+ La ubicación
- Lamentablemente nuestra experiencia en este hostel fue muy negativa. Mi pareja fue acusada falsamente por parte del staff de haber tocado inapropiadamente a una huésped, sin que existieran pruebas, testigos ni una investigación adecuada. A raíz de esta acusación, se nos obligó a hacer el check-out de forma anticipada. En ningún momento se consideró nuestra versión de los hechos. Mi pareja intentó explicar que estuvo conmigo todo el tiempo y que dicha acusación no era cierta, pero no se le creyó ni se le dio la oportunidad de defenderse. La sensación que nos quedó es que cualquier acusación realizada por una mujer es aceptada automáticamente, mientras que la palabra del acusado no tiene ningún valor, independientemente de los hechos o del contexto. Como mujer, escribo este comentario porque considero muy grave la forma en que se manejó la situación: sin imparcialidad, sin pruebas y sin respeto. Este tipo de acciones pueden dañar seriamente la reputación de una persona inocente. No recomendaría este hostel debido a la falta de profesionalismo y al manejo injusto de una situación tan delicada.

- - The staff behaved arrogantly - They didn’t speak in a respectful or professional manner . When I book it was showing on the website the checking time 11am to 4pm and they didn't allow me to chexk in at 1300, they keep.me waiting for 1400. The staff was asking for money as well even though I had payed online
- Mi experiencia en este hostal en Budapest fue bastante negativa. Los baños estaban muy sucios, había un desorden general y además olían mal. Para colmo, me estafaron 123 euros a través de la reserva en Booking, y nadie respondió ni se hizo cargo de la situación. Además, la estancia fue una pérdida total, porque no utilicé las cuatro noches que reservé, sino que solo me quedé una noche, y apenas por cuatro horas.”

- Ich habe dort nicht übernachtet, da ich unerwarteter Weise wegen "zu hohen Alters" gecancelt wurde. Es ist das erste Mal dass ich auf solch eine Regelung treffe, nach Jahrzehnten des Backpackings in mehr als 80 Ländern. Auch wenn ich eine Rückerstatterstattung erhalten habe überrascht mich diese Art von Ausgrenzung und erinnert an "Rassentrennung" vergangener Zeiten. Solche Unterkünfte sollten wenigstens ihre Selektion deutlicher kennzeichnen und nicht in irgendwelchen "Rules" - Unterpunkten verstecken. Besser wäre es aber nicht auf Plattformen wie booking.com zu inserieren, sondern Clubs zu gründen...

- В мене було пізнє поселення і я попередила про це двічі, на що отримала відповідь, що це не проблема. Проте приїхавши на місце, звонила в двері і ніхто не відкривав 10 хв. Якийсь чоловік вийшов з будинку зустріти доставку і пояснив що адміністрація на 2му поверсі, але і там ніхто не відчиняв. Тільки через 20 хв втомлена, з багажем , який я таскала по поверхам нарешті вдалося взяти ключ від номера, адміністрація не допомагала від слова зовсім( в мене був покращений твін з власним сан узлом, то навіть двері до ванної адміністратор не відразу зміг відкрити, ключ старий… прийняти душ неможливо, бо зрештою ті двері довелось залишати відкритими з вільним доступом для всіх. Виселення до 11-00, але номер прийшли прибирати вже в 9-50. На сніданку кави нема, тільки чай з термоса на смак як лайно, білий хліб, варені яйця і дивний огірок…. Щоб зʼїсти те яйце довелося сидіти при вході на ресепшені на протягу, місць сісти занадто мало на таку кількість людей. Найгірше місце, в якому я зупинялась(

- estaba bastante sucio, ducha con pelos, el personal que atendía bastante desagradable y poca atención, la gente con la que compartía habitación poco respetuosa, haciendo ruidos en mitad desagradable la noche y sin dejar dormir con risas, salidas y entradas a la habitación etc

