+ Niente. Una totale fregatura. Pulizia inesistente.
- Pulizia delle camere inesistente. Sporcizia e buchi nelle “lenzuola” (sono copri materassi). Ti dicono la pulizia va prenotata, ma anche facendolo non esiste.
- Pulizia pessima non ci sono lenzuola ma solo copri materasso bucati e non puliscono anche se prenoti

- Très sale. Alèse de matelas tachée par je ne dirais pas quoi... Pas de drap housse. Housse de couette et d'oreiller non changées. J'ai dû aller réclamer des draps propres à l'accueil et c'est moi-même qui est dû refaire le lit. inadmissible!

- 1.Extremely dirty. 2 The beds are horrible. After a long journey, being forced to sleep on a top bunk is a nightmare. This is pure disrespect to guests. 3 The bedding is torn and worn out. 4 No towels were provided at all. 5 The bathroom was filthy, full of hair, and the water drained extremely slowly. 6 Mixed accommodation with men and women staying together, with no warning in advance. 7 Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM — a 5-hour gap is absurd. It makes it impossible to rest before traveling. 8 The Booking rating and price are high, but the actual quality is zero.

- Am sorry, but a hostel isnt clean when it has bedbugs. I applied for to be refunded my 6 nights as i was bit first night, but no interesst from hostel in doing so. Customers service at booking.com refunded ca 1 night, but this is really not ok when on budget. Else disgusting guests whom keept door open to toilet when doing number two, guests talking in phone early and late, sneaky guest lurking around my bed early morning when at sleep. Ill never stay there ever again or at any other related to it. Poor light at bed with only usb charging options and no other. I did not feel safe and respected all together, and im not only one having bad experience ! I still want my ca 80€ back !
- 6 ágyas szobáról volt szó ,az meg volt,de nőként férfiakhoz rakott be a csaj Egyáltalán nem lehet magyarul kommunikálni 😞 Kifizettem és miután megláttam, hogy férfiak társaságában kell aludni ,ki is csekkoltam.

Amazing hostel, well attended reception, well organised rooms & amenities, luggage storage available without any charges, just 5 -10 minutes walkable distance to bus & tram stop
Such a good hostel. Had everything we needed was very much like a hotel which was really good. It didn’t have a kitchen but the hostel had a bar and food available to purchase. Only negative is that in our room we had not bed light even though they were provided they did not work and the beds had usb ports but no plug sockets which was annoying but manageable.
Pictures of rooms are very deceiving. Room is not as well kept or nice as displayed. Bathroom sink and drain has a rotten smell. It’s so bad it stinks up the whole room. You can smell it as you first walk in to the room.
Aletta es súper linda, me tocó llegar un día que ella era la única trabajando en todo el hostal (súper mal por la administración del lugar, donde están los gerentes?) y a todos atendía muy amablemente. Tienen 1 lavadora y 1 secadora, la secadora no seca, así que tuve que poner mi ropa 2 veces, por lo que pagué alrededor de 15€ por lavar 1 carga; también la comida es cara y mala.
Aletta is super cute, I had to arrive one day that she was the only one working in the whole hostel (super bad for the administration of the place, where are the managers?) and she served everyone very kindly. they have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, the dryer does not dry, so I had to put my clothes on 2 times, so I paid about 15€ for washing 1 load; also the food is expensive and poor.
I mean it's an a&o. Huge, modern and clean with spacious rooms and stuff, but you have to put on your own bedsheets and dont get a towel. No plugs next to bunks and not social but ok if you just want to sleep.
There were some issues like the shower drain was backing up and someone walked in thinking that she was given an all-female room when it wasn't. The staff was nice and helpful, but I ended up switching to a different hostel.
staff was amazing and made sure my friends and I were in the same room. Everything was clean, and outdoor space was nice.
overall great, very clean staff was super nice, a little father from city center but overall the place is great

+ Great location. Good staff. I think that in general its worth. It is cheap and decent. I would stay again if I visit budapest in the future
+ Breakfast was enough, but can do with more options. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Separate bathroom and toilet is a plus with friends so both can be used independently. Check in and check out is super easy with the cards.
- Location was okay-okay, was in a lane near public transport. Ofcourse I cant expect a river-side 5 star like experience, but still they did the best to bring clean and precise german stadards from a and o

+ Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés: a városközpontban, közel a villamosmegállóhoz, csendes mellékutcában. Tiszta, kényelmes, jól befűtve (nagyon átáztunk, átfáztunk, mire a szállásra értünk, és jólesett a meleg, fűtött szoba).
- Nem tudok semmi ilyet mondani.
