Tomato Urban Retreat

The place is quiet and clean. The only issue is that if you need help you can only find staff from 8 am to 8pm. The Lobby is close even the restroom from the lobby is closed after 8pm. I asked about most popular places to go and they told me about a Park and other place that was not as good as other places. So I didn’t get to go to many good places due to lack of information. They’re not very helpful. The room was dirty having more girls staying there was messy

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Im Schlafsaal war es sehr warm und die Gegen war nicht so schön.

I was really surprised that this hostel had such high ratings. The hole room was moist and there was mould in the bathroom. There was also no curtains for the bed so you didn’t really have any privacy. A lot of stuff was in need of fixing. The bed was comfy, and it definitely did the job but wasn’t what I was expecting.

Location was a bit far than I imagined. The first room i was going to stay was pretty cold inside. Then I was offered to change my room as a solution what I really liked.

Very clean and modern rooms. They give you 3 towels which is great, beds have multiple sockets and a light. The position is just outside the centre but still in a great area within walking distance of everything. The downfalls are that the reception isn’t 24 hours and there really is no social atmosphere. Definitely ok for just a place to sleep but not much else .

È la quarta volta che torno e tornerò. Perfetto per chi vuole un alloggio economico, in un ambiente informale e amichevole dove anche poter fare due chiacchiere.

Sin dudas volvería a repetir, la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable y te ayuda con lo que necesites.

Solid place. No 24 hour reception, which is inconvenient especially if you’d like to use the laundry services. You need their special tokens to use it instead of just making it on an app or by regular euro coins. Average.

Girl at front desk living in the town for 20 years was great

Would definitely recommend this hostel. Helpful and kind staff, everything was extremely clean and felt very safe. Laundry and clean kitchen available, foosball and ping pong in a nice hang-out area in the basement, plus a cafe upstairs. Beds were comfortable and facilities were new. Just a few minutes' walk to the train station and the big park, with nice bars and restaurants close by. Would absolutely stay again.

L'hostel est Situé dans un quartier rempli de boutiques, de bars et restaurants et à une vingtaine de minutes du centre historique. La chambre et la salle debain étaient très propres

Bellissimo ostello: pulito, tranquillo e comodo al centro. Le dipendenti che ho incontrato sono state molto gentili e professionali. Lo consiglierei tranquillamente per chi fa una vacanza o chi, come me, ha dovuto stare a Torino per lavoro alcuni giorni. Bello!

hostel pequeñito pero acogedor, recepción solo hasta las 8 pm. había desayuno a precio normal de cualquier cafetería. se podían dejar las maletas gratis una vez haces el checkout y las toallas están incluidas
