Hostel Cristo da Barra

Eu me senti muito mal recebida, assim que cheguei não localizaram minha reserva, o chão estava sujo ainda (usado por outra pessoa), os lençóis não pareciam higienizados também. O ar-condicionado não funcionava. Solicitei um cancelamento e não foi feito. Infelizmente, pois a localização é excelente.

Sorry but The enter of hostel looks like trash building. The smelling. The atmosphere bad. The only thing is ok is the location on the beach

I arrived to the hostel, it took the front desk 20 min, to open the hostels door. ( he seemed very drunk or high on something) . They could not find my reservation, and my bedroom wasn’t even ready, when I had arrived around 6:30pm. They told me to wait for it to be ready, and when I walked in the bedroom, there was a bed that had been made. The bathrooms sink was full beach sand. Nous avons choisi cette auberge pour son emplacement, en pensant qu’elle serait à l’image du lieu, grave erreur surtout ne pas se fier aux photos ! Un responsable dans un autre monde et l’hostel à son image. Tout était sale, pas entretenu, minable. Robinet et pommeau de douche qui vous restent dans les mains, draps pas lavés, fuite d’eau et cafard au sol. On my first day the shower had a problem and before i went out i told them about it and said clearly you can check when im back. When i got back they told me they entered the room and checked the shower and they will fix it. I said that it was fine because i didn't want any one to enter the room again. The next day i went out and closed my door with the kee and when i came back they told me they fixed the shower!!!! At the day i left the hostel and the city i found that all my money was stolen!!

O lugar estava imundo, tanto as áreas comuns quanto os quartos, banheiros e roupas de cama não lavadas e trocadas. Terrível, não voltarei. Insalubre.

We stayed here 2 nights after arriving on a red eye flight. We arrived at the hostel expecting 24 hour reception, this was not the case. Once we were finally let into the hostel, the staff was not welcoming and seemed to be under the influence of some substances. The rooms were fine, not very clean. Simple but good breakfast was provided. Location is nice right by the beach of Barra.

Our ensuite room was full of mould (especially in the bathroom, but even some objects in the bedroom) and the bathroom stank like canal (smell coming from the drain). The kitchen is also a real dirty mess, to the extent that it was gross. I was not going to cook there. The staff offered to do something against the smell but too many problems would have remained, for me and my partner. We left after one night (out of two booked nights). They also offered us another ensuite, but I was over it.

El Hostel está muy sucio, cucarachas , olores y poca agua. Esta bien ubicado , Playa espectacular y tiene una galería con vista al mar hermosa

Insalubre e decadente.

O Fernando foi muito prestativo sempre que precisamos dando dicas para melhor aproveitar o lugar . Ambiente bem decorado e com ótima localização. Esperamos voltar mais vezes !!!

I enjoyed this hostel. It's a good spot, and I enjoy the breakfast in the morning.
