunks themselves, not just the bedding. I’d stay well away.
Broken windows, broken heaters, no lockers and unreachable staff. If you only need a roof and a bed, this’ll do, but don’t expect anything else.
Het hostel was in een slechte staat. Veel was kapot o.a. de sloten van de badkamers. Hier was als oplossing voor bedacht om een steen voor de deur te leggen. Ook was het onhygiënisch.
The hostel was in a bad state. much was broken including the locks of the bathrooms. here was the solution to put a stone in front of the door. it was also unhygienic.

À fuir ! L’hostel est pas si mal placé mais comptez bien 15/20min de marche jusqu’au départ des randos du coin. Nous étions 3 dans une cabane prévu pour 8 et heureusement. Une salle de bain plus que petite, avec toilettes et baignoire. Pas très hygiénique pour un hostel, un rideau de douche aussi noir que le sol, et un tapis de bain qui n’a pas du sécher depuis des jours. Les deux dortoirs de étaient minuscules, je ne sais pas où on aurais mis nos sacs si on avait été 4 �...
It does the job, but has a very low level of cleanliness in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom e.g dirty beds would be left for a couple of days, bedroom floor was never mopped and food stain was on the floor for days which was gross as this was the dormitory. The kitchen is not well equipped and the pans were all breaking, also there was never enough toilet paper or hand soap in the bathrooms. The owner is lovely though and helpful when in the hostel.
Don’t stay here. The room was filthy (used ear plugs and empty coke bottles under the bed that were never cleaned in the 3 days I was there), and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Also don’t think they change the sheets. I returned to look for something I thought I left and a new person had been checked into my bed. I realized the sheets were the same pattern as the ones I’d slept in, and every bed in the room had differently patterned sheets so I would be surprised if they were ...
Location is good and small cabin for 8 people good. However, WiFi didn’t work, no plugs by beds, no fans/ac, bathroom wouldn’t lock and the cabin was overbooked which was not dealt with so late at night it was loud with people trying to organise beds.
Many things like older amenities, appliances and furnishings could be completely excused if the staff was actually available. Our toilet broke - no one answered our WhatsApp messages (you were supposed to do this if the front desk wasn't available). We were not able to turn on the gas heating- same thing no reaction. We did not give them our washing for laundry service because we were not sure if we would actually find the staff before our bus leaves and get our washing back.
The hostel is not clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There is two cats, that sleeps in people’s bed and flies everywhere. It’s 20 minute walk from the hiking start… but 2 minutes away from the bus station

Very quiet environment, helpful and friendly staff, great experience!
The hostel itself was lovely and cozy we met some great people and it has a good kitchen / social area. However we wished we’d read the google reviews before arriving. The one thing to note is while the owner was helpful at times he was quite hard to get hold of and can be unresponsive, for example when we arrive our room had no heating and the windows kept blowing open it took a while to get this sorted. El lugar es agradable y simple, cabañas de madera con todo lo necesario para estadía. Está a pocos metros de la terminal de ómnibus y con lugares para realizar compras muy cerca.
The place is nice and simple, wooden huts with everything necessary for stay. it is a few meters from the bus terminal and with places to do shopping very close.
Great stay! the manager Rodrigo was very helpful! great cabins, comfy beds, clean bathrooms. 8 beds with 1 bathroom was not an ideal ratio, but we made it work. while the hostel is very close to the bus station, it's a bit of a walk to the trail heads. still, overall a very positive experience and would totally go again!
Location and staff fine. Cool little apartments so that was cool. Because it's little apartments there is no security. Anyone can walk in off the street and take your stuff while you are out through the day. No locks on each apartment. No heating in our apartment so he suggested to use the gas camping stove for heating the cabin (yes he told us to light a fire in the kitchen) posing a HUGE fire risk, and it would have blocked our only exit. La cortina se rompio cuando estuvimos, no hay manera de cerrar el baño o el dormitorio y estuvimos un tiempo sin papel higénico. Es un lugar economico, bien si no quieren gastar demas en Pantagonia pero algunos puntos podrian ser mejorado. Fue muy dificil prender la cocina y en algun momento no quedaba nada para prenderla, igual que la basura se llenaba muy rapido debido a la cantidad de gente compartiendola. El recepcionista es simpatico y disponible y pasamos un buen tiempo igualmente.
The curtain broke when we were there, there was no way to close the bathroom or the bedroom and we were for a while without toilet paper. It's a cheap place, although if you don't want to spend extra in Pantagonia but some points could be improved. Lindo el espacio común. La limpieza faltaba, baños inundados y sin papel. Cómo que para tanta gente se requería un poco más de constancia que una vez al día. Para una sola noche estuvo bien, no más.
The common space was beautiful. the cleanliness was lacking, bathrooms flooded and paperless. how for so many people it required a little more constancy than once a day. for one night it was fine, nothing more.

Rodrigo (the owner) was amazing. We had the best asado cooked by the man himself and met some very nice guests. A memorable stay!

The two bedroom bungalows, which share a bathroom and kitchen, are cute and have a vibe.
This hostel is good value for money - not too expensive but basic. There’s no lockers in the rooms and doors also don’t lock, but it feels like a safe area and we didn’t hear of any problems. The rooms are super clean, with cleaners coming every day.

we stayed in three different locations in the area. cerro torre was nice and clean, but for the price we paid, we felt you could get a lot more elsewhere. reception is left unattended and the communal area is small. the following night we paid less and had breakfast included, a much nicer room and the place had a fantastic cumminial area with games and lots of conforts
Location close to bus station. Nice idea with cabins with own kitchen and dining table. But needs some upgrades. Quirky and some old bunk beds and kitchen appliances need an upgrade. Cleaner completes daily making the place look at nice as possible and friendly staff.
Rooms were fine, bathrooms never had soap and water pressure wasn’t good. Kitchen was not clean at all and not the best cooking facilities, leftover food in a pan was sitting on the hob all day.
