- I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Lisbon. The door to my room didn’t close properly, and in the middle of the night, someone tried to enter my room. When I reported this to the receptionist, his response was shocking: he admitted that he had noticed the door wasn’t fully closed but didn’t bother to secure it! Instead, he blamed me for not closing it, leaving me completely vulnerable during the night. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Anyone reading this review should be extremely cautious, as anyone could enter your room due to their lack of attention to safety and security. Tuve una experiencia pésima en este hotel de Lisboa. La puerta de mi habitación no cerraba del todo bien, y en plena noche, alguien intentó entrar en mi habitación. Cuando se lo comenté al recepcionista, su respuesta fue indignante: ¡admitió que había visto que la puerta no estaba cerrada y no se molestó en asegurarse de cerrarla! En lugar de actuar, me culpó por no haberla cerrado, dejándome totalmente indefenso durante la noche. Este nivel de negligencia es inaceptable. No recomiendo para nada alojarse en este hotel. A quienes lean esta reseña, les advierto que tengan muchísimo cuidado, ya que cualquiera puede entrar en su habitación debido a su falta de atención a la seguridad.

- Tutto pessimo, personale antipatico e scostumato alla reception tranne un ragazzo brasiliano. Gli addetti alla pulizia, rumuorosi e invasivi, abusano del poco spazio in comune dei clienti. I letti dormitori dei veri laugher nazisti, per salire sul terzo letto, bisogna essere l'uomo ragno. Stretto, angusto, irrespirabile non c è un gancio alla parete per appendere qualcosa . L'unico bagno disponibile sul piano, fuori di servizio per almeno 3 giorni, bisognava andare al piano superiore o inferiore. 2 notti pessime, relazione prezzo qualità pessimo. La zona non è turistica.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Amazing place. Very safety, organizado, clean and the workers are very friendely. A place to comeback. This place is closed with Alfama and Baixa Chiado só you can go on a very tradicional train "elétrico" in 10 minutes. Very closed with Metro as well.
I just stayed for one night, but I'd definitely come back! The nearest metro-station is just 3 minutes away and I felt safe walking there, also at night (alone as a female). Staff is great - they are really friendly and helpful! Sanitaries and room were clean.

+ I was given a room in sharing ..( well..honestly speaking booking.com also a big player ) why ,,,? Because I tried to book a separate room ,but when at the time final the payment it says dimitri shared room ..which is nice honest . People try to book via booking .com because they think they are fare. .. Can you imagine, I stayed there from 15 to 21 April and I was not provided a towel ..what kind guest house is this that for towel they charge 10 Euros to only RENT A TOWEL... Show me any guest room where towels are rented .. So I just took warm shower .. but without drying my body...its disgusting.. And if booking.com book rooms like that ..then it's possible that they loose reputation. I said what honestly I practice .... I am working as a freelance Journalists of the European news agency holding Diplomatic red press passport ,working on different subjects like : World environmental problems European immigration issues and problems ... Human rights and women rights etc; I better should write an observation on companies like booking .com how they do business and earn money ??? YES or NO ?
- I like that people get more discounts ( like special discounts for journalists ) cheap options with excellent services sothat companies could get good names and people could get benefits to enjoy more .. The more benefits and enjoyments they get good for the companies as well .

+ El servicio del personal fue maravilloso, especialmente Thiago, super atento, servicial, acomedido. La ubicación es buena, tiene cerca un metro y esta a unos minutos del centro.
- La zona cercana al hotel no se nota tan segura, hay muchos indigentes y gente que se droga.
+ Awesome hostel. Great friendly helpful staff (muito obrigada Andre, Farhad, Thiago e Andreinha). Amazing breakfast. Clean big rooms, witn excellent lights in each bed and lockers. Big comfortable kitchen with everything you need to get your own meal ready. Will definitely come back, loved it!
