- Funcionários arrogastes. Quarto todo sujo. As toalhas “limpas” estavam todos sujas. No quarto tinha um chuveiro que estava nojento. A janela não fechava, entrava vento e frio. Tudo horrível.

+ La ubicación es excelente, llegarás a las atracciones principales caminando, y la zona es muy linda.
- Al hostal no lo recomiendo para nada. He estado en muchos y no soy una persona exigente, me las arreglo en cualquier lugar, pero este alojamiento no debería brindar servicios. Es pésimo. El baño para ducharse es vergonzoso, incomodisimo, y las camas no tienen enchufes particulares por lo que tendrás que cargar tu celular en el piso aunque duermas en una cucheta. Tampoco tienen luz particular ni cortinas. Decepcionante.

- THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR AT THIS LOCATION. The building is tiny compared to the other Astor hostels in London The manager and staff were RUDE and abusive and welcome people by saying." Do you have ur ID " not even a hello. So once the top of the tier is rotten, dont expect much. We were desperate thats why we booked the victoria branch and got what we paid for.

this property was overall pretty good the one downfall is to get in and out of your room the door was pretty loud with people comeing and going. lot of stairs too witch is fine just something to note if you have old knees

Clean, safe, and comfortable - just not the best sleeping environment. Compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at, this one was hard to sleep in. The door was loud and you could hear the sheets every time someone moved. If you’re a light sleeper and have an early flight I’d suggest trying a different hostel!
I had a comfortable stay in a very friendly environment. The rates were also modest

Ingesamt sehr sauber. Alles wird mehrmals am Tag gereinigt. Das Personal ist super nett und die Lage ist auch top! Nur die Küchenutensilien könnten besser verstaut sein und dann wäre die Küche auch ingesamt sauberer.
Everything is cleaned several times a day. The personal is super neat and the location is also top notch! Only the kitchen utensils could be better stowed and then the kitchen as a whole would also be cleaner.
Overall had a wonderful stay here! Staff were super friendly and were always ready to help out! Showers and toilets weren’t hotel-level pristine but definitely good enough for a hostel :) Same goes for the kitchen, it’s super well equipped aswell! In my dorm people were super chill and didn’t make too much noise at all, it was very easy to relax after a busy day in london! I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to london!
We enjoyed the Astor Victoria! It was very clean and safe with very kind staff to help with check in and out. We booked a twin private room and there was plenty of storage, the linens were super clean and there was a nice big window. The only drawback was that the wifi connection in our room was absolutely awful so we struggled to get much done while in the room. Overall great location and a super chill hostel.
Best location to stay, if you are on a short trip (1-2 days) and need to cover most main tourist attractions in London.
This is the place I always stay when I have a connection at London Victoria Station. It’s cheap, has a good kitchen, almost no lounge space though (they’re renovating that space). Bathrooms and rooms were clean. But if you just need bare bones accommodation for the night before your bus/train this is the place!
simple checking. I arrived afternoon. left early. super handy location for a transit that involved an overnight say and change of airport...
Overall very great and would recommend. Super nice area and very kind staff. Bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner but nothing bad at all. Would stay again:)
Despite having received an email saying that early check-in was available, when I arrived the staff told me that was impossible because they didn’t offer it, and that they didn’t know why I had received that email And the doors in rooms need to be fixed they make a terrible noise
