+ Food was good

- Everything else , no space in room , no toiletries provided before asking for them. No cleaning . No clean bed sheets, pillows, pillow covers , towels Fan ,lights not maintained in order

+ Staff is friendly and supportive.

- Found the property contrary to the previous reviews. It was overbooked and dirty. I was not given the room I had booked and instead was offered a smaller room in place. When I connected with owner of the place on phone, he was very rude and told me that you have not bought the place by booking any particular room. He asked me to leave the premises if I dont want smaller room. When I tried to tell him about my frustrations for not getting room even after booking then he became even more upset and told me that he is not going to give any type of room. I was already there with my family and it had become dark and the property being several km outside the city , I had to beg to even get the smaller room. Somehow I managed for the night and left the property early morning at 6 am. Property was overbooked and with only one staff managing and he was struggling to manage to do things for the guests including in time arrangements for food.

+ Akshay and his wife were very warm and helpful. They tended to our every need and even let us check in late. We were two girls but yet they made us feel very safe. The property has an old-world, non-pretentious, village life. And for the main act: the flower fields surrounded on all sides by mountains that we woke up to.

- The bathroom in our room was a pure nightmare for us. It was not what I'm typically used to. With the toilet and bathroom in a single cramped space. The washbasin was outside the room. When it rained at night, we found our room wet in the morning. The floor to ceiling windows may have been responsible for that.

+ J'ai aimé le calme la vue l´accueil , la disponibilité, j'avais réservé une nuit je suis resté 4 nuits et le patron m´a déposé à mon bus et m´a aidé pour trouver le bon bus, ce qui n´est pas évident pour un étranger

+ Beautiful place, staff was helpful and kind, and sometimes kinda precious in here: silent!!!

+ This is such a special homestay for me. Kind, humble owners. A real working farm with cows and buffalo. A tour of the crops if you are interested... sugar cane, millet, mangoes... I really felt connected to nature. The homecooked food is fantastic. The rooms are simple and very adequate. The other guests were lovely. The owner's friend took me to see a waterfall. The owner drove me 5 HOURS to my next homestay. All charges were very reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found this place. 🙏🏼

+ The surroundings, all green, lush farms and open views. No traffic, no pollution, no hustle bustle of the city. The food was delicious. I had a simple meal of pithale chapati. The owner, Akshay is very caring and polite and his warm smile makes you feel at home the minute you arrive at the property.

- No cross ventilation in the room and hence no fresh air in the evenings / night which will necessitate running the air conditioner or a cooler which negates the basic tenet of eco stay. Bathroom water seepage needs to be attended to on priority as the floor boards have been damaged. Akshay has promised to address all issues at the earliest.

+ The premises were very neat and well maintained. The food was excellent.

- The room was very small. I would say it was cramped for 3 people. It's a good place for 2 in the room we were given. Rest, no complaints.

+ Akshay has built a really homely farm stay, with access to fields, domestic animals and his awesome family. Akshay goes out of his way to manage and cater to all your needs. Don’t expect 5-star bed and breakfast, and you won’t be disappointed. Be prepared to spend quality time on an actual farm, looked after by an energetic host who’s trying his level best to make your stay costly and comfortable.

+ インドの北から南下してきてたまたまたどり着いたこの宿は僕にとってオアシスのような場所で、やっとこういう落ち着いた場所に来れたなという安心感と、もっといたいなという気持ちが溢れる場所で、オーナーはめちゃ親切だしご飯も美味しいし、朝方冷えて寒くなった体を太陽の光で温めながらみる周りの景色は幸せだなー意外に言えなかったです

- テントに泊まりましたが、夜寝てると猫ちゃんが隙間から侵入してきて一緒にベッドで寝る感じになります。僕は楽しめまた。猫ちゃんが苦手な方はテントに泊まる際お気をつけください。他の部屋は大丈夫だと思います。

+ The owner was very cooperative and helpful to ensure we have a good stay,we were provided free ride on tractor during his tour to field, Also to ensure we coverup the location properly he made us a plan to have a smooth journey throughout the day

- Due to rain we had insects and frogs in our room causing trouble
