Rahman Hostel Manchester

The premises really need renovation and I hope the staff would control who can enter the premises to make the hostel feel more safe. However, I feel like I had an okay experience and would re-visit.

pretty dirty place, really good location tho : just in front of piccadily station. Not a lot of privacy and the bathrooms are really dirty but if you’re only staying there for one night it’s really fine. I believe it’s the cheapest place in manchester.

Todo es de baja calidad , desde los números de las camas pintados a mano , hasta el vidrio roto de una ventana de la escalera arreglado con tela adhesiva transparente. Sábanas rotas , baños rotos , jabón de uso común y barato . Pésimo hostel

Very disappointing experience. I felt unsafe due to another guest’s behavior during the night, and attempts to contact the hostel afterward were ignored. A lack of both safety and communication is unacceptable. A hostel should, at the very least, ensure guests feel safe and heard. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would not stay here again.

Good for a night of sleep. Shower didn’t work very well. Rather than that all good. If you are a female book female dorms always this is my biggest advice. It’s literally next to the station so no complaints. Wi-Fi works well there is a shop and a hangout area

Sporco, puzzolente, non funzionava l’acqua per farsi la doccia e quella poca che usciva dai lavandini era ghiacciata. Sconsiglio vivamente.

A lot to be desired. Pungent odours in many places, 'secure' storage is actually a small cupboard with eveyones stuff in (and they do not even check that youre actually taking your own stuff). Showers were in good condition, bathrooms less so. Rooms were not very secure either.

On check in I was charged again for the room, despite paying on hostel world, and when I brought this up it took much arguing and evidence to get a refund, which I still haven't seen on my account. The place STANK. Like sour washing and mold, but every hallway had a different smell. The toilets on my floor hasn't been cleaned in a milenia, the floor was sopping wet from the shower, there was no toilet paper, and the toilet seats weren't attached to the base. Lugar con falta de lockers para guardar cosas de valor como el pasaporte. Además se observa falta de limpieza en general. Zona de cocina y esparcimiento es una lágrima

Worst hostel I've ever stayed at. My entire floor stank of piss and vomit. There was SEVERE water damage everywhere causing leaks on every floor. Sheets were covered in bloodstains and the mattress and pillow were paper thin. If you need a bed right next to the station? Sure, it works. Otherwise don't pay for this overpriced, dilapidated roach motel.

Despite the great location, very close to Piccadilly Station, the atmosphere is not great, rooms, bathrooms and anyother facility is terrible poor.

The worst hostel i’ve ever stayed at. Overpriced and I felt completely unsafe, especially as a solo, female. I got a private room which felt more like a prison cell. The shared toilets were disgusting with faeces on the floor and no water at all. I got woken up by a drunken man in the hallway singing and feared that he was going to try open my door. The sheets were stained and didn’t look clean at all. there were plates kept on stairway which was disgusting. I would never recommend this host...

The location is good. It’s right next to the train station, but there are no lockers in the rooms. And the shower worked for two minutes before all the water in the entire building shut off so no water was coming out of the taps… the staff also work at the convenient store downstairs downstairs they can often get preoccupied and hard to talk to. I had to wait 20 minutes so soaking wet waiting for the water to come back from the shower. There’s also means a lot of time the toilets won’t f...

Very unclean and very basic room and bathrooms. Shower barely worked and was dirty. Did not feel very safe or comfortable. Glad I had a private room.

If you want a cheap place this is perfect. If you want to shower, have a place to relax, and make friends. Find somewhere else. Warm water was not existent, cold water worked 30% of the time. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The TVs pictured don’t even exist

It’s good for just staying the night. The atmosphere in the shared dorm wasn’t welcoming. The facilities need a good renovation. One of the bathrooms on our floor the light didn’t work, the shower didn’t work and both toilet seats weren’t on properly.
