We stayed one night. booked a private dorm, got only a box for 2 due to overbooking. Really not a pleasure to stay. stayed only due to lack of options, wouldn't stay again. not very clean, ants in the room and overall a rather bad experience.

No security at all, no one had keys and the door is wide open with no staff around after 17:00 !! Not very clean either, the bathroom was disgusting. Near 7eleven and the port for ferries which was handy, but outside of city centre. Don’t spend more than 1 night here

this hostel is an absolute shocker. No security, definitely not 24/7. no evidence that they ever put loo rolls in the toilets, infested with bed bugs, and there was a dead rat under the chairs in the seating area. No keys for room/members that aren’t part of the hostel easily entered with full access. Had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bar which seemed outrageous. Never again.

Don’t do it, pay the extra £2 and stay at a different hostel.

Warning, if you plan to check in after 5pm i would suggest simply booking somehwere else. The advertised 24hr reception simply isnt true and if you arrive after 5pm you are expected to message them on facebook before being sent to pay for your room at the opposing 7-eleven, which was not a quick process. otherwise the dorm room pods are perfectly pleasant and have individual AC.

Worst hostel ever I left and went to a hotel. Rooms are very small en smell like mold everything is discusting dorms have 0 privacy there is no one behind the desk to check you in

Was okay stay for one night

stayed here for 1 night between transfers and it was perfect. don’t understand the bad reviews. Each bed has its own AC so you can decide how cold you want it. proper shutters to close the capsule bed so didnt matter that there were 40 people in one room. the bathrooms were big and clean. Across the street from 7-11 and 15 min walk from bus terminal.

bathrooms not clean, beds rock hard and very very uncomfortable. lockers provided were all already being used even though were supposed to be for each individual bed number, so had to sleep with large backpack in bed with me. very small space and cramped overall. no one there for us to check in with when we arrived, so tried to use the QR as directed which didn’t work. someone finally came after 20 mins.

booked a private room but was downgraded due to double bookings some of the beds had ants in them okay for stop over

Dreckig, heruntergekommen, unfreundliches Personal, Ameisen im Bett, überall Müll auf der Dachterasse. Für eine Nacht ok aber mehr muss nicht sein…

we waited 2 hours to check in. other guests were sent away because it was overview. the bathrooms are an imposition

Worst hostel ever, immediately switched hostels. Woman at the reception did not speak any English and not kind at all, my mattress was full of little flies and ants and while I booked a 4 bed dorm I got a 16 or more bed dorm since they don’t even have a 4 one.
