- A serious lack of professionalism and miscommunication

+ Das Haus und der Garten an sich sind wunderschön. Es ist nur alles sehr schmutzig. Man könnte viel draus machen!

- Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Alles ist sehr schmutzig: Urin auf der Klobrille, Fußboden sehr schmutzig, überall Katzenhaare, in beiden Zimmern im Waschbecken Haare vom Vorgänger, Toilettenspülung ging in einem Zimmer nicht (wurde bei 3 Nächten auch nicht repariert), in diesem Zimmer Schimmelgeruch, im anderen Zimmer roch es im Bad nach Bahnhofsklo. Rose ist vordergründig freundlich, umarmt einen bei Ankunft. Das Ganze ist aber nicht echt. Bei Problemen oder wenn man etwas kritisiert wird sie und auch Sebastian sehr unangenehm und sie zeigen keine Einsicht. Beide sitzen den ganzen Tag nur rum, geputzt wird hier nichts. Die Küche und der Kühlschrank sind unter aller sau. Es war einfach nur widerlich. Woher all die guten Rezensionen kommen erschließt sich uns nicht.

- The room I got looked nothing like what I booked. It didn’t match the photos nor the description. The A/C wasn’t working properly, there was no ceiling fan and no hot water. The bathroom was filthy and the room was uncomfortable. I left after the first night.

- Le bruit infernal de la route et de la clim. Pas de petit déjeuner.

+ Owner Rosie and her nephew are very friendly and helpful, pleasure to meet them. Our room was clean, big and comfortable. It is pitty, I have to point out some true inconveniences

- - no hot water (broken device) - defect light in shower/bathroom (defect/not working switchers) - stale air in room (not possible to make it fresh) - untidy surroundings (foyer, shared terace, ...) - pics on booking seems older

+ De gastvrijheid en de mensen waren super aardig en lief

- Het was er ontzettend vies. Erg jammer om te zien en ik hoop dat ze dit wil veranderen. Eigenaresse is ontzettend lief en leuk en het verblijf heeft veel potentie!

+ La anfitriona Rose y sus hijos son muy acogedores te hacen sentir como parte de su familia. La señora Rose muy pendiente de ayudarte con cualquier cosa que necesitas. Es una señora muy trabajadora y amable a disposición de que sus invitados estén a gusto. Me alegro que encontré esté lugar acogedor después de estar viajando encontré un lugar de descanso. Esté Guest House está para todo tipo de visitantes desde 1 personas o varias personas. Hay televisión con cable y Wifi. Los baños todos privados, No es necesario bañarte de agua caliente. Fue agradable. Allí no hay lluvias y cálida su temperatura. Yo alquilé un vehículo y llegar al centro del pueblo desde allí me tardo unos 10 minutos con la vía despejada. También si no tienes vehículo está a la orilla de la carretera puedes tomar un autobús público que pasa justo al frente al centro que te costará $1.00 Y si vienes desde David puedes bajarte justo al frente también. Es muy fácil! Puedes visitar Los Pozos termales! Yo sí me sentí como en casa.

+ I felt right at home; the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you belong, and the family—a mother and her two children—are very kind and down-to-earth. They're all bilingual, and the place is right on the main road, which made public transportation easy. It's a truly homey place. I highly recommend it to people with a cheerful spirit

- Sólo faltó algo de limpieza y el Ruido del aire acondicionado era incómodo

+ Host was awesome, bed was clean and very confortable. Bus stops very close for David or Boquete. Good internet. Stayed two nights. A medium swiming pool for hot days. 1 dollar to take bus to Boquete.

- Some highway noise in the evening , but quiet during the night.

+ Estadía que te reciben con una sonrisa y los brazos abiertos, señora Rose que es madre y padre, ha hecho de esta casa un emprendimiento muy bonito, para sacar adelante sus hijos, son muy educados, ellos te reciben cálidamente y te regalan la experiencia de sentirte parte de la familia, tienen 3 pequeños gatitos adoptados que son muy tranquilos. Cada habitación es espaciosa y privada con su baño, cable tv, wifi, aire acondicionado. ropa de cama y toallas. Valió la pena apoyar el emprendimiento de una familia local como ellos. Positiva Energía!.
