Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, lo cual se oyen todos los gritos de los huespedes, que por lo que a mi me tocaron fatal, las camas y almohadas super incomodas (la cama por llamarla cama y no colchoneta) No sirve ni para dormir y descansar una noche. Fatal
Quartos sujos cheios de cabelo, baratas debaixo das camas e lençóis manchados. Sem qualquer tipo de cuidado e Higiene. Rececionista entrou de rompante nos quartos sem qualquer motivo a olhas para as pessoas enquanto estas eatavam a dormir.
Don't come here, i took the cheapest room as i had to leave at 4:00am anyway, the amenities are not the problem but i felt very uncomfortable with elderly homeless men in the room, honestly, if you re reading this, just spend 10€ more, it's not worth it 🙈
L'auberge est bien placée et le personnel a été très accommodant, bien que le responsable ait été très désagréable. En effet, nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit dans notre chambre lors de notre première nuit dans cet établissement. Nous l'avons signalé et avons été changées de chambre avant de changer d'auberge complètement. Certaines de mes amies ont déjà laissé leur avis et le responsable leur a répondu en faisant preuve de mauvaise foi, prétendant que leur message ét...
Lo único bueno es la ubicación, luego no aclaran que las habitaciones más baratas son en un galpón, todo cerrado,oscuro.
The only good thing is the location, then they don't clarify that the cheapest rooms are in a shed, all locked, dark.
Nous avons retrouvé un nid de punaises de lit dans la chambre et avons dû quitter l'auberge au plus vite. Cela faisait plusieurs mois que ce nid était signalé et rien n'a été fait. Le manager a eu une réaction très vive et désagréable lors de nos échanges à ce propos. Bien que bien située, je ne réitèrerai pas cette expérience dans cette auberge.
There is bed bugs nests that have been there for months. There is dead skin particles in the bed frames. The manager is horrible, even if the employees do their maximum.
Very hot hostel no ac no fan
One of the worst hostels i've ever stayed at. too much noise and there was no respect inside the rooms, plus they had no towels for showers, if u want one they charge you 3 hours each time, i don't recommend anyone going to this hostel.
I booked a 4-bed private room and requested an early check in. Got a handwritten message through booking that the early check in would be no problem. When we arrived not only had the room gotten more expensive (had already payed online but still had to pay the difference, I am not talking about the city tax) but the early check in was suddenly something they had never heard of and would also be an additional 5€ PER PERSON (in a private room). We then wanted to at least leave our luggage until ...

Beautiful hostel in the city center, right next to Rossio Station (with great connections to Sintra) and just a short walk from Elevador da Glória. Very bright and quiet, it’s the perfect place to make new friends if you’re traveling solo or to have a beer with your friends on the balcony. The common area was my favorite spot: perfect for reading a book, working, or watching a movie. Five stars for the cleanliness and also for the staff.
Friendliest staff ever. The showers were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, however the ladder to the bunk was strange and felt dangerous. The location is good but the walk is steep and bit exhausting. Breakfast is a fair price with good options. Quiet nights, good rest. Overall it was a good stay, a quiet night in a hostel is certainly a hard find!
I would like management to know that the bald guy plays great music at the lobby bar. Great location if you dont mind walking uphill a lot, but if you are in Lisbon you're going uphill no matter what. Don't trust the locks on the bathroom stalls they are for decoration and people can just walk in (ask me how i know).
Great place to stay! It was very clean and put together. It is a long hike to get to the place, so that was unfortunate. Also their kitchen is closed from 11pm-8am, so you can’t access your food which isn’t mentioned on the website.
El hostel muy lindo, con un gran living para trabajar o tomar algo, las habitaciones y baños limpios, me encanta. Además Michael de recepción es súper amable y atento en todo. Recomiendo y volvería a venir
Can’t drink your own alcohol anywhere in building. Cockroach in the bed when we checked in, got them to change our room. Kitchen closed 8-11pm so definitely can’t get a late night snack. Seemed a little too big to be super social but staff were nice, and was fairly clean other then our first room.
The hostel is good and located in a very great area. The staff is really nice, specifically Fanfan was very kind and friendly.
Not my best experience, the room i was in was right on the road, you could here anyone pass by and talk. The top bed if the bunk was impossible to reach without a proper staircase, which was one for 5 bunks. The lockers (that didn't lock also, u need ur own lock) where uncomfortable placed both the way they opened but also the placement was in the bottom's bed face

Atención poco amigable del personal, los baños no limpios, las duchas siempre el piso mojado fuera de la ducha. En la habitación había una persona que molestó en toda la estadía, además que la almohada era mejor poner mi chaqueta para apoyar la cabeza mejor. Lo bueno, excelente ubicación. No disfruté la estadía en lo más mínimo. Te cobran 3€ para dejar tus cosas antes del check in.
Unfriendly attention from the staff, the bathrooms not clean, the showers always the wet floor outside the shower. in the room there was a person who bothered me throughout the stay, plus the pillow was better put my jacket to support my head better. good job, excellent location. did not enjoy the stay at all. they charge you 3€ to leave your things before check in.

Buona la posizione se si ha intenzione di andare per baretti a barrio alto, stanze non male ma non ci sono degli armadietti con lucchetto, reception aperta h24.

En relación precio calidad me parece muy aceptable. Las habitaciones son chicas y les falta ventilación, los baños son super incomodos y dejerian mejorar los enchufes ese punto es el mas facil de soluciónar y lo mas incomodo ya que no es práctica la ubicación. Pero en lines generales el hostel ofrece buen servicio y buena ubicación a un precio razonable.
The rooms are tiny and lack ventilation, the bathrooms are super uncomfortable and I would like to improve the plugs that point is the easiest to solve and the most uncomfortable since the location is not practical. but in general the hostel offers good service and good location at a reasonable price.
There was a mistake with the booking. I wasn't happy that I wasn't offered a cancellation, even though I was prepared to book a longer stay later. I would have simply paid the remaining balance. The fact that the bed was then considerably more expensive per night was another reason to stay away altogether.
