Yu Cafe Hostel

- The worst hotel i’ve experience. Our room was on the ground floor AND the ceiling is made of wood AND our room is under a corridor. You can & F***ing hear people walking and kids running around. Super LOUD!!!! The staff didn’t tell us about the noise we will hear from our room. I’ve stayed in Poor sound insulation hotel before but this is another lavel of BAD. 超级烂 隔音差。The toilet and bathroom’s lamp used motion sensor. It TURN OFF in the middle of our shower an it is at night!!! we shower with flashlight. POOR HOSPITALITY. NEVER COMEBACK AGAIN. WORST STAY. If you come and stay here and stay upstair, walk softly and think off other people, don’t walk like a KING KONG!!! AND to the hotel management, WHY DO YOU STILL RENT IT OUT ????????? WILL YOU WILLING TO SLEEP THERE? ARE YOU COMFORTABLE SLEEPING THERE YOURSELF?????????????? IF you can’t provide the best to your client, END your business! P/s: i never give bad comment to a hotel even it is not up to expectation, but this hotel give the worst hospitality.

+ Saya telah membuat tempahan, apabila sampai ke destinasi..Pemilik memberitahu hostel tersebut telah tutup. Kami terpaksa mencari hotel lain untuk penginapan.

- Pemilik tidak mahu bertanggungjawap dengan tempahan kami. Harap mereka ubah cara pengurusan dihostel tersebut.

+ Beside the location in the heart of Songkhla Old Town, I don’t see any other advantages staying in this property. In fact, you need 3-4 hrs to complete touring the old town.

- 1) I feel disturbed by the black and white cats:- a) climbing on table while we eating b) the cat pee in the toilet and owner don’t seems to wash the toilet, so the toilet have bad smell. c) animal hair sticking everywhere especially on the tableware. d) the cats entering the bedroom e) sometime the cat blocking on the steep staircase, potential accident 2) we stay 3D2N, but I don’t see anybody doing the cleaning, particularly in the toilet. The toilet light motion detector device turn off and you are in the dark while showering. 3) poor housekeeping, lake off maintenance on the property 4) basin area is dirty

- ผ่านกั้นเตียงบางมาก ที่นอนไม่สะอาด ฝุ่นหนาแสดงว่าไม่ได้เช่นเลย ผ้าปูที่นอนปลอกหมอน ไม่เปลี่ยน ห้องน้ำชั้นสองสกปรก เก่า ห้องน้ำหญิงชั้นล่างชำรุดหลายจุด อ่างล่างหน้ามี 3 ใช้งานไม่ได้สองอ่าง ข้อดีของห้องน้ำคือน้ำแรง นอกนั้นควรปรับปรุงทั้งหมด

+ I love this place 💞 It gives good vibe and attentive staff Strategic location to nearby attraction The place itself insta worthy 😉

- The room were dusty that we had breathing issue.replace the bed linen and kitchen need to be a deep clean-utensil and racks were rusty.please check the expiry date of cooking items.there were spider web and thick dust on lids.this is heartbreaking to see such amazing place having cleanliness issue 😞

+ Really good location in the centre of the old town, close to attractions and the weekend night market. Staff were helpful, for example when I got locked out they let me back in and gave me an extra key card so my partner and I could come and go separately if needed. Kitchen facilities were good and outdoor seating area was a nice touch.

- WiFi was not reliable, when it worked it was great but then there would be hours at a time when you just couldn't connect or load anything. Toilet facilities/shared bathrooms (especially the female ones) were constantly wet and covered in hair as the toilet cubicles also have showers in them. Layout of the beds in the private room was very strange, the air conditioner was right above the top bunk and didn't reach the bottom bunk so the person in the top bed was always cold and the one below was too hot. Fan also didn't hit the bottom bunk as the top bunk was wider so blocked the air. The door of the room had a large glass panel with only a thin blind/curtain. Because the hallway had automatic lights, every time someone left their room or used the shared toilet the light would come into our room. The walls were also very thin so there was a lot of noise during the night as people were having showers and using the hairdryer until 2am, so we didn't sleep very well.

- De hygiëne van de badkamer en toiletten is een minpunt. Ook waren de douches koud.

- ชั้นบนเป็นพื้นไม้เมื่อผู้พักอาศัยท่านอื่นเดินจะมีเสียงดังมากแล้วเป็นห้องพักรวมบางครั้งผู้เข้าพักกลับมาเที่ยงคืนไปแล้วเดินบนพื้นไม้กระดานทำเสียงดังมากจนต้องตื่นขึ้นมากลางดึก

+ The customer service, the beds, the location, everything was great

- Nothing

+ In the old town area not far from a market, couple of temples, beach not too far and loads of food places for every budget

- Cat using gravel seating area as a toilet and laying on food tables

+ Very friendly and close to good food. I had the whole dormitory to myself.

- I’m a senior and go to the bathroom during the night; It was far from the dormitory .

- The hotel will need to clean fungus at the ceiling above my beds in Room#2 which is a delux room.

+ Friendly staff, great location exactly in the old town of Songkhla, and for sure I love the cats! Kopi - Phe - & Capuchino! They accompanied me during the night 🤗😁

+ La gentillesse, la disponibilité, l'efficacité du personnel. L'emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville. Le bâtiment bien agencé, bien décoré, bien équipé. Un très agréable moment. Merci
