+ Location is very good. Also, they are open 24h which is helpful when you arrive late or depart early.
- Elevator wasn't working and we had room at the last, 5th floor. No indication before making a booking that elevator doesn't work, I didn't have a chance to not book this place. We didn't have enough towels (1 set for 2 people), so I asked receptionist to give us. Unfortunately she didn't want to go on the 5th floor herself to bring them and ask us to go down. And we were forced to go to the room with our luggage through high stairs in the first place.

- Дуже шумно, так як живуть зверху студенти. Цілу ніч бігають вперед назад по сходах кричать. А зранку це вопше Ужас.
+ Byłam przejazdem w Krakowie i postanowiłam zatrzymać się w hostelu, bo potrzebowałam tylko dwóch noclegów. Wzięłam prywatny, jednoosobowy pokój. Wszystko byłoby w porządku, gdyby nie to, że w pokoju okropnie śmierdziało kanalizacją i moczem. Spać się nie dało — jak w gazowej komorze. Tej samej nocy znalazłam inny nocleg i wyjechałam. Na recepcji nikt nawet nie zapytał dlaczego, a o jakimkolwiek zwrocie za noc, z której nie skorzystałam, oczywiście речи нет. Zapłaciłam też za śniadania, ale nikt nie poinformował mnie, jak to działa. Dopiero po wyjeździe dostałam SMS-a z instrukcjami, gdzie i kiedy można je odebrać. Za co właściwie zapłaciłam 300 zł — nie mam pojęcia. Doświadczenie bardzo nieprzyjemne

+ Einzig die Lage in der Innenstadt ist angenehm
- Ich hatte ein Deluxe Einzelzimmer im Freedom Hostel gebucht und ein normales Einzelzimmer im Premium Hostel bekommen. Die Rezeption war nicht in der Lage das Problem zu lösen und ich wurde ständig angelogen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers entsprach nicht der Buchung. Die Telefonnummer des Managements war weder von mir noch von Booking erreichbar. Das Zimmer war extrem laut. Kein Schutz von der Strasse und sehr hellhörig in den Gängen. Wer eine unfreundliche Unterkunft mit Lärm und unprofessionellem Umgang sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Fazit: Bis heute keine Stellungnahme des Managements und der Betrag wird von der Kreditkarte gesperrt. 15 Jahre Booking.com, aber so etwas habe ich nicht nicht erlebt! Besser ein paar KM außerhalb von Krakow und dann mit einem freundlichen Service!
- Obsługa arogancka , nie miła. Dostałem informację iż nie mogę się zameldować mimo rezerwacji na booking (podobno to wina bookingu) po godzinie czekania o północy z wielka łaską opryskliwa Pani na recepcji wpuściła mnie do pokoju

we stayed in a provate room it was okay, the pillows were hard as a rock and uncomfortable, you can hear everything from the other rooms because the doors are made of cardboard
this hostel was okay. it wasn’t horrible but the room was not very clean (there were hairs on the pillows and in the shower) and it was noisy at night with people yelling down the hallway. also, the elevator is broken which was not mentioned at any point in booking. with the rooms on the fourth floor and my partner struggling with pain throughout our trip, i would not have booked this hostel if i knew it was a 4 floor walk up. this information should have been disclosed when booking.

+ Hostel liegt zentral an einem guten Standort für Leute die zum Tourismus gehen. Es liegt in der Nähe von Bus und Bahn. Zimmer sind sehr klein aber halbwegs durschnittlich ausgestattet
- - Internet war ganz schlecht, wir mussten von unseren Mobilen Daten benutzen. - Am schlimmsten fand ich persönlich die schlechte Isolation in den Zimmern. Man konnte abends alles hören was sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Hotels geschah. Alle Autos die vorbeifuhren und Leute die ganz spät ins Hotel kamen. Wir konnten kaum schlafen vor Lärm - Zurzeit renovieren sie das Hotel also ist das sehr laut ab 7-8 Uhr morgens (Hammern und Sägen), kein Aufzug und wir mussten im vierten Stock schlafen obwohl die anderen Etagen garnicht besetzt waren - Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr sehr arm. Man bekommt es in Tüten verpackt und portioniert wie im Gefängnis (Ein Apfel, ein Keks, ein Brötchen und eine Flasche Wasser) - Zimmern werden nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht, wir fanden Haare die uns nicht gehörten im Badezimmer
All the cars that passed by and people who came very late to the hotel. + Ogólnie było ok, udało się trochę wcześniej zameldować, to duży plus.
- W pokoju który byłem okno jakoś słabo wygłuszalo hałas z ulicy zwłaszcza, że tyd. wcześniej w inny pokoju byłem i niebylo tak glosno przy zamkniętym oknie, a byłem na tym samym pietrze (4 pietro). No i remont windy ale to byłem o tym uprzedzony.
All in all it was ok, I managed to check in a little earlier, to big plus. In the room where I was window somewhat weakly heard the noise from the street especially that time. earlier in another room I was i nebilo tak glosno pri zatvorenom oknu, and I was on the same pietrze (4 pietro).

+ Η τοποθεσια ηταν σε πολυ καλο σημειο της πολης.Σε γειτονια πολυχρωμη και ασφαλης.Η κουζινα ηταν μεγαλη και ηλιολουστη
- Απουσιαζε το ασανσερ με αποτελεσμα να πρεπει να ανεβαινουμε τις σκαλες μεχρι τον 4ο οροφο.Τα δωματια δεν ηταν ιδιαιτερα καθαρα, βρωμερες πετσέτες και παπλώματα
The location was in a very good part of the city.In a colorful and safe neighborhood.The kitchen was large and sunny.The elevator was absent, so we had to go up the stairs to the 4th floor.The rooms were not particularly clean, the towels and blankets were smelly.

+ Bardzo miłe miejsce, przyjemny personeł. W pokoju było czysto, w dużej kychni było potrzebne naczynie, kawa, herbata. Sam hostel jest blisko Starego Miasta, łatwo dojść na piechotę. Blisko są przystanki autobusowę i tramwajowę - dobry dojazd do dworzca Kraków Główny. Bardzo polecam)

+ A great location, a very clean property. Being just a few minutes' walk from the train station and public transport stops is a big advantage. The staff are friendly and helpful. Sound insulation isn't perfect due to the building being a bit old, but the layout of the rooms makes up for it. There are common areas with available equipment that you can use. It's definitely the right place for those looking for both a budget-friendly and social experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the spirit of the city and stay safely.
- The curtains are extremely simple. They come out of their clips when you want to pull them left or right.