- Son ladri prepotenti. Senza avvisare o chiedere hanno spostato le mie cose in un'altra camera e piano perché a loro serviva e basta. Mi chiamano alle 12 del mattino che dovevo tornare in albergo perché loro non potevano rompere il mio lucchetto ma quello che era nel armadio sul letto però si son permessi di tocare ,spostare etc. Risultato mi hanno rubato un golfino e un asciugamano! Faccio notare che loro si fanno pagare gli asciugamani 7 euro ma quando loro te li rubano/perdono la risposta è "ci dispiace "

Hostel is in a good location, staff is kind and breakfast is included. However there are too few bathrooms per floor. On the 3rd floor about 25 people shared two bathrooms, which meant long waits even for simple things like brushing teeth. The bathrooms are small and get dirty quickly. I would also suggest adding female only rooms at no extra cost. I was the only woman in an 8 person mixed dorm and felt uncomfortable and observed. Fine for one night, but several things to improve.
Bom hostel pelo custo-benefício, mas nada impressionante. Instalações antigas e nada aconchegante, mas pelo preço estava valendo.
Good hostel for the cost-benefit ratio, but nothing impressive. old facilities and nothing cozy, but for the price it was worth it.

Popular, clean and safe hostel in a great location, with all the needed facilities. Helpful staff. Cool and fun vibe. Nice café/bar. Free breakfast. Efficient laundry service for a fee. My only complaint: the dorms on the reception floor can be noisy, if there's a lot of people in the bar area. I stayed there two times and I would go back.
Enjoyed my stay and good location here but I wouldn’t say it was a great place to meet people if you’re a solo traveler. I had to move rooms due to other guests and the staff were accommodating in letting me do that. I’d recommend booking a 4 bed if possible as the difference in quality between the smaller and bigger rooms is insane. We had a whole kitchen between 2 rooms and the bathroom was like a hotel. The bigger rooms however felt very cheap and barely any bathrooms between guests
Beds are fairly comfy, breakfast isn’t great but is included which was nice

Excelente, puedo decir que está dentro de los mejores hostales en los que me he alojado a lo largo de todos mis viajes. El ambiente, comida, atención de su personal y ubicación, definitivamente excelente!
Excellent, I can say it is among the best hostels I have stayed in throughout all my travels. the atmosphere, food, attention from your staff and location, definitely excellent!
Habitación y baños sorprendentemente limpios. No parece un hostel. Desayuno incluido. Y a precio de risa, muy recomendado. La ubicación imposible mejorarla con metro al lado y casi todo a máximo 30 minutos andando. Personal muy amable y muy cercano y todo muy cómodo.

Ein schönes Hostel mit guter Lage. Es ist sehr groß und dadurch entsteht kein gutes Gemeinschaftsgefühl im Hostel, es ist nicht so sozial. Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten aber für sek ganzen Preis unschlagbar
Ein schönes Hostel mit guter Lage. It is very large and thus creates kein gutes community feeling in the Hostel, it is not so social. Breakfast is very simple but for a second the whole price is unbeatable

It's a large commercial Hostel, so there isn't much of a social vibe, however they offer a large common area and some eventing activities. There were only a few bathrooms for many guests which was unfortunate

As good as it gets! Free breakfast, excellent staff, regularly cleaned, comfortable beds. It's a bit out of the city centre, but you're within 50m of the tram and metro, so everything is easy to get to.
The location is very good, all is cleaned, very good shower, there are lockers in rooms, they care on our backpacks after the check out. I recommend
Best experience ever! 12/10. They made my first experience in Europe incredible. The attention from the staff was great, everything was clean all the time, and the food was amazing! It was such a pleasure to see that human beings still respect each other by respecting each other's belongings, the fact that I could leave my stuff on the bed without worrying whether something was going to be missed once I returned made me feel safe and happy that we all respected each other. I am more than pleased
The best thing about this hostel is the 4€ drink + dinner deal. Apart from that it's ok, very big so hard to socialize. Not ideal for solo travellers but you could enjoy it more if you come with a group. The bathroom in my dorm was often dirty but I think it's more because I had messy roommates than a cleaning staff issue.
