+ Skvělý výhled, umístění přímo u metra. Osvěžující bazén na střeše s barem.
- Snídaně byla průměrná, vhledem k hotelu pod očekávání. Čerstvý nátěr na pokoji, byla cítit barva. Čekalo se velmi dlouho na výtahy.

- Limpeza , quartos muito mal limpos Um exemplo deixei uma toalha no embaixo do edredom para ter certeza que limpavam ou mudavam os lençóis quando cheguei bem cansado encontrei a toalha dentro da cama com o Duvet esticado.

+ I was coming from a long and tiring trip, and the employee zaneel was very helpful and cooperative with my early check-in, which made me choose The Tower Plaza Hotel as my first choice for my next stay. In addition, the services and room cleanliness were excellent.

+ la posizione è strategica per visitare Downtown e tutta Dubai: vicino alla uscita della Metro ed equidistante dalle maggiori attrazioni della città. La colazione è buona ma potrebbe migliorare.
- La struttura è paragonabile ad un 4 stelle europeo. I dettagli sono poco curati e lo staff ha una rigidità negli approcci con la clientela che non rispecchia lo standard delle stelle dell'hotel. L'hotel, pur situato in una via principale della città, ha in realtà l'ingresso solo sul retro in una zona poco illuminata di sera/notte.
