The location is good if you’d like to stay in close distance to the walking street. Nevertheless it is not worth the money (private room). We paid 50€/night and had to ask twice for new towels. The towels we got first were definitely not washed as they smelled pure sweat. The second time they still smelled not very well but it was okay, same with the bed sheets. Also it was now quite noisy even after 10pm. The walls are thin so we heard our neighbours snoring. All in all I would not recommen...
ne surtout pas aller si vous êtes fumeur !! obligé de rester au moins une nuit pour sefaire remboursé ! personnel plus que désagréable qui m'arrive pas a ce mettre d'accord entre eux bref nul a fuir
WARNING!!! BEDBUGS EVERYWHERE!!! The four of us all got bed bugs and we were in three different forms/rooms. The staff knows but triest to keep it quiet. They are still letting people in, even know they told us they already knew about the problem and we were not the first. Staff responded very defensive when confronting them with the situation and that they are not closing the hostel and were like 'it is not our fault'. Please watch out.
There were bedbugs in my bed. I told the staff and they didn’t really help me at that moment. So I asked by myself if they could clean/steam my clothes. They did!. My roommates told me that the day before the girl also saw bedbugs in her bed and they didn’t clean/steam my bed before I came. If I knew this before I wouldn’t even sleep in this hostel!
was honestly disappointed. the staff was very nice. it wasn't really a social hostel and there was only one place you could be at except for your room. at 9pm the one common area, which is outside gets closed, so if you come back you are forced to go to your room.
The hostel was fine but the atmosphere was nonexistent. Common area is netted off after 10pm and people didn’t seem that sociable. Staff also just weren’t that friendly compared to other places I’ve stayed
Bettwanzen sind ein großes Problem
Too many rules for a hostel. I went for the private room with my partner for 30$ per night because the hostel seemed pretty nice. However, when we came there there were too many rules regarding noise and common areas usage: you only get alcohol from 5 to 10PM, and at 10PM, the common areas are closed, and you can't drink or eat at your room. I think it's because you can hear everything from your room. The water was not working properly for the 2 days we spent there too... Would not recommend.
it was just ok there’s no many options in walking street they close the common area at 11 pm which is nonsense

Great hostel to stay at. Very relaxed and social too. Tai was great
Best hostel in Pai. Very social and events on everyday. Great for solo or duo.
My absolute favourite hostel I’ve stayed in so far in Thailand! It was so clean, staff were amazing, very social and relaxed vibe! Everyone hangs out in the common area so it’s super easy to make friends. Events on every night and the hostel is great at organising things that people want to do! Common area closes at 10 which means you still got a great sleep. Super central and close to everything there’s two 7-elevens within a 2 minute walk, would 100% recommend and stay here again
Super Leute, entspannte Common area, mega liebes Personal. Tai war sehr cool und zuvorkommend. Würde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen 🤞🏼
Common grounds is the best. Spent a lot of down time in the common area and the pool table is class. Tai was always happy to play pool with me which made my stay feel like a home away from home.
Very tranquil hostel, good chill vibe. Friendly bar staff. Rooms bit dark but generally clean and spacious
It’s a very quiet and relaxed hostel, the staff are also very friendly but I think the volunteers are what really makes this experience special. There are a lot of different ways to experience Pai, the more hippie relax way with meditation and monestary retreats or with lots of weed smoking or just a relaxed and nature filled atmosphere. All of these are options at this hostel
Very nice vibes and facilities :)
Prima hostel! Niet party, maar er werden wel zo nu en dan dingen georganiseerd. Prima
Loved the hostel. Location is optimal with everything in walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. And the staff, the staff is amazing. They were all super nice and helpful. Shoutout to Tai in particular for being amazing. Will definitely go for it in my future stays in Pai
great hostel , really relaxed , staff are lovley and facilities are good
Suuuper comfy beds! Clean dorms and bathrooms were normally kept clean and stocked with soap. Really nice open common area with hammocks and pool table, daily activities offered through the hostel. Free tea and coffee:) the hostel is close to the bar street and restaurants.
Great hostel very social.
Loved our stay here, the staff are so friendly, special mention to V, April and Dicky who are so welcoming and made our stay so great. They helped us to organise a tour to the tunnels and Mekong Delta. Free breakfast and free beers every night also included in the stay !
Lovely beds and rooms. Nice social area, wasn’t most social however understandable with the burning season. Nice area just wish bathroom were little nicer.
Auberge cocon, on s’y sent en confiance et les dortoirs relativement grands avec les rideaux permettent une certaine intimité ! Ambiance au top
Good location, rooms also good but wasn’t very social!
Relatively clean, common area was quite social!
Small and pretty chilled hostel in the heart of the town. Everything is within walking distance and the staff/volunteers are always on hand to help. Common area closing at 10pm was a bit of a downside but understandable given where it's located.
I can’t recommend this hostel enough. I planned to stay 2 days but stayed a week, then came back for 2 more. The vibe is super welcoming and social, making it easy to meet people. The staff are amazing, it’s clean and comfortable, and there’s always something happening. Special shoutout to Zeen (an angel), Thai (pool shark + best coffee), Findlay, who is incredibly kind to both guests and staff, and the lovely cleaners. It quickly felt like a second home, and I’ll definitely be back!
