- It's SCARY how bad the customer service is at this property. It's SO SCARY. I don't know why I personally had such a bad experience but specifically Luca treated me awfully. They make up prices and rules as they go. There's no uniform costs to things. No signage to back up their arbitrary charges. The only good thing about this place is the people that would stay there during Zamna- you are likely to make friends. Other than that, it's weird people who stay here. Rooms are awful, it's like they don't care. I am in utter SHOCK at how bad my experience was.

+ Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. Le personnel semble changer complètement d’attitude selon à qui ils s’adressent : joyeux et souriants avec certains groupes, mais froids et fermés avec les clients seuls. Aucun bonjour, aucun bonsoir, aucune attention. On a vraiment l’impression de déranger plus qu’autre chose. J’ai voulu prendre un petit déjeuner en le payant, mais on m’a répondu froidement que ce n’était pas possible — je pouvais seulement prendre une boisson. Pendant ce temps, les clients venus en groupe avaient droit à un vrai petit déjeuner complet, avec œufs, fruits, etc. Difficile de ne pas se sentir mis de côté. En résumé : un service très inégal, une ambiance peu chaleureuse, et un vrai manque de considération. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
+ Only stay here if you like to party and drink. The employees seemed like they live there and party. Bathrooms and facilities were dirty. Worst hostel I have ever stayed. The air doesn’t turn on until 7pm at least turn on around 5pm. Don’t waste you money on this place
Odeur d’égout dès qu’on utilisait l’évier ou la douche, des traces de projections d’un liquide inconnu sur le mur à côté de la tête de lit. On s’est fait volé de la nourriture dans le frigo commun alors qu’on avait noté notre nom dessus et la personne a l’accueil nous a dit qu’elle allait regarder les caméras puis est partie directement en pause clope.
We got food stolen from the common fridge even though we had our name written on it and the person at the reception told us she was going to look at the cameras and then left right on the break.
I tried and tried, but it has come to this. I was charged an extra day and was promised itd be solved. They claimed it was returned. A week later im now completely ignored. Now I hate to contact my bank and leave this review.
AC did not turn on during the night. Asked the staff about it and he tomd me twice that he would fix it (he didn‘t). The heat was unbearable. The music during the night was to loud to sleep. Had some americans in my room who talked sooo loud at 1am and i mean like talking in the club to another person because the music is too loud loud, you know. Information for activities are publicated to late and the prices are just ridiculous. You also have to pay for your towel which makes it even worse�...

!!AVOID THIS HOSTEL!! We discovered bedbugs in our room before even spending the first night. The only “solution” offered was to move us to another room, and when we refused because we just wanted to leave, they still refused to refund the nights we never spent there. Bedbugs are a serious issue. They bite, infest luggage and clothing, and can spread to your home. The fact that the hostel does not recognize the gravity of this problem is unacceptable. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

At the hostel it felt like there were more staff members and volunteers than guests. All the staff and volunteers were extremely friendly. One volunteer repeatedly had loud sex with a guest in our dorm.
Typical party-ish hostel (people making noise and turning on lights past midnight) but was calm during the day. The people working there were pretty nice.

Great hostel. Ive been a few times. Little on the quite side this trip but neither way. Great place. Amazing and helpful staff. Mauricio stood out for me. Very helpful
The hostel was almost empty during our stay, which made the atmosphere feel very quiet. There were activities only on our first evening, but after that there was nothing organized for guests. In the evenings there was no beer pong, no karaoke, and no other social events at all. It felt like the staff stopped caring about guest engagement. Apart from Elena and Sebastian, no one offered suggestions or tried to create a lively environment. The place became so boring that we decided to leave earlier
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Elena, Mauri, and Mili are doing an awesome job at the reception. The bar is also very well stocked, thanks to Cande, Polo, and Seba. Plus, you can enjoy really delicious burgers and pizza at great prices, freshly prepared by Alexis. And let’s not forget Alessia, who organizes fantastic parties in the evenings and at night— with Luca making sure everyone is in the best party mood! And the plus point is Polines, the super lovely dog of the ma...
Everything ok, good place but the girl from the bar had sex in one of the guest rooms and her screams kept me awake; it was awkward 🤢 I wanted extend but I felt uncomfortable

+ Staff ♥️ especially Claudia, Alessia and Sebastian, and other amazing people who create the atmosphere, something different every day, you definitely won't be bored there and you definitely won't be able to refuse a party! very affordable prices, a nice and comfortable rest area, and cheap bike rentals.
I had an amazing time here If you are looking for a social hostel This is a right place for you! If you are looking to sleep around 10-11 pm or work here, avoid this place! I love hanging out with volunteers here and the community here
Lovely hostel! The private room was clean and felt like a hotel room. The staff is really nice and they helped us well. Good party's too ;)

Total gutes Hostel, gute Lage, sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter*innen. Einzige Abzüge für die etwas dürftig ausgestattete und nicht ganz so saubere Küche (ins. Kühlschrank) und wenn es regnet, sind viele Chillplätze nass und man hat keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Preisleistung total gut.
Only drawbacks for the somewhat poorly equipped and not quite so clean Kitchen (in Kühlschrank) and when it rains, many Chillplaces are wet and you don't have a retreat. price performance total good.

I had a very nice stay at Che. The only thing that annoyed me is that one day they canceled the activity and didn’t tell me. So I waiting for more that an hour .. which is precious when traveling. I wasn’t very happy about that. Otherwise, met good friends there, had a great time.
Mauricio was the best. Very helpful with recommendations. Overall great experience here. Highly recommend.
