- The staff's behavior towards Asian people. They are very friendly with European people but hate people from Bangladesh Pakistan and India I wasn't allowed to check in despite booked online.

- I wasn't actually allowed to check in this time. Last time when i stayed there. There was no pillow in my room. The staff behavior is very rude towards asians. They welcome the people from Europe .The Man at reception first said there is no room available. When i checked on Booking.com 4 rooms were available. I booked a room and they had to let me in. There was no pillow in my room. But this time they didn't give me a room. I will never recommend this at all.

- I made and paid for a 2-day reservation, including the previous day. Before midnight, I informed them that I would arrive at 3:30 a.m. Even though they saw and replied to my messages, they failed to inform the rude receptionist, so I was left outside and had to find another hotel. This has never happened to me before—such an irresponsible business is unbelievable.
- Big Easy age policy is not on their Bookings.com ad. .... I wasted my time traveling there to be turned away . People sitting out front looked very sketchy. This section of Phnom Penh is not the nicest.

worth it for the money - we paid £3pp per night. bathrooms are okay, nothing special but nothing bad. downstairs is a sports bar so can get quite loud on a night, it doesn’t feel like a hostel, more like a hotel on top of a sports bar. there isn’t really a social area and you have to pay to sit in the bar downstairs which is abit annoying seeing as we were staying in the dorms upstairs. the AC also was leaking in our room right next to my bed
Aircon in the rooms was awful, pods were therefore boiling. Beds stacked three on top of each other, bit of a climb to get to the top. Other than that no problems and good hostel.
good hostel - the stuff is helpful and nice. Its not a very social hostel. sadly I had bed bugs in my bed -I changed the room, the new bed was bedbug free.
The room and bathroom were nice and beds were really big. The air conditioning didn’t work very well and it was pretty hot at night. They have a restaurant which we ate at for breakfast and it was good.
Séjour appréciable, les couchettes sont confortables, malheureusement une mauvaise odeur dérangeait vers l’entrée de la chambre. Sans pouvoir mettre de mots dessus, l’ambiance globale ne nous a pas particulièrement parlée.
The room was very comfortable, but unfortunately a bad smell was disturbing towards the entrance of the room.Without being able to put it into words, the overall atmosphere did not speak particularly to us.
Huge beds which were so nice, decent location. Staff were so lovely and facilities were well kept. Having the bar below was great for a drink or dinner.
War schon 2x hier. Super gelegen, der Fluss, Königspalast und Museum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes freundliches Personal. Ich weiß schon wo ich übernachten werden wenn ich in Phnom penh bin.
War already 2x here. super location, the river, the Königspalast and the museum is within walking distance. nice friendly staff. i already know where i will stay when i am in Phnom penh.

+ It’s central location yet within easy walking distance to the river. The ground floor reception area was lively with DJs, recoded highlights of European football and other sports. For the price it offered good value for money,
- Our double room with no window was basic, but for little more than a bunk in a dorm offered good value for money.

Not super clean and very loud pub downstairs. Didn’t really meet a lot of people as the pub is mostly used by outsiders wanting to watch the football game etc. Good location!

+ Our double room was comfy and had great AC, and was well insulated from the bar downstairs so we couldn't hear any of the music or noise in the evenings. The location was also fantastic, with numerous excellent and affordable restaurants and cafes nearby as well as proximity to the palace and national museum.
- Our room (double 3) unfortunately didn't have a window, though other rooms likely will have them. We also booked our onward travel with the hotel staff who didn't have a great system to take bookings and were unsure whether their advertised routes and rates were still valid. Furthermore they arranged for us to be transferred to the wrong bus stop which meant we missed our bus, so booking your own onward travel might be a better option here.
