Don’t give the staff any laundry you want to get back. Usually don’t expect to have things stolen when paying for a service via a trusted hostel.

a fuir, j'ai été dans plusieurs endroits première fois où je note mal un établissement pas de papierwc disant que c'est a la charge du client, chambre minuscule, clim ne s'allume que la nuit, draps sale, chambre remplie de sable, personnel désagréable un hôtel juste à côté, moitié prix est 100x mieux

They have a policy that they dont want to have toiletpaper available.. They leave the doors and windows open because it gets too hot (no a/c, even though they advertise they have and the fans are very noisy). Resulting in at least 50 mosquitos per room. They have nets but don't work. Found at least 7 inside the net during the night. Unable to get proper sleep there. It's relatively cheap though.

No curtains, despite the AC being on I was sweating, small beds with no shelf or any place to put anything, loud at night with thin walls.

Private room was dirty when we checked in. Bed sheets had stains and staff had to change and clean washroom again after I checked in. There were ants and the toilet didn’t work well. Also they do not supply toilet paper and I had to buy my own. (no, that is not normal for any hostel in any country regardless of what the owner will respond with and say)

Overall I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Oher people have mentioned you have to buy your own toilet paper, my sheet and pillow was dirty before I even slept in the bed, the atmosphere was really unsocial and they didn’t even have the option to buy bottled water. The staff member at the front was quite unhelpful and when I mentioned upon checking out that my bed was really dirty before even using it, he said “it’s a budget hostel and it’s hard keep everything clean”.

The hostel was okay to sleep in for a night. The bathroom was kinda dirty and there were no locks or anything on the door or complete hostel. And you can hear everything that’s going on outside, which was annoying. The employees were very nice and helpful tho!

We had a really good time at the Hostel, the Staff is really really nice and Open to every question. The area infront of the rooms is nice to Hang out . The non AC rooms are heating up at night and as in the Hostel policy meantioned there is no Toilette paper. All in all would really recommend, we felt very comfortable and kept extending our stay

Hostel bem localizado, com quartos limpos e arrumados. Banheiros amplos e em excelente quantidade. Um dos melhores hostels de Arugam Bay.

Fantastic location, facilities & staff, 10/10. The long hostel is a great hostel. I know I will stay here again & my buddy who was part of my booking too really enjoyed it. Special shout out to Hansa a really great manager & he made our stay even easier. We BBQ’d some fish we caught and ate with the hostel staff. An extra addition is communal toilets & showers for men & women in addition to en suite for dorms. Very reasonably priced! Visit the long hostel!!!

Loved this place. We originally were only meant to stay 4 nights but ended up staying 9! The location is PERFECT, super close to the beach and is located on the main strip of town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was more relaxed than party vibe but still was quite social and met people to go to parties with. This place felt super safe and comfortable but it is important to note that the doors do not lock but the property is constantly monitored by a staff member. Also ...

Pretty good hostel for the price, staff were really friendly and location amazing! The bathrooms weren’t always the cleanest but plenty of facilities

Extended my stay 3 times because didn’t want to leave! Staff were so friendly and helpful!

Good and indeed long Hostel. Dorms are comfortable. Common areas are not special, but after all good, when you travel on a budget.

Very good hostel for the price! Sadly not too social (also given the architecture I guess?), no activities planned by the hostel and staff only semi helpful with local tips. Most people here arrive in groups

loved the location and the people. one thing is that you need to bring your own toilet paper otherwise it's a good hostel where you get what you pay for. stuff is super helpful.

Amazing hostel. The way it is organized ensures that you get to talk and meet everyone, it’s clean and the features include all you need. Furthermore, the staff is really chill and can help you with everything!

It's a good hostel but nothing special. Enjoyed my stay here though!
