Nabízejí parkování zdarma u objektu, záloha zaplacena předem,po příjezdu jsme zjistili že parkovat nebylo kde ani v nejbližším okolí

Hetekkel ezelőtt foglaltunk egy jurtasátrat ma estére. A visszaigazolást többszöri kérés után küldték csak el, és a lefoglalt dátum előtt egy nappal szóltak, hogy állítólagos műszaki probléma miatt nem tudnak szállást adni. Megbízhatatlan banda, nem ajánlott.

El lugar es tranquilo, lo cual es bueno, pero tiene pequeños detalles como el olor en la habitación (parecía haber un problema de tuberías y no olía muy bien). Además de eso, rentamos una habitación con baño privado, pero nos vimos obligados a utilizar las duchas en los baños comunes, porque la nuestra era solo un espacio de unos 40cm al lado del inodoro, sin paredes ni nada, terrible! Podría haber dejado pasar esos detalles, pero lo que no pude dejar pasar fue la atención.. muchas so...

A FUIR LES AMIS Les photos du site sont vielles ...Des gens malhonnêtes qui ne précise même pas que les chambres sont mixtes les sanitaires sont des simples salle de bain 1seule douche pour 12 ! C'est vetuste sans verrou génial pour l'intimité et la mixité ! Et en + des voleur car ils vous font payer + cher le weekend mais si y'a un remboursement c'est au prix de la semaine...BREF DES VRAIS ARNAQUEURS !!!

Overcharge i ask him to stay till 18:00 at the night instead to check out at 11:00 he charge me another 20 euro for that and the night before i was smoke one cigarette inside and he tell me to i give him another 50 for the night instead of 30 so total of 100 for one night

Exceptionally rude and uncooperative staff! The place had bed bugs and they weren't ready to even shift my room after I reported it! Also didn't refund my amount.

Avoid this place. I booked a reservation and had to cancel it because I got COVID and didn't want to infect everyone staying there. Their cancellation policy on Hostelworld said that the late cancellation fee would be the first night's stay -- instead, they charged me for every night on the reservation. When I tried to correct this with them they insisted that they couldn't refund my credit card and needed all my banking information to send the refund. This was incredibly suspicious to me and my...

Very nice and peacful place BUT we had bedbugs and they just said, "oh we can't do anything,the person to clean comes in two days". They did not realize that this is a seroius problem, thats why I give 1 star. Whitout bedbugs or with a better reaction I would give more stars.
