+ The location was fantastic for the traveler, near to everything, market, food, tourist attraction and good cafe. The breakfast provided is good with wide ranges of choices and tasty as well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

- In the room i stayed in, the AC unit didn't cool the room properly, the bed part didn't get the cooling from the AC at all. We had to use little fan we brought for our kid.

+ De locatie is prima in het centrum van de stad nabij eetgelegenheden.

- De kamer oogt op de foto’s van booking groter en comfortabeler dan in werkelijkheid. De keuze voor het ontbijt is beperkt en matig van kwaliteit.

+ Sehr gute Lage und das Zimmer hat auch gepasst. Das Frühstück am Dach ist gut.

- Eigentlich nichts. Gute Unterkunft für Städtereise.

+ J’ai aimé dans cet établissement le personnel Thao , John et tous les autres sont d une extrême gentillesse et très serviable

+ Location to the market was amazing and the staff in the reception area were very pleasant

- The room was small and tired not really like the photos. The bathroom was equally as small, the shower was over a bath which was difficult to climb into had we been any older it would of been impossible to access. The towels in the room were small and exceptionally thin, not the usual thick fluffy towels that you get in hotels these days. Our room cost did include breakfast - the member of staff who was on duty for breakfast sat on her stool directly in front of the lift door eating her yoghurt and whilst she acknowledged us there was no other interaction. The toasters provided were equal to a cheap one 2 slice basic toaster. The fruit was left uncovered and was dry and unappealing, eggs had been pre-fried and simply placed on an uncovered plate - nothing was cooked fresh to order - very disappointing., the juice bottles were empty too. We had stayed in Ho Chi Minh earlier in our trip and we had a far nicer hotel for a lot less cost. Sadly the impression we were left with was not a good one and we were disappointment and felt the cost of the room was excessive.

+ The staff service was truly impressive. The location was great and the breakfast was satisfying. It is a hotel where you can rest comfortably without lacking a single thing, so i would love to visit again

- Realmente nada. Si es verdad que hay una discoteca cerca, pero el alojamiento está bien insonorizado y dormí perfectamente
