Anum Hostel

El ambiente muy frío, es difícil conocer gente. El staff en lugar de darte la bienvenida con indicaciones se dedica a intentar venderte tours. Camas muy incómodas y con muchísimo ruido de la calle en las habitaciones. El baño es pequeño y está lejos de las habitaciones. De lo más caro de Ushuaia y ni se han molestado en que sea un lugar agradable

The staff really make this hostel. It’s really dated and the facilities need an upgrade. This was the most expensive hostel I stayed at, whilst in Argentina but the most dated and the poorest facilities. The door lock was dodgy, the shower pressure was terrible and on one occasion the hot water didn’t work. For what I paid, I don’t think it was really worth it. The staff were lovely and super helpful though. Without them, the rating would have been much lower.

Strange smell of sewage/grey water throughout hostel. Breakfast is not good. Wifi works most of the time but sometimes it doesn't. Can't use some of the common areas after 11pm, they will send you off to bed. Thankfully staff at reception are very nice and are helpful.

There is a very weird smell in the rooms that is very moldy, stuffy and smells like pee. The Wi-Fi was very bad and I had to use my personal data the entire time. The female staff was very rude. Breakfast was very basic basically just bread and coffee.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. But the physical facilities are very dated and need to be fixed: mold in the women's showers, unsanitary kitchen, broken floor tiles in various places and many other tripping hazards, etc. But their idea to lend each guest a mess kit for dining use is brilliant!

Great place to stay at Ushuaia. Good atmosphere, breakfasts are great as well as staff! I would say the kitchen utensils are a bit old and need to be changed but for the rest a great place!

Well placed and sociable

It was nice having breakfast provided and the staff were nice and helped with everything I needed. The room I was in was a bit louse being near the common area and street. Would have been nice to have a outlet near the bed as well.

The staff was nice and the location was great, but there were stains on the sheets of the bed that I was given and I was also put in a 6 person dorm even though I pre-booked a 4 person room. When I asked why that was I was just told that they were fully booked and there was nothing that could be done which is understandable but I feel like a four person room shouldn’t be advertised as available if it isn’t.

ottima struttura, molto grande, con cucina abbondante, una zona relax e un paio di zone living con divani comodi. Letti comodi. Unico inconveniente: ti vengono date le stoviglie/piatti/ posate per il tuo soggiorno.. il piatto (piano) era piccolo, la tazza pure, e il materiale di questi era poco isolante dal calore. A parte questo motivo, consigliatissimo

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Its a really lovely place and a social hostel. I would definotely go back.

This is a nice, clean hostel in a great location. However, my room shared a wall with the kitchen, making sleeping in (even until just 7:30am/8am) impossible. The hostel is very crowded in the summer so it constantly very noisy in the kitchen. The atmosphere seemed to be older people and large groups, possibly tour groups, so I would not book this place if you are a young solo traveler. The free breakfast was nice and the rooms were nice. The only bathroom is comically far from the rooms as well

Private room (en-suite) was good value, but the shower was hard to control the water temp on. Solid breakfast, good coffee, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved my stay at anum! Everyone was so kind and I met some great fellow travelers. Kitchen was super nice and big… good discount at the empanada place right next door.

I have been to Ushuaia twice this year (January/February, and November) and stayed at the Anum both times. Great location and friendly people, breakfast is served. I hope room 9 gets the curtain treatment that some of the other rooms have. If and when I return to Ushuaia, I will likely stay here again.

Everyone at the front desk is so helpful. They have hiking/excursion recommendations and will help with any problem. Nice beds with curtains too. Good atmosphere, central location.

Ottimo ostello, uno dei migliori in cui sono stato, gentili e ospitali e mi hanno spiegato molto sulla città,tutto pulito e la mattina si può fare un ottima colazione, se venite a ushuaia andate in questo ostello, Ve lo consiglio

Felt like a warm welcome! We stayed at Anum Hostel for one night, booked last minute, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and we immediately connected with our roommates — everyone was kind and open. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city on one of the nicest streets. It truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect for travelers looking for a cozy and social place to stay.

One of the best hostels on this trip for me. The team (Federico, Mika, and everyone there) made all the difference by helping with arranging transport, discounts for excursions and even helping me buy tickets to the national park online. The location is excellent, very close to everything and the hostel was also really well cleaned and well kept. The icing on the cake was that I d a wonderful group of people for company while I was here. I really wanted to stay longer and was very sad to leave.
