+ Il n'y avait personne quand je suis arrivée...j'ai donc du trouver un autre endroit....
+ The view from the top floor and location near to Akumal beach
- Very scary area, the house is under construction
The manager is nice, the place clean and decent (No AC though but not a problem for us). It could have been nice if all the dogs in the neighborhood hadn't spent the night barking. On of them was just on the other side of the window and would bark every minute. We couldn't sleep, it was quite a bad experience. All my bad ratings are linked to these dogs barking all night, even with earplugs it would still make you jump.
en dehors de sa situation et de la gentillesse de l'hôte, pas grand chose de positif : la chambre était mal nettoyé (cheveux dans la douche, dentifrice dans le lavabo, poussière, tache de sang sur le mur), porte mal insonorisée donnant sur un couloir a même la rue, nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause des nombreux chiens du voisin qui ont hurlés à la mort toute la nuit.
+ L eau santé les égouts impossible de prendre une douche beaucoup de bruit le matin les chiens qui hurlent je déconseille
+ You could walk to Akumal beach (across busy road) and the staff were nice. Big tv in room.
- Our room opened into the communal kitchen with people cooking at all hours and sitting chatting. Cats and dogs making noise all through the night. One evening we came home to find a pile of half eaten bones outside our door. Air con control did not work.

+ Econòmic. Personal amable. És l'únic positiu que li trobo
- En un edifici no acabat de construir i que no sembla que estigui en procés de fer-ho. Habitacions amb olor desagradable. Amb zona de cuina davant de les habitacions en estat deplorable. Considero que Booking hauria d'assegurar uns mínims d'habitabilitat i seguretat en els allotjament que ofereix als seus clients.
Nobody at the reception for the check-in, a man from a shop next to the hostel helped me screaming the owners name and a lady eventually came out. The area feels very unsafe, I felt scared for most of the time. Wifi pointless, kitchen is a stove and a fridge next to the street, lockers not possibke to actually close because already been broken in. If you are a female solo traveler like me I wouldn't recommend this place.

- Hôtel en construction, la cuisine n'est pas propre, nous n'avons pas tenté de faire à manger. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, les chiens aboient très très souvent et réveillés par le bruit des travaux. Nous regrettons d'avoir payé pour 2 nuits.

- The staff wasn’t there and I felt very unsafe in the night. The hostel should secure the main entrance better!!!

- Le bruit le soir et la nuit (chiens, fête de village) Les draps étaient tachés et la salle de bain ne semblait pas nettoyée
+ Very clean and everyone was friendly Towel, hot water, soap, good Kitchen, free water 👌

- The place seems to be still In a building phase. It feels a bit unfinished but things work. Outdoor seating area could be improved.
A great place to stay! Definitely can recommend - the room and bathroom is clean, with lockers provided, AC, the kitchen is well-equipped, and hosts very attentive! Felt like home.
Loved this hostel! The family who runs it are so nice and helpful. The location is great with walk distance to a cenote and to the beach where you can snorkle with turtles. You have great local and streetfood options around the corner and small supermarkets, and two fruitmarkets. Really calm and cozy vibe on the hostel as well as the area. Would definitely come back here! ⭐️
Verzorgde accomodatie, ontzettend lieve vrouw. We mochten in hun keuken koken etc. Alle stranden in de buurt kosten wel geld, maar dat staat los van de accomodatie.

The shared room was like brand new! Very comfortable, and the hot water never ran out (odd in Mexico). I especially enjoyed hanging out on the upper balcony and watching the street below, pure and real Mexico--kids flirting, an older couple visiting in chairs while taking in the evening breeze, someone swinging on a hammock watching TV, the cutest family of soft-haired playful dogs that greeted every one they new with joy, families walking together, and an amazing sunset with birds singing.
+ Heerlijk rustig verblijf in leuk klein plaatsje . Makkelijk naar strand en leuk plaatselijk leven te zien. In dorp leuke goedkope restaurantjes.
- Er wordt nog verbose dus beetje rommelig en keuken erg rommelig.
Great location, quiet but easy to access the whole town. The staff was polite and helpful.

+ Lo utilizamos solo un día para descansar ya que queríamos conocer Akumal y nadar con tortugas . Queda cerca de todo en coche, la habitación limpia y comoda , aún que las instalaciones exteriores , un poco descuidadas y le falta limpieza . La chica que nos atendió amable. Relación precio calidad muy buena
- Falta de orden y limpieza en las instalaciones externas como la cocina . Hay muchas cosas pero desordenadas y sucias .
