- Para ter acesso ao controle do ar condicionado, tivemos que pagar mais 20 soles, o café da manhã só tinha pão, leite, café, iorgute, mamão e banana. A louça que a gente suja no café da manhã, temos que lavar.

+ De não ter ficado hospedado!
- Cheguei em Porto Maldonado tarde por causa da alfândega, mandei msg, liguei e não consegui contato com hotel, fui na frente, bati e nada! Tive que ir atrás de outra hospedagem tarde da noite com minha família pela falta de comunicação com hotel!
- This hostel is a building site. drilling and hammering started as early as 6am and was directly above our heads while we slept. They are evidently building an extra floor, the noise is absolutely unbearable, loud music is played all nice from the surrounding area and when you finally get to sleep the building work starts. It's an absolute joke we complained to the staff and they laughed. Avoid if you want a decent night's sleep, also the breakfast is pretty diabolical, worst we had in 2 months of travelling through south and central.

- Que me cancelen la reserva el mismo día que estaba viajando a puerto Maldonado
- Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel avec notre réservation confirmée et ils nous ont dit qu'il n'y a plus de chambre disponible. 1ère fois qu'une telle mésaventure nous arrive avec Booking. Une autre famille a eu la même chose 5 minutes après nous.
+ No nos quedamos en el hostel ya que reservamos solo para poder utilizar la piscina, al llegar nos indican que está en mantenimiento por todo el día, salimos a comer y al volver estaba un grupo de gente bañándose y tomando cerveza, por lo que nos sentimos pasados a llevar y nos fuimos a otro hostel
- El trato, el no aviso de la indisponibilidad de los servicios ofrecidos, lugar con mucho boche y gente tomando alcohol
- Tuve un hurto en el baño solo su personal estaba y nadie mas y desapareció mi monedero que deje en el baño y una de su huésped que parece personal es quien solo esa persona ingresa al baño y hurta mi monedero y después se hacen los locos y agresivos .

- Bed bugs, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. My legs are covered with bed bug bites!! It is extremely loud and noisy and I could hear people playing music, talking all night- it felt like they were sitting next to me. I also don't think they had many backpackers, most of the people looked local staying there as long term tenants. I came back all relaxed from the Amazon and the place absolutely ruined it. Barely slept a minute during the night and I was very tired from my tour. My room smelled as if it hadn't been opened in years and there is no pricvacy because instead of walls they have bug nets. You feel like you are sleeping in the corridor. I was almlst at the point of going to the airport hours earlier to get out of here. Definitely avoid it if you can!! Terrible stay!

Only stayed a night, wouldn’t stay longer. Bit of an odd setup, no windows only mosi nets. There’s ongoing building work that made horrible noise from around 08:00 - 18:00 and killed any possible vibe. Felt a little exposed in the rooms. Positives was the beds were clean and had netting round them. Breakfast was decent.
The hallways could be noisy, but with earplugs no problem.
Good place for one night! Big rooms and a lot of space

- In 2 giorni non è mai andato il wifii. Stanno facendo dei lavori,iniziavano alle 7 del mattino con trapani e rumori vari. Ventilatori non funzionanti.

+ O atendimento é um diferencial. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom. E a disposição das camas no quarto coletivo, espaço amplo.
- Falta de água é um grave problema. Pois é básico ter água.
+ The staff here are very sweet and try hard to assist. Refreshing swimming pool an added bonus. Exceptional WiFi for an Amazon region- I was able to take back to back zoom calls. Rooms are very big. Breakfast very good- eggs, croissants, yoghurt, fruit , cereal and coffee/ tea. Close to plaza and port.
- No air con only fans- it gets very very humid. No electricity sockets next to the beds. It appears they’ve removed them. Everyone had to charge their devices in the lobby.

+ Me encantó la piscina y el hermoso paisaje de la terraza.
- La limpieza deberia ser diaria , venían interdiario o a veces pasando dos días :'(

+ Es ist ein echt schönes Hostel. Wir waren im 3. OG in einem DZ mit AC. Es war sehr geräumig und hell. Das Bett ist sehr groß mit guter Matratze. Der Pool ist schön und sauber. Die Lage ist gut.
- Leider war die Umgebung sehr laut, viel laute Musik, rund um die Uhr. Es kann sein, dass das nur am Wochenende so ist, und das ist nicht die Schuld vom Hostel. Das Frühstück ist sehr mäßig. Es gibt kei warmes Wasser in der Dusche.
All in all for one night it was ok and I think there are other rooms which are way better. We had to stay in a very moldy room you could smell immediately. AC was not working and no Moskito net. We asked for one and at least at the end they gave us the remote control for the AC. The window doesn’t close so everyone could step in our room. But the breakfast seems nice we couldn’t get it because we had to go to the airport.
