- カード決算できない 貴重品ロッカーにカギか無い 朝食付き？など 見てもいない タオルやバスタオル等の案内もない 観光地であるのに案内地図すらない
L’hostel est situé sur une coline, isolé de tout. Ils ne proposent pas réellement d’activités et la location de scooters n’est pas viable. Le personnel est feignant et ne parle pas anglais. On nous a loué un scooter sans essence et sans phares qui fonctionnaient. L’eau de la piscine est verte fluo, il y a une grenouille et des rats qui vivent à côté de la piscine. Aucun choix pour le petit déjeuner, le sandwich à le goût de l’eau. Je ne recommande pas cet hostel.
The hostel is located on a hill, isolated from everything. They don't really offer activities and the rental of scooters is not viable. The staff is pretentious and doesn't speak English. We rented a scooter without gasoline and without working headlights. The pool water is fluffy green, there is a frog and rats that live next to the pool. No choice for breakfast, the water-flavored sandwich. I don't recommend this hostel.
Do not stay here, service was terrible the staff didn't care about the guest staying, male staff was so rude and disrespectful towards us. The rooms were so hot you cannot fall asleep, when asking reception if we can get a private room with working aircon got so much attitude and told aircon works fine go to sleep. Gave them our washing and was told it would be done in 6 hours but wasn’t ready for 24 hours, washing came back stained and dirtier than when we gave it to them.
Water was off for over 12 hours because they were refilling the pool, advertised as free breakfast but it isn't, toilet didn't get cleaned for the whole time we were there, tours weren't running, kitchen more likely closed than it was open
there's a good vibe(sometimes) and cats! but there's no reason at all for anyone to go to Ha Long. go directly to Cat Ba! theres almost no food (or anything) around, the breakfast is super poor. you need to climb a steep hill to get to the hostel. the boat to get to cat ba was already prettier than the whole tour leaving from ha long (then there's tours there, which don't even compare).

- A mon arrivée le taxi collectif n'a pas voulu monter la colline pour me déposer à l'auberge. Il m'a lâchée sur l'avenue car il m'a dit qu'il ne pourra pas faire demi-tour. J'ignorais que l'auberge était haut perché dans une rue difficilement accessible en voiture! Ce n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce et c'est un point important. Elle est un peu excentrée. La baie d'Along de ce côté n'est pas un pôle attrayant car c'est une zone trop touristique. Il n'y a pas d'âme! Les prix sont exorbitants par rapport au reste du pays et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le fait de payer pour avoir du café et la qualité du petit déjeuner n'est pas au rendez-vous. S'il n'avait pas aussi chaud et humide je n'aurai pas eu l'impression d'être au Vietnam.

- Ở trên đồi nên lúc đi lên khá mệt, dốc khá cao. phòng dorm mà nhà vệ sinh ngay bên trong phòng và khá nhỏ. Thùng rác trong nhà vệ sinh nhỏ rác tràn ra, nên thay bằng thùng lớn hơn nắp kín

- Swimming pool isn’t really usable, there is no sound isolation, you can hear everything especially the children at breakfast time

- The room wasn't clean, it gets very loud during the night - the walls are not soundproof. Sometimes it is a party hostel
No vibe here at all. Not the hostel’s fault but ha long doesn’t feel like the space to meet people. Felt like this was a place to stay and co work.

The hostel is nice and chill, the reception staff were all very lovely.
Guys this is the Most relaxing ans vibing hostel I’ve been to in Vietnam! It’s clean it’s nice it has a nice atmosphere and staff! All of the staff is just so nice but especially with Kien I had some nice conversations (he speaks very good English and you can actually have a talk with him). Thanks brother for the information and warm welcome you gave me! I extended one day because I wanted to chill and relax one more day there and don’t regret it at all! Emma also helped me out with info...
The staff at the hostel were lovely, particularly mr.kien, who made a particular effort and was very enthusiastic and welcoming. The location and surrounding area didn’t offer much and was a little busy/run down but halong bay itself is well worth a visit. Hostel itself was a little social but less so than others. For a peaceful atmosphere it’s a nice place to stay though
Fantastic hostel. Very homely communal area with games, instruments, cards etc. A nice refreshing pool to cool down in and a lovely view. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Tucked away from the noise of the valley beach club too.
Das Hostel ist eins mit dem besten Preis leistungs Verhältnis. Die Betten sind groß es gibt 2 Badezimmer pro Zimmer, diese sind sehr sauber und einladend. Es gibt außerdem eine wunderschöne Terrasse von welcher man ein super Blick auf die Inseln hat. Es laufen Baby Katzen herum mit denen man spielen kann. Besonders muss ich auch die Mühe von Herr Kien hervorheben, er nimmt sich viel Zeit um einem alles genau zu erklären und hat zu meinen positiven Aufenthalt deutlich beigetragen
The hostel is one with the best value for money ratio. The beds are large there are 2 bathrooms per room, these are very clean and welcoming. There is also a beautiful terrace from which one has a great view of the islands. There are Baby Cats running around with which to play. I especially must also highlight the effort of Mr Kien, he takes a lot of time to explain everything to me exactly and has clearly contributed to my positive stay
Mr.Kien made me experience here so special, I will highly recommend to all my friends and will make sure to stay again!
Lovely hostel and staff. Very good value for money. Ha long bay itself is like a ghost town but can’t fault the hostel for that. Lovely stay and comfy bed in private room

Na een paar dagen krijg je een goed gevoel voor de plek, en dat maakt het lastig om weer te vertrekken.
After a few days you get a good feeling for the place, and that makes it hard to leave again.
Pool was dirty, far away from everything, not very social and all of ha long was super dead

La zona de BBQ con vista a la bahía es perfecta. Fuimos con amigos y fue una de las mejores noches del viaje.
The BBQ area with bay view is perfect. we were with friends and it was one of the best nights of the trip.
Wat ik interessant vond, is dat je hier makkelijk activiteiten kunt regelen zonder veel gedoe of wachttijd.
What I found interesting is that you can easily regulate activities here without much hassle or waiting time.
