Outdated hostel, poor kitchen and facilities. Also 50 aud key deposit that i still haven’t received. Good location

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Most rooms have keys left in the doors, so anyone can enter. It’s clearly a working hostel and very poorly maintained. Everything is dirty, showers are tiny with no space for clothes or towels, and open directly into the hallway. Bugs are everywhere, especially in the kitchen and food lockers. The lockers are rusty and look nothing like the photos. Definitely not recommended.

Not a nice place compared to the ones in Canada and Europe. There are many people stay there for long. Always noisy even in midnight. Staffs are only around from 10 am to 4 pm. They will send you an email for self-check-in out of their short reception hours, but it can end up in your spam so you don't even know how to get inside the hostel...

Placed in a very nice and almost central area this hostel is meh. 200/w is somehow correct for what you get. You get some showers, you get a room and you get ppl to know but that's it. The laundry is just one washing machine and one dryer both in an aisle, the kitchen is not a kitchen but more a room with refrigerators and some table with some basic kitchenette furniture. Is ok for ppl who need just very very basic things. Not a bad hostel, not a good hostel.

There were used tissues on my bed, between mattress and the wall. The fan and the light weren't working. To switch between hot and cold water, you have to remove a pin and switch taps. Also, as mentioned on the website, you're receive an email about a locker with your bed number and food inside for you, but this not to exist.

a lot if long-termers. if that's what you're up to it seemed like a nice community to be with. as a traveller it wasn't the right place to socialise. the kitchen was well equipped, it would've been nice to have more bathrooms.

Good location and a free activity’s to socialise a bit. Kitchen got all you need Not rly a clean place (hair on blanket and floor) since rooms not cleaned every day. Keys are 24/7 in the door locks so everyone can come in. Bathroom berry scratchy at the end of the hallway.

I really enjoyed my stay at wanna stay! Don’t quite understand the other reviews- kitchen was great, loved the movie nights/bbq hosted by the hostel, bed was comfy, felt safe, and great location. Definitely more long-term guests but felt welcomed- only issue was one of the showers had a broken shower head. Will definitely be coming back!

The hostel has everything a basic hostel and accommodation needs. The condition is okay, but could be improved. What makes the place good is the friendly people and Jama the manager - she is doing such a good job making everyone comfortable, being helpful, ensuring a safe space and fun events making the vibe at the hostel very easy going. Had a 4 girls dorm for 6 nights and it was very good!

Leuk hostel in de binnenstad. Keuken is erg uitgebreid, jammer dat veel gasten niet schoonmaken na hun koken. Kamers zijn schoon en prima bedden. Lekkere airco’s en ventilatoren. Gezamenlijke ruimtes genoeg binnen, geen buiten.

great location

Posto calmo, tranquillo, persone gentili e altruiste. Non esteticamente "bello", ma nemmeno brutto. Certo non ha gli spazi enormi di cui godono gli altri ostelli ma, sapendolo, non sovraffolla gli spazi e si sta sempre benissimo e larghi, a differenza degli altri enormi ma sempre claustrofobici

Really liked it, especially the game room is well maintained, a lot of nice people there

Very cozy vibe. Not a party hostel and is somewhat social, but it’s a great spot in the middle of the city to relax for a while. The events are great too and they’re generous with free food. The kitchen is a little small but it’s doable

Chill Hostel

Had quite big trouble with checking in because of a faulty booking, the staff took there time and helped me without charging me extra. Lovely people.

En soit bon établissement, je suis peut-être tomber au mauvais moment mais travaux tous les matins à partir de 6h30/7h La propreté laisse à désirer dans les chambres, le ménage est fait une fois par semaine seulement. Impossible de fermer la douche à clef donc petit stresse car on ne veut pas se retrouver nu devant quelqu’un qui ouvre la porte de la douche. Ça dépanne pour quelques jours

Es un 10 por la relación precio calidad. Los hostel baratos en Australia son muy malos y este es el mejor que he estado en toda Australia. Podría ser mejor si cada cama tuviera su luz y su cortina, pero igualmente merece un 10 si lo comparamos con los demás hostels australianos. Un plus, te dan arroz, fideos y avena gratis 😊 muchas gracias y sigan así!!!
