- PESSIMO!!!! EVITEM, Sério! A proprietária foi SUPER DESUMANA! Chegamos as 16h apos tomar uma chuva pesada e ela demorou a nos receber, ficamos molhados e com frio e ela demorava de propósito para pegar a maquina de passar cartao, nao nos deu uma toalha sequer p ajudar, não deixou que entrássemos no quarto enquanto ela nao pegasse a maquina e ainda cobrou um valor maior do que o Booking. No outro dia, eu cheguei das compras no centro e ela novamente queria cobrar a mais, eu disse que queria pagar o justo, e ela fez o maior escândalo, gritava e eu e meu esposo olhávamos incrédulos com o surto dela. Ainda disse que chamaria até a INTERPOL kkkk Ela não está bem e eu nao recomendo jamais q fiquem. Pagamos a mais de novo para ela parar com a baixaria e fomos para outro hotel por nos sentirmos ameaçados e ainda mais em outro país. Pagamos 15 reais a mais em outro hotel bem melhor e tinha até piscina e café inclusos, perto dali.

- Last night there was sexual misconduct inside of the dorm. a man in our dorm was masturbating in clear visibility, not under his sheet and touching himself through his underwear with no other clothes on. my boyfriend and i went to the owner of the hostel last night when the incident took place and the owner reacted in a completely inappropriate manner. she stormed into the room and said no one was masturbating then proceeded to yell at us, calling us crazy among other names. we went to her hoping we could move rooms or be given some form of refund to move to another hotel. she would not do either option so we were forced to leave the hostel at 1 am. we are 24 & 25 year olds from the US and just entered a new country yesterday and this experience was traumatizing. She canceled our reservation on booking so we are unable to leave a review through booking until contacting booking to fix this issue. including a photo of the hostel as proof that we were there because i’m sure the owner will try saying this is untrue.
