Front desk lady- I never got her name- gave mother energy in a sweet little way I needed! If you’re reading this I’m the girl pressing the flowers in her book, thank you. When I messaged asking if I could drop my laundry off at 11 they said yes over text, and no in person which sucked. I checked in at 10pm or so and didn’t get the usual tour from the guy that checked me in, but I saw someone else get one. Checkout says until 12 but reception closes at 11. Very loud from the street. As well the night. As well inner dorms are loud due to the loud aur con. You need ear plugs if you want to sleep. Sheets and bed clean, beyond bed very dirty, seem for months not cleaned. Only because something fell behind the bed, I saw the dirt. Wash/ shower rooms ok. Breakfast enough quantity, lowest quality. Staff super gentle. Not their fault, that the rest is not recommendable. Very well located and centric. Felt safe.

This hostel is really great for the price, and the location makes it even better.

Great hostel, some strange men were there and it was very loud during the night. The curtains in the rooms could be more secure. Good hostel but there are better ones

super convenient location but not a social hostel . staff were very friendly and helpful . free breakfast was decent

A great location to stay in, very walkable and safe. The common area was nice and good for socializing, good Wifi, but the shared bathrooms were pretty moldy and didn't have much privacy. Hot water was great, but need to hold down a knob to keep the water flow. Free earplugs but all other amenities (laundry, towels) are quite expensive

Towels for 5€? That’s insane. The hostel is “ok”, good if you want to save money, nothing special about it.

Stayed here for a night and had a hard time finding the hostel and then waited ages for check-in. The beds were comfortable and the common room very nice. Good location overall.

As instalações do hostel são bem básicas, com espaços pequenos. Os quartos e as instalações comuns são muito quentes e não tem ar condicionado; apenas ventiladores que não dão vazão. Os banheiros não tem privacidade, porque não tem porta, mas sim, uma cortina vazada. Os colchões são desconfortáveis e caso você fique em uma superior, é difícil subir na escada até o cama. Nice hostel but I got bed bugs. Probably 20 bites that itch like crazy. I was in room 6 all female 8-person, in bed number 3. If you choose to stay here inspect your bed very closely before you decide to stay. I found one bug casing but wasn’t able to see any other bugs just the bites. The receptionist was very helpful and gave me a refund however they did not have any other beds so I chose to leave and stay somewhere else. Better hostels in the area. Dirty. Small

Its location is the best, really walkable places to go from there, really comfortable beds, but the showers are outside the bedrooms, staff was super friendly and the breakfasts are good

Would definitely recommend! I think one would also feel comfortable here if travelling alone, since there are beds with a bit more privacy and there is also space to hang out/ work on the laptop and stuff

Le personnel est très sympathique et aidant, mention spéciale pour Taïbat et son bike tour de Lisbonne! Par contre il fait très chaud dans le dortoir, le ventilateur ne sert pas à grand chose. Obligées de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte sauf qu'il y a des travaux dans la rue qui commencent de bonne heure. Les sanitaires et douches sont corrects mais un peu désuets et pas toujours très propres.

great hostel for location and access, friendly staff and good facilities.

i only stayed here for one night because i had a change of plans so i didn’t really spend time inside, but from what i know the common areas were very nice, staff were really kind, bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but they were fine, beds had curtains and were comfortable. location is very central so it can get a little noisy.

Taibat ththe receptionist was probably the best thing in this hostel. She was great. Coming from Switzerland and already speaking portuguese. I was very impressed. The location is too noisy for me

The hostel is very nice it has all the things you need. Staff is very friendly, bathrooms are clean and are kept clean during the day. The beds are comfortable and you have privacy. Only thing the size of the room i was in was quite small considering that it was almost full there wasn’t a lot of space to unpack and move. But the hostel is great I recommend going.

The staff was very friendly, the curtains on the beds were nice to have, but pretty crammed rooms. Small lockers. Bathrooms never had toilet paper. Entrance to bathroom has no door, and with not very private showers, only a curtain where people passing can see into the bathroom didn’t feel safe. Location is great.

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, daher war es unerträglich heiß.
