Hostal Ganbara - Self Check In

The hostel was not accept me. They told we are full and we dont accept reservation. I could not stay at hostel

Pésimo servicio, había hecho mi reserva y cuando llegue a el hostel me encontré que mi reserva se había cancelado por falta de pago, pero si me habían debitado de la tarjeta de crédito. Jamas me avisaron de lo que había pasado asi que llegue al lugar y me entere de todo en ese momento, ya estaba todo reservado. Aun así no me devolvieron la reserva que habia echo.

The day of the check-in, I was not able to enter the building because the hostel did not sent the digital code for the self check-in. I was waiting outside the building and it was raining heavily. The staff was very unhelpful and very rude. They made me wait for 6 minutes until hanging up the phone. Two times.

I’ve never left a review before - this hostel has really unsafe conditions. It is not very clear there is NO staff on site. Not a good choice for solo female travellers. Zero atmosphere, very sterile, odd environment. Hostels should not be automated!!!!

Nous avons été accueillies par Abdul qui a été très sympa et disponible avec le sourire. Parfait pour son accueil. En revanche, beaucoup de bruit le soir, la nuit, les portes qui claquent. Chambre juste en face de la salle de bain commune donc très bruyante. On a entendu la soufflerie toute la nuit, il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Le store ne suffit pas pour occulter la lumière de l’extérieur. 86€ pour ma fille de 12 ans et moi dans une chambre vendu comme privée avec que des lits...

Semisótano con gente muy turbia dentro. en la sala común olía a vómito y en la habitación había dos personas con una higiene muy descuidada. salimos de ahí en cuanto pudimos

Probably one of the worst hostel ever. There is no staff on site, I did face many issues with my booking, bad smell and lot of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Most of lockers broken. Very bad experience

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE (and I've been into a lot of hostels worldwide). I came with my brother. When we arrived there was a receptionist who did the check-in with us. He placed us in a room for 4, without any ventilation and very stinky. There was also a person sleeping in complete dark in there at 4pm. He then placed us into a 10 guest room. We found during the night that that room was already full! The receptionist made a mistake. A drunken guest layed on top of my brother while he was sleeping c

If you just like to stay for one night it’s probably okay. But it’s not a hostel to meet new people and not a clean one too. Moreover the stuff is totally uneducated and without any kind of empathy :/ :/

Pour une première auberge, je suis agréablement surprise, nous avons adoré le concept, le confort, la propreté, le rapport qualité/prix, l’emplacement etc… c’est une adresse que je recommanderai à quiconque !

Trop petit

Ostello con servizi minimi vista la tipologia di struttura. Si presenta in ordine e abbastanza pulito. Uso cucina in comune con tutto ciò che serve. Spazio comune scarno, si potrebbe migliorare un pochino. Non è possibile fare il check in on line se hai dei bambini ma abbiamo trovato una ragazza molto gentile all'ingresso che ci ha accolto. Questo servizio non è detto che ci sia normalmente

The facility was well located for food, access to the city, and desirable activities. We felt very safe with the security features, which operated correctly (no issues). The facility was a great oasis during our adventures, we would definitely stay in Hostal Ganbara again. Thank you!

Es mi primera vez en un Hostal y fue muy agradable. Hostal Ganbara es muy seguro, la ubicación es en el casco viejo donde encuentras tabernas, comida, metro, autobús o todo queda caminando. Me quedé en una habitación mixta de 8 espacios, mis compañeros de habitación fueron muy respetuosos. Había baño dentro y fuera de la habitación, instalaciones limpias. Muy feliz de mi estancia en Bilbao y a un buen precio.

Prima plek, fijn dat je er kan koken, kamer schoon, gezellige woonkamer met boekenkast. Douche wat oud. Fijn dat je zelf kan inchecken Geen personeel gezien, dus kan ik niet invullen

Ein gut gelegenes Hostel, aber der Mitarbeiter, der zu dem Zeitpunkt dort gearbeitet hat ging gar nicht. Rassistisch und sexistisch. Hab mich in seiner Gegenwart nicht wohlgefühlt.

Sad vibes from the place. Really little social life, no events organized. The guy working there is really kind and friendly. The bedrooms where ok

La ubicación fantástica , la habitación de 8 personas poco ventilación, taquillas un poco viejas (tienes que traer tu candado) la chica de la limpieza super amable (Amalia)
