A guest Sparta kicked my into the wall. I have bruises from where I hit. It was 7 PM and the staff had already left for the day. I called and explained the situation. A disagreement over the room temperature. Sudden escalation to violence. They refused to come and handle it. Or to move either of us to a different room. So I left. They refused to refund me the night, and as far as I know, that guest is still there

Llegamos y nunca nos abrieron, duramos 2 horas afuera del hostal y casi tumbamos la puerta y nadie abrió, nos quedamos sin batería en los móviles, sin internet y solos en medio de la noche, nunca nos contestaron (hasta la fecha), tuvimos que caminar mucho más, y por más de 2 horas buscando hotel, corriendo peligros y riesgos Que falta de respeto y que mal atención del lugar, nunca nos había pasado algo así en ningún lugar del mundo donde viajamos.

No 24/7 reception! Worst customer service ever. They told me in an email the day prior to my arrival that they had a night reception, but when I arrived at 5 in the morning, there was no one there and I ended up waiting in the street for 4 hours until I could finally get in. When it was time to do my check in, I had to wait for 40 minutes until finally someone came to the reception. The hostel itself is very modern and clean, but you should not arrive at any unusual hours or count on the staff

really nice staff and location nearby the center (20min by foot)! the living room is cool, the kitchen is complete but the consumers don’t wash their dishes… in general the cleanliness could have been better especially in the "private" bathroom but the beds were super ok with the personal curtains and lamp but no plug. Towel, locker and luggage store included in the price !

It wasn't such a great hostel. The beds and common area are really nice. However, the card key that was supposed to open both doors didn't work and I was not provided with a locker key unlike the rest of the guests. The staff was quite friendly, though.

Os funcionários não sabem informar sobre nada na cidade e respondem tudo com má vontade. A pessoa que me atendeu disse que só iria trabalhar lá no verão então não precisava saber informações para os turistas. Não tem a vibe de hostel. O hostel realmente é muito limpo, bonito e bem localizado.

Totally recommend it! Private rooms are big with a nice balcony, clean and well furnished. The receptionist was very welcoming; the only B-side is that wi-fi didn't work, at least during my stay. It was an issue cause internet roaming in Serbia is very expensive if you have an EU number.

They've got a ventilation problem in the bath which they acknowledged, so a lot of mold is building on the ceiling. I never felt the bathroom was super clean but that was probably due to my fellow travellers. Good location, great staff and pleasant overall experience.

The hostel is comfortable, decorated nicely, with good facilities. It’s a little out of the main sights but close to transport and it’s not a super long walk if you don’t mind walking. The manager was very nice with recommendations. The only bad thing really was the hostel has some residents who are just living there (and others I’m not sure if living there but they weren’t sight seeing at all) so it was a shame not to meet other likemindeds travellers during my stay- that could vary t...

It's the best of the three hostels I stayed at in Belgrade. Extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host is extremely friendly and cheerful.

Super clean, really nice hostel, just not very social. A bit expensive in my option but the hostel is a bit nicer than most hostels in Belgrade

Super clean! Curtains around beds completely for adequate privacy. Large storage spaces with locks. Great staff.

it was a perfectly nice hostel for somewhere to stay, but the atmosphete was absolutely dead and had more older guests than young party goers

I had a good 2-night stay. The beds have curtains and power outlets. WiFi was not up to par for some reason. Recommended.

Absolutely the best hostel I have stayed in! The bed was so comfy and quite big for a hostel bed, the privacy curtain and reading lamp for each bunk was a great plus. The bathroom was in a league of its own, more like a hotel bathroom than a hostel bathroom! So clean and with a better shower than I have at home! The one downside to this hostel (at least in my room) is that the window is directly over a very noisy main road, would stay again but 100% with some very good earplugs.
