- Extrem Schmutzig und stinkend. Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Schimmel an Decke und Badezimmer

- Forgot my travel towel in the hostel, went there the next day and it was nowhere to be found. Hotel staff advised that cleaning lady didn’t find it. Hostel very weird and dirty, rooms stuffy and smelt bad. Shower was dangerous with electric cables going into the shower head to make the water warm. I was very uncomfortable using the shower knowing electricity was so close to the water. Would never stay there again!
+ Good location and good communal areas
- The staff are horrendous. I chose to check out early because I felt so uncomfortable staying there. On my 2nd night at 1am one of the staff members (who had previously checked me in but had no other interactions) came onto my bed and woke me up my scratching my arm and shining in my face the Bella’s iPad. He was asking me to ‘go to his spot and chill’. Tired, shocked and shaken I obviously said no and he left but the following morning repeatedly walked past my bed staring at me. When I complained to the manager he lied and told me the guy didn’t work there and just hung out there (am obvious lie as he had checked me in, taken a card payment and showed me to the dorm). When I pointed this out the manager said he must have got me mixed up with someone else, gave no apology at all and didn’t offer to deal with the situation in any way. Avoid this place unless you like creepy guys who come onto your bed at night!
Honestly, this might be one of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at my fair share of hostels). I booked a tour through the hostel’s website, which they sent a confirmation email for so I travelled all the way to San Ignacio for it, but turns out they never confirmed the tour with the actual tour company. Unbelievable! The hostel is also not lively at all. They say they have events going on every evening (“movie night”, “karaoke”, etc.) that literally just don...

- The springs came through the bed; the private room was not private but rather inside of a dorm; the staff was constantly smoking weed and evangelizing at the bar; the kitchen was a constant state of mess, mostly due to the staff cooking and leaving their pots, pans, plates, and food all astray; locals were hanging at reception smoking cigarettes and selling drugs—again, mostly to the staff Not at all an inviting or comfortable space. Would not recommend.
Staff are the only good thing about this place.
The staff in this place is the only thing that was cool the rest was in fact terrible. We booked a 5xdorm that turned out to be connected to other 3 big rooms with 5 bed each sharing only 1 toilet and shower no A/C, only 1 fan for the whole thing. As soon as I sat down the bed broke. We were itchy and the bed sheets were really old and stained. The pillows were not pillows but staffed with balls of foil paper inside and the mattresses not sure how many centuries old. The place is falling apart.
The kitchen was very dirty, with used dishes everywhere and clogged sinks. There was no hot water to wash the dishes in. On arrival, we were just handed a key and pointed to our room, but didn’t not get any information about the place. The staff was unengaged and preferred to stay in the couch next to the reception desk rather than help out if we came to the reception area with questions. Had an amazing stay at this hostel. I stayed here for a week, which was a few days longer than planned. The hostel offers many activities of things to do around the area and tours as well. It is located in a great area near everything you need. The rooms were clean and the environment is great day or night. The staff are very accommodating and will make sure you feel at home. One of the best hostels I’ve ever been too and plan to be back one day.
Wasn’t a very social hostel, wasn’t a fan of the vibe. Came down one morning and 2 guys were on the phone to an OF girl having videos sent to them, that you could hear when walking past. Asked a few times about the tour I booked and transport and unfortunately didn’t get any help with those. Didn’t feel too safe going out of a night.
It’s alright for 2-3 nights. The kitchen is pretty good but only a couple of the stove tops actually work. common areas are pretty nice. mind your food around the cats we saw one eat half of a red snapper and we found our bread with an enormous hole into 4 of the slices - was actually quite impressed, the naughty critters🐈⬛. Rooms are alright, shower cold.

- In the room for 10 people there is only one bathroom (plus one another outside of the room, two floors up), but it's ok... Get ready one of these days to not have electricity, but that's not a big problem, because the kitchen is on the gas, just need you to have an extra battery for your phone. The locker was smaller - only for one small backpack. Hi
Lovely hostel, great rooftop. Thank you to the kind man on the desk who helped me to get a lower bunk because of my back injury. Friendly staff in general. Would reccomend to stay here, also a great price!

Buenos servicios y cerca del centro. Actividades todos los días
+ As an ex-backpacker now traveling with a 10yo, I was a bit nervous and not sure what to expect. I can very safely say that I have no legitimate complaints. We had a private room with AC which was more than enough and very reasonable for the money. Staff was everything you could ask for...and the daily fry-jacks and orange juice were a fantastic bonus. Honestly, no complaints at all. To go a step further, I'm now at an AirBNB just up the street because the rest of the family joined...and the first thing we did was to head back to Bella's to close out the night.
- No complaints...but because you're asking - the music could be a bit (a lot) better. Same genre, pretty much non-stop. But having said that, I'm an old guy complaining about today's music...which as we know is pretty bad :)

+ Das Hostel ist wirklich super gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man nur 2 Straßen vom Zentrum entfernt, wo Restaurants und Supermärkte sind. Der Fluss ist ebenfalls super schnell zu erreichen. Nur 5 Minuten. Auch der Markt und die Bushaltestelle der öffentlichen Verbindungen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hostel ist eine kleine Ruhe Oase und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt frische Orangen am Morgen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt täglich ein kleines Angebot von gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Die Leute sind sehr bemüht. Wir hatten das private Doppelzimmer, welches ganz oben ist. Es war wie ein kleines Baumhaus, was uns super gut gefallen hat. Man ist buchstäblich in der Baumkrone und hört die Vögel zwitschern. Wir können das Hostel sehr empfehlen.
- Eine kleine Verbesserung wäre, wenn es ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen im Zimmer gegeben hätte. Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen. Was für uns manchmal etwas befremdlich war, dass fie Toilette direkt gegenüber der Bar gewesen ist. Das war manchmal etwas merkwürdig, wenn man nachts auf Klo gegangen ist und dort noch Leute saßen und getrunken haben. Das hat uns aber wenig gestört und wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt.
Staff are great, basic amenties and there is a private room which has no separation from the main space. really clean and ideal for a couple of days
