- DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived at 8pm after an international flight, unaware it was self-check-in. We tried calling and messaging the provided WhatsApp number but got no response. Thankfully, another couple staying next door let us into the building and also tried to contact the host on our behalf. After 30 minutes and multiple attempts, the host finally answered a call—only to tell us the room we booked wasn’t actually available. We were told to go to another property across the city, which we had to reach by Grab at 9pm. At the second location, we couldn’t access the room because the passcode didn’t work. We spent 15 minutes on FaceTime with the host trying to sort it out. The room was dirty, the shower only had cold water, and there were holes in the ceiling. The projector couldn’t be used either—there was a warning not to change the pre-signed-in Netflix account or language settings, or we’d be charged. We asked for help with this and got no reply. We ended up leaving after one night (we had booked two), and again received no response when we informed them or requested a refund for the second night. Overall, communication was appalling. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay, avoid this place entirely. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
- The owner instructed me to add their what’s app even though I don’t have the account. I asked my friend to help. And they confirmed me that I have to pay with another link, it’s weird and no assurance . When I get there I can’t contact the owner and couldn’t get into the room.

- 房間是密碼鎖，半夜1:00有人開我的門！！！！😱😱😱超級可怕。是一對情侶，應該也是住這棟民宿，不知道是不是每間密碼都一樣，還是店家重複給了房間。 半夜一個人準備睡覺的時候竟然有陌生人開門，真的是嚇死我。我客服也開始已讀後面也不讀不回不解釋為甚麼有這個情況發生。 我特地選了有浴缸的房型，但是浴缸超級髒，有聯絡客服請清潔人員再來打掃一次，但由於溝通不良，清潔人員也很明顯沒有用心打掃，到最後還是不敢用浴缸😩
- I don’t know what’s the problem for Wabi Sabi customers management. First time other customers keep pulling my door handle and pushed door when I was sleeping. Second time other customers try to again open my door with a password, and even the staff here went knocked my door twice and asked me to provide the booking information to check if it’s correct room number at even 3:46AM !.WTF IF THEY LET ME IN IF I DIDNT PAY AND GET THE INSTRUCTION BECAUSE THIS STUPID HOMESTAY WAS SELF-CHECKIN ! PERIOD!!! I couldn’t sleep for whole night. I’VE TEXTED THEM AND THEY EVENT JUST SEEN AND GHOST ME ! YOU GUYS OWN ME AN APOLOGIZES ! I won’t book Wabi Sabi third time, it was the worst homestay experience !!!!!!
- Trải nghiệm cực kì tệ. Mình đặt phòng ngày 20/8/2024 và trước đó đã cẩn thận gọi điện cho nhân viên báo rằng bay chuyến muộn nên khoảng 1h30 ngày 21/8 sẽ checkin. Khi đến khách sạn thì gọi nhân viên vài cuộc mới nghe máy, nhân viên nghe máy và nói add Zalo để check booking. Sau đó mình nhắn Zalo k trả lời, gọi điện k nghe máy nữa. 2 vợ chồng mình cùng vali đồ đạc đi tìm ks khác lúc 2h sáng !

- I had a terrible experience staying from this hotel. The customer service was awful—they work online and disturb guests as late as 10:00 PM, asking me to open the door. It was quite ridiculous. They also failed to provide the address in advance, and it turned out to be a salon. Overall, it was a nightmare. I don't recommend this hotel for tourists, not experience like me.

Our interaction with the individual running the pub crawl was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. During the event (which we didn’t even attend) he shouted at my friend and me without provocation, raised his voice aggressively, and proceeded to scream directly in our faces. There had been no confrontation, no misunderstanding on our part, and no behaviour that warranted such hostility. We just wanted to speak to our friend at one bar, not do the pub crawl, but he screamed at us and ...

Super goed verblijf gehad hier! De kamers zijn schoon en de staff is erg vriendelijk. De badkamers kunnen hier en daar nog wat werk gebruiken, maar verder is alles top. Vooral de pubcrawl, het gratis ontbijt en de rooftop maken dit echt een leuk hostel om te verblijven.

Had a short stay here but a good one. The rooms were nice for hostel standards but I expected them to be for the price. Would be good if there were communal bathrooms on level 3 & 4. Found the hostel to be very social. Found it easy to find people to talk to and the pub crawl was very busy and definitely worth doing if that’s your thing. The rooftop bar is also nice for some city views and sunlight. Near enough to attractions and food spots without being in an overly busy area.
Hatte eine super Zeit im Hostel, sehr freundliches Personal, man hat sich direkt daheim gefühlt. Die Rooftops sind auch mega toll, schöne Aussicht. Tagesausflüge kann man auch dort buchen. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer und das war direkt unter der Rooftop Bar....war ein bisschen doof, weil man jeden Stuhl laut gehört hat der oben gerutscht wurde und das bis in die Nacht.

Amazing Hostle, nicest staff I have met so far into traveling for 2 months. Great hostle location. Free beer is amazing and the roof top is a nice touch. Rooms were always clean and cleaned daily. Beds are comfy. Wicked

BEDBUGS! We actually quite enjoyed our stay at the hostel, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice social areas, free drinks each evening, buffet breakfast and fun pub crawl however our room had bedbugs and our booking was cancelled a couple hours before check out when our stay was paid for and essentially over, we presume to stop us leaving review on hostel world.
