- Ce logement ne corresponds ni aux photos ni aux avis qui sont postés. Cela a grandement besoin de rafraîchissement, on frôle l’insalubrité. La chambre est une espèce de pièce en béton avec des trou dans la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Aucune salle de bain de fonctionnait. Pas moyen de se laver. Malgré les 3 cm d’eau dans la pièce. Nous avons dû quitter ce logement à 22 heures. Nos orteils étaient blancs et nous avions accumuler les couches de pulls

+ Location is good. The owner seems nice but gone after short time.

- The roof in toilet (one to all) is leaking from rain. The sink in toilet is leaking when operated. the shower did not work and no hot water, can't be used in winter. The room extremely cold Small heater even for a bird. Even for free will not come again.

- Έφτασα στο χώρο αφού ειδοποίησα την ώρα άφιξης μου, δεν υπήρχε κανείς. Περίμενα δύο ώρες, έστειλα μηνύματα, κλήσεις δεν απάντησε κανείς! Έφυγα και ξαναγύρισα, κτύπησα μία πόρτα τυχαία και μου είπε κάποιος να ανέβω επάνω! Περίμενα ότι κάποιος θα έρθει να μου πει ποιο από τα τρία δωμάτια είναι το δικό μου! Ένα σπίτι παγωμένο σαν ψυγείο και περιμένω ότι κάποιος θα εμφανιστεί! Από το μεσημέρι μέχρι στις 21:00 δεν εμφανίστηκε κανείς.Τα δωμάτια παγωμένα,κανένας χώρος δεν κλειδώνει, ούτε η εξοπορτα αλλά ούτε το δωμάτιο. Το πρωί αφού κρυολογησα, ξύπνησα κατεψυγμένη στην κυριολεξία,έψαξα πάλι να βρω κάποιον να συνεννοηθώ,να πω ότι δεν μπορώ να μείνω υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες,σε ένα χώρο που όλα είναι εκτός λειτουργίας.Ούτε η βρύση λειτουργούσε ούτε είχε σπιράλ για να κάνω ντους,έστω με παγωμένο νερό! Απορώ με αυτούς που έγραψαν αυτές τις κριτικές! Πήγα σε ένα άλλο χοστελ και μου είπαν ότι αυτό δεν λειτουργεί.Πως γίνεται να είναι στην πλατφόρμα της Booking. Τέλος πάντων είχα μία τραγική εμπειρία! Δεν το προτείνω σε κανέναν και δεν πρέπει να παραπλανείτε ο κόσμος με αυτόν τον τρόπο.

- The host was extemely drunk on our arrival and it seemed unsafe for the female guests because he could enter/exit as he wished. There was no heating which also made it difficult on a cold day

+ L accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario ,la posizione dietro la stazione dei bus,il grande giardino con tavolini e la musica relax.

- Ho chiesto (e pagato) una camera singola che era proprio al minimo.senza ac e zanzariere.solo 1 bagno per tutta la struttura, la serratura non funzionava, letto troppo corto.

+ The location is great, and it has a really nice garden to hang out. There's a nice living room. The owner is a nice guy.

- The mattresses in the dorm are old and uncomfortable, they need to be changed. The shower drain doesn't work well.

+ Přírodní prostředí, tiché místo, zurčící potůček velmi uklidňuje. Majitel na zlepšování kvality ubytování stále pracuje.

+ My friend like the piano, and the rough, and of course this house is heating system is very well!

- One of first this is the bathroom is not stable, sometimes is the water cooler and sometimes hotter, average not that good for staying, my friend said the carpet is so dirty! So we 4 friends live there, so some of service good and some not that good.

+ The owners are a young Armenian family who care a lot about their job and were very friendly. The house and our room were very clean, comfortable and warm during the night. It had windows facing the river which made for a very pleasant and peaceful morning for us.

+ Host is the best I've met anywhere. Willing to help with literally any problem I had, and clearly a man who puts all his heart and soul into his establishment. Also super fun to talk to.

+ I have been travelling for over a month now and no where has compared to Rossi Guest house. This is the most charming accommodation you could wish for. If you are looking for a peaceful authentic stay in Dilijan this is your place. I was here in winter and Vladimir (the host) assured me it’s even better in summer. Vladimir bought me local tea and his home made honey which were brilliant. Whilst distinct from most hostels I have been to I’d highly recommend a few nights at Rossi to meet some great people and experience the Armenian mountains.

- Il a fait un peu froid. Mais cela est normal, les températures avaient chuté d’un coup. Tout parfait!

+ Rossi Rest is a great place to be, it’s very close to the city centre and all the amenities. The garden and atmosphere were lovely and the host, Vladimir, was super hospitable and kind! ✨ The only “negative” side is that the house was generally very cold, and the toilet wasn’t really working. It’s something I am sure can be easily fixed but it made my stay slightly uncomfortable.

- The matress was a bit thin but the sleep was still good

+ Everything! It had a cosy vibe and the host made us feel like home. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The garden is very sweet and the kitchen well equipped. We were able to pay with card which was nice. Location was great as well. Overall, I can really recommend this place!

+ I really enjoyed my stay here from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and pleasantly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, whether it was with directions, recommendations, or any small request. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
