While I thought that everything would be fine with reception's warm welcome and that I would be staying in a good hostel, I had to check out 1 hour after checking in when I encountered a rude and disrespectful manager who didn't know what he wanted. Many hostels have rules such as bar service and not bringing alcohol from outside, and we respect these and try to comply. If there is no bar service, and if there is no alcohol ban in the country you are going to, you usually drink alcohol in hostel...

They just lock off the hostel door in the night and go to sleep and wont give any keys. If we want to go out early in the morning, they're so pissed off to wake up and behave rude. Bad experience, could improve themselves and be nice to guests.

Disappointing even by Georgian hostel standards. The worst part was the sheets smelled like mildew. Multiple more prosaic complaints: hot water was slow to start, noise from the street kept me up, street-level window that meant a choice between lowering the blinds for privacy or having light, no atmosphere (which was what I was looking for in a hostel), The staff wasn’t trained on how to use the technology. Value for money wasn’t there, & a final insult, guests have to make their own bed...

The woman ‘welcomed’ me and spoke to my like I am a dog. The bed wasn’t made and the mattress and pillow were filthy. Only one dorm smelt reasonable. It was a strange atmosphere and the woman at reception had a lot of anger which affected me after such a long day of travelling. I think there are better places to stay in Batumi for a similar price. Thanks for early check in and having me as a guest. Though you should change the check out time here if it is 12 pm, not 01 pm instead of knocking the bed with key while sleeping 😬 It was rude dude, that woman in reception. Toilet papers were finished in both restrooms but they changed very quickly. Showers were clean and cool. Room was very hot during daytime. Beds are not reafy, you are given the linen and it is not easy to make it in upper platforms. It is also not easy to climb bed.

Geen prettig hostel, kluisjes kunnen niet op slot en in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes is het tropische warm. Mannelijke receptionist loopt vaak door de dames slaapkamer. De bedden hebben geen dekbed, je krijgt alleen een laken. De slaapkamerdeur kan niet op slot.

Decent hostel. Bunk beds are very high above the ground, felt a bit unsafe. Weird common space that you have to climb to with a steep ladder. Atmosphere is low. But good location

Nice hostel. Had a dirty towel but facilities are quiet nice

First of all the Russian girl at reception and the Asian guy couldn't of been more helpful! Definitely went the extra mile, and even washed my clothes for me! This is a nice hostel, good location. But strangely they don't have locks on the doors, and even your cupboard in your room isn't lockable. The huge windows are out into the street and easily got through into your room if somone wanted to. The only safe place is in the reception lockers... but it's annoying having to keep going back.

Expérience assez médiocre, l’ambiance et l’atmosphère de l’établissement sont froid. Si vous recherchez un endroit pour converser et créer du lien ce lieu n’est pas fait pour vous. Pas de cassier avec clé dans les chambres. Règle dans cuisine commune assez compliqué et loufoque (pas de cuisson de poisson, épices ??, viande)

I had a good stay, the place is clean and well located which is all you need. The workers were kind and useful ( I was very well adviced on bus company) however there's something with the vibe that was off .. Did not feel very social and cosy, There was no free oil, I was asked to not cook meat, fish or even use spices ??? too strict on checkout time even though the hostel was empty

The location is amazing, close to everything. The rooms are cozy and nice with curtains for each bed. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. No lockers in the rooms. Bed and sheets provided. Very satisfying!!

Had a great time, you are made comfortable from the get go. I hardly stepped through the door and the young lad well spoken knew whom I was. Facilities are great, awesome atmosphere and extremely accommodating. I was dead on my feet on arrival and must admit the mutual respect between the guests is great. Thank you very much I will see you soon with a prolonged stay

Nice and clean hostel very close to the beach and to downtown. It also has a common area and kitchen. I was travelling off season and unfortunately didn't meet any other travellers.
