+ I am giving this rating because of your inaction regarding what happened in the room. No one seemed to care, and I never received any feedback about the situation. Despite the place is lovely!
- They charge me twice! The first time was when I arrived and they told me to pay by card at POS, although my reservation in Booking refered that they will charge me through Booking. I informed them for the terms of my reservation, but they ignored me. Then, the second time they charge me again, but it was through Booking at this time. When I told them, they said it was their mistake, but the money will be returned in my bank account in a few days. NOTHING MORE. They didn't even say sorry for letting me without my money for these days of my holiday or for ignoring me when I warned them. NEVER AGAIN.
- No flexibility in tickets even after living for 1 day and in emergency case
- Nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni o ograniczeniach parkingu podziemnego co spowodowalo ze wyjazd z parkingu przy gabarytach naszego samochodu wiazal sie z uszkodzeniem auta. Malo tego po powrocie z wigili otrzymalem informacje o anulacji serwisu parkingowego i braku zwrotu pieniedzy. Musialem poszukac miejsca poza hotelem. Przy zgloszeniu tej sytuacji na recepcji chamskie zachowanie personelu. Będę reklamowal cały pobyt i szkody w samochodzie. Szkoda bo lubimy te sieć hoteli w Europie.
+ Really good fresh veggies and fruits, I had for the breakfast I had at the hotel.
- Believe the warning about the pillows! Mine was a mangled unformed version of an old pillow. It literally had no actual form left to it. When I asked to exchange it the front desk informed me there was absolutely no possible way to do that.

- No Air Conditioning although listing says there is. Full size bed was actually just two single mattresses and not one frame.

- terrible! we booked to stay two nights, the morning of the first night we left the room to go visit the place and when we returned all our personal effects were missing. We went to the reception and asked where our things were they took us to a warehouse where they had put all our things in a black bag, shoes over pajamas, medicines, glasses, everything in a black bag. disgusting! among other things the staff was really rude, specifically a girl who was really rude to us. Not recommended.

Really surprised with how clean and overall how new everything felt.
This is my first European hostel experience and I would stay here again. I was in female only 4B and it was perfect. There’s plenty of space to sit and hang out and the rooms are clean. Can’t comment on the social atmosphere but otherwise it was great

Illegal behavior at this hostel meninger. I ama polite honest person.. They took a false complaint against me. They would not allow mw to check in. On reservation 321183-576877171........I honestly note the following: the following hostel does not exist..VIKIKAZIMIREZ HOSTEL....PAULINSKER 28RESERVATION HOSTELWORLD 326787-576847405...THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THEY DO NOT RETURN THE CALL. THE MOTEL NEXT DOOR SAID THEY GOT MANY COMPLAINTS FROM THE HOSTEL,,,NOT AGODA IS ILLEGAL.
Nice, clean and modern hostel. Staff was very nice too. And guests were also very nice and respectfull. Lots of school classes but still very quiet at night.

+ Goede locatie en fijne accommodatie. De barman is een baas. Bereidt heerlijke drankjes en betrekt iedereen in de gezelligheid.
- Het was erg druk met schoolreisjes en jonge studenten overal.
The bartender is a boss. he serves delicious drinks and engages everyone in the social life. it was very busy with school trips and young students everywhere.
+ 設備が新しく綺麗です。 洗濯機やプレイルームなど充実している。 街中にあるので食事や買い物に出かける事が出来る。 スタッフは親切で印象がいいです。駐車場が利用出来なかったが代わりの近隣の駐車場を教えてくれた。

The facilities are new and clean.The washing machine and playroom are plentiful.The location in the city centre allows you to go out for a meal or shopping.The staff are friendly and impressed.The parking lot was not available but they told me where the alternative nearby parking lot is.Nothing special.

- Bardzo skromne śniadanie, nieadekwatne do ceny , nie warto
Good location, very modest breakfast, not adequate for the price, not worth it.

- W kuchni brakuje trochę wyposażenia (miski i kubki), ale może to kwestia wcześnej godziny.
The laundry room has small cabinets and a key in the kitchen is missing some furniture (kits and mugs), but it may be a matter of early hours.
+ Eigenlijk alles, vind hetveen geweldig hotel, kom er regelmatig.
In fact, everything, find this a great hotel, come here regularly.

+ Vicino alla stazione dei treni e 15 a piedi dal centro
- 3 notti senza pulizia camera e sostituzione asciugamani . Colazione con poca scelta dolce e qualità scarsa .
Close to the train station and 15 minutes walk from the center 3 nights without cleaning camera and replacement towels.
