- Poorly maintained rooms. Smelly and mouldy

- There were no curtains only blinds that were broken so the light came through. After a long flight this was no good but the staff were reluctant to move my room. Then in the new room the staff above were banging around for hours. I asked to move again desperately wanting some sleep. The staff were unhelpful and rude. I have used many different hotels over the years and this was my worst experience ever. I would never recommend this hotel.

- Facilities, not enough tea or coffee, no bottled water they have given it was tap water they have filled into a glass bottle. Towels and bed linen were not that clean.

- AC not working at all, very hot

- AC was switching off every 1/2 an hour and the TV wasn't working on the first night. Informed reception staff couple of times to get the TV fixed but was told they'll have it attended the day after. It wasn't fixed the day after when I checked, not even known to the reception. On top of all AC continued with the same fault. When asked for a room change, was told that no rooms to offer. So I had to ask for a refund. When the word 'refund' was spoken, out of nowhere a room change was done. This was after starting a workday at 2:15AM in the morning and receiving a room change at around 7PM, being seated at the reception for more than 2 hrs. On top of it, none of the reception staff knew how to take the room payment from the machine. They speak in a language not understandable to the guest and most of the time they are on their mobile talking to someone and ignoring the guest when concerns are told. Will never stay in this place again. Extremely disappointed.

There was heavy moisture and dampness in the walls, the phone/intercom is out of order, no drinking water available, the TV remote doesn't work, the TV channels haven't been paid for so they don't show, and the AC doesn't work beyond 28°C! Horrid experience.They asked us what time we wanted breakfast and didn't have it ready, and our breakfast was being bought from somewhere on the road and and brought and served to us - and they didn't even have that ready on time!!

- Everything. It's a shit place and nobody should stay here. We didn't get any breakfast and left hungry because though they had confirmed a 7:30am breakfast for us, till 8:45am we sat waiting for some food. Even tea and some cut fruit were served only at 8:30am!!! Disgusting, laid back attitude, pathetic hospitality and seems to be a set of highly underqualified boys with zero experience, running the place.

- エアコンの不具合で2回部屋を変えた。3個目の部屋ではフロア全体のブレーカーが落ちた。 廊下の声が響いてうるさい
