Good Bye Lenin Hostel Zakopane

Hostel proche du parc des Tatras mais éloigné du centre ville, cependant un arrêt de bus est présent juste à côté de l’hostel. L’ambiance y est très conviviale. Le petit déjeuner gratuit a été très apprécié mais j’aurai souhaité une pièce commune légèrement plus grande.

I think all “cosy cabins” in movies are actually based off of this place. Really close to trails and the bus stop. It felt really authentic and peaceful. The cats were great company, and the staff were friendly. Perfect escape from the city!

The atmosphere is incredible there. I went as a solo traveler and felt as though I was at a chalet with my friends. The staff is very friendly and mingles with the guests during nightly activities.

Staff were incredible, daily activities were great, very friendly place; even as an introvert I had so much fun in the social events.

Such an amazing experience at this hostel. All of the staff were so nice, all the guests were so welcoming, and overall the vibe of this place was unforgettable. They host fun events at night like pierogi night, trivia, etc. Everyone I met here was wonderful and I’ll remember this trip forever!

Probably the best hostel I ever stayed at!! AMAZING people and staff, comfy beds and rooms with a beautiful view. in general great atmosphere and a lot of time since the volunteers organize many activities and fun nights. not very accessible but its part of the fun to get to the hostel :) 10/10

i really don’t see why this hostel shouldn’t be any less than 10 stars. the staff was amazing, the location is spot on to go on hikes and zakopane is a really nice place to visit if you’re in poland. it’s more like a refuge rather than a hostel to be honest. thanks for everything, i’ll definitely come again!!

A nice old house, cats and a goat. Great for the money, breakfast and most dinners, simple food, and for the costs it’s fine. Pretty cramped otherwise with one smallish sitting room, only 2 bathrooms . if you need your own space and don’t really want to interact every day probably not the place for everyone, I mean the clientele changes every day so there is no point in saying great atmosphere as from 1 week to the next it can be other,, score 9 or above not possible,irrational for amenit...

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! The staff and volunteers put on fun events every night and there’s lots of books and games to use. The beds were clean and there was space to put your items underneath. Conveniently located close to the trails for hiking and around 15 min bus ride from Zakopane centre. One downside is that there are only 2 toilets/showers so I did have to wait most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

this was one of those really special stays. the place has such a cosy and quiet atmosphere. everyone there really made you feel at home very quickly. there’s a social event every night, sometimes it’s food or sometimes it’s an activity. my fave was defo the taskmaster night, me and my team mate won the game so maybe im biased 🤣 the hostel is right next to a hiking trailhead too, and they offer equipment for hire at the hostel. couldn’t recommend this place enough!

amazing treatment from the stuff. the house i felt like when i was a kid and went with my family to the mountains; cozy, comfortable and with homemade hot beer. will repeat the experience for sure!

Myself and my friend had such a lovely stay, this hostel felt more like a home than a hostel, very cosy it was so cute ! we felt like we were in a Christmas movie. The beds were probably the comfiest hostel bed Iv ever slept on and the shower pressure and heat was fantastic. We loved the animal friends too 10/10 will be returning.

A beautiful hostel with amazing staff and travellers. They do little events in the evening which are great fun to get involved in with the others. The living room has everything you need and the facilities are great
