+ Nothing , they should be closed during the renovation ,just dont go there if you want to sleep. No respect at all for their customer, ( only the lady at check out was nice)
- First, i booked a room there based on their rating and very good reviews, it turns out to be my worst ever hostel experience, at the check inn ( it was 1 am) the guy made me wait , didn’t seems to know what room to put me in, put me in different room from the one i booked, then move me into a room in renovation, second, in the morning staff begin to speak loudly at 8 am waking up everybody, they even do renovation in rooms where people are still sleeping. What a stupid management. They refunded my stay in exchange that i dont make a reviews.
+ Le petit déjeuner était convenable.
- J'avais choisi un dortoir 4 personnes car je voyage avec mes deux fils adultes et nous voulions des lits séparés. Nous nous installons dans les lits superposés et là, surprise, le matelas ressemble plus à un tapis de gymnastique et offre donc le confort d'une planche. Soit. Au moment de prendre la douche, le seul savon et shampoing disponible sont un fond (juste assez pour une personne) dans une bouteille d'eau en plastique et sans bouchon... Était-ce vraiment du savon? Bref, après une douche, le savon est vidé. Je vais donc chez le préposé de l'accueil pour en demander et me plaindre de la manière dont il est mis à disposition. Après palabre, il m'apporte du savon dans un beau flacon en verre en insistant bien (comme on le fait auprès d'un enfant de 4 ans) pour que je ne le casse pas... Ouf, les 2 autres peuvent prendre leur douche. Jusque là, nous sommes déjà déçus de l'emplacement de la chambre. Au rez-de-chaussée, derrière l'accueil... Vous profitez des discussions de l'accueil ainsi que des chants des fêtards du café d'en face. Nous sommes déçus car il n'y a pas la moindre bouteille d'eau à disposition. Nous sommes déçus car il n'y a pas de savon convenable. Nous sommes déçus car le confort des lits est plus que sommaire. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 23h00 (merci pour le check-in tardif). Donc, après installation, douche, recherche de savon, douche, fin des festivités du café d'en face, on commence à fatiguer... Et à deux heures environ, mon fils constate qu'il y a des punaises de lits dans sa couchette. Mon autre fils en trouve également dans la sienne. J'ai de la chance, il n'y a rien dans la mienne... Donc, on retourne à l'accueil. On a de la chance, c'est pas loin... Le préposé vient, prend une vidéo des punaises, bien embêté. On insiste pour changer de chambre car nous avons trop peur que les bestioles s'installent dans nos sacs à dos, nos vêtements, etc.

- Dirty floors.Dirty bedding. Flip flops from previous occupants unusable. Dirty towels.photos available. Iron unusable.Asked for refund but refused. Stayed 7 days had to move to another hotel, which we booked with booking.com.That hotel was fabulous.

- Le camere fronte strada sono invivibili. Non si può dormire fino alle 13 am vicino all’hotel, che è in una viuzza molto stretta, ci sono ben 5 locali 3 dei quali davanti all’hotel molto rumorosi all’alba inizia lo strombazzare dei motorini quindi non si può riposare se non con i tappi o affetti da ipoacusia. La colazione è molto ma molto scarsa il servizio pessimo pochi tavolini volevano farci accomodare nel divanetto della reception perché hanno solo 4 tavolini
BEFORE BOOKING A DORM, READ THE REVIEWS!! The reviews absolutely do NOT REFLECT REALITY — most of them are for private rooms or written after staff asked guests for positive ratings. ROOMS:completely uninsulated for sound BATHROOMS: poor condition, unpleasant smell. BEDS: Extremely hard and FULL OF MOSQUITOES!! I was bitten from head to toe (even though I used anti-bug spray). SOCIAL LIFE: NONE ACTIVITIES / FUN: NONE
Betten waren super unbequem im dorm. Hart wie Stein wenn ich das so sagen kann außerdem Badezimmer ganze Zeit dreckig und absolut nicht sauber und leider auch die Ausstattung bei den Betten grauenhaft wer tut eine Steckdose auf der gleich Höhe wie die „Matratze“. Super hohe Brandgefahr!!! Aber die Mitarbeiter super toll und Ty der ältere Mann ein super netter und aufmerksamer Mann !!!
Not a very nice experience here. The room isn’t really a room - it’s kind of a pop up divisons. Anyone can walk in and out of the property. It’s dirty and no space for bagage. Some slightly dodgy/ odd people staying there.
Avoid the dorms at all cost! The 4 bed dorm was by far the worst dorm I stayed in so far. The room is around 6qm tiny and does not have real walls, just built-in slide door. The beds are only 180cm long, if you’re taller than this you’ll have trouble sleeping. The atmosphere was on top really off, so I left this place after my first night (naturally wasn’t able to get my money back for the upcoming 2). Really sad, because the staff was nice and the pool area + lobby look nice as well.
I did not enjoy this hostel. They don't have a proper locker assigning system, so you might have to leave your valuables unlocked. Secondly, I always like to check my bed when I arrive, and I found dirty napkins (or maybe underwear lmao) under my mattress topper. Another guy in my room found a bunch of rubbish under his. My friend's room was also dirty and filled with fruit flies. We checked out early. I will say, the cutest older man works in the lobby and brings the bags in. Big tick for him!

Séjour agréable staff magnifique et soignant surtout l'agent de tourisme hassinh et les réceptionnistes tao et l'autre petite charmante avec elle je ne sais pas son nom, et le jeune réceptionniste de nuit qui porte des lunette de vue.. toujours a l'écoute Bon rapport qualité prix je recommande Mes salutations... Really nice hostel!! The beds and the duvets were so comfy, I slept really good! Furthermore the door man was the sweetest and always wishing us a good day!!
Staffs are friendly and helpful. You can reach out to them at anytime and they are proficient in speaking English. I was living in a dorm and the bed is cozy. The only disadvantage is they only have one shower room on the dorm level.
Nice place to stay for a night. It is more of a hotel, so it is not social if you're looking for that vibe. Clean and comfortable dorms. Ty was the kindest security man, always happy and smiling! He always helped me with my bags and always offered a lemonade drink when I was waiting in the reception, huge thanks to Ty! Linh, Thao and Oanh were also helpful:)

+ Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, gần trung tâm, đặc biệt gia đình mình rất thích sự thân thiện của chú Tý với cô Oanh, cô chú rất vui vẻ. Cảm ơn sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình của bạn Thảo.
- Chắc là do các bạn nhân viên trẻ quen giao tiếp với khách nước ngoài nên với khách Việt các bạn hơi ít cười.
+ Everything was exactly like on the pictures. No false advertisement, we were happy. We would have wished the pool to be a non smoking area but nevertheless it was great. We thank the staff we met. Thao, Ty, Nhi, An, Tuan, Linh, Oanh, Hieu, Phuong, Nhung.

- Nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous fasse prendre une navette a 200000 vnd alrs qu'un taxi coute 50000 vnd. Une dame a l'accueil, pas tres agreable lorsque je lui ai di que j'utilisais un service de pressing autre que le sien.

+ Surprise! Nous avions un studio spacieux, avec belle vue. Tout était propre, la piscine sur le toit, dommage nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit.
+ Le petit déjeuner est parfait ! C’est le meilleur petit déjeuner que j’ai manger. Les chambres sont très propres. La vue sur la piscine est incroyable . Linh, Nhung, An, Thao, Oanh, Sinh, Hieu, Nhi, Ty
